• Sang (9/5): Great place close to airport - Excellent support, Roberto the shuttle driver was very helpful and friendly and recommended great family restaurant for us to eat at close to the place.
• Sandra (1/5): READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING - 35 Euro cab ride to airport. Aircon work well. Quiet neighbourhood. roperty rating and facilities were misrepresented. No dishwasher No Netflix, No coffee machine No Kettle, No Toaster, Hardly any cooking implements. Old scratched pots which had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. No hot water in our unit for our entire stay. This was due to an old poorly maintained hot water system failure. On our last day in Rome we were confined to this unit while repair man, manager, other work and the neighbours cat wandered back and forwards through the unit, often leaving the front door wide open. As there were no bedroom locks we were unable to secure our valuables whilst this circus endured. The day after we arrived we were advised that we could use a basement room if we wanted a hot shower. This was two floors below our room and could only be accessed through a small door from the outside of the building. The kitchen was unhygienic. Dishwashing liquid was diluted down so much you may as well use water. No drying cloth for plates, cutlery etc. Worst of all was that the overhead cupboard where all plates, cups glasses etc were stored had no solid bottom in it. This provided easy access for vermin (cockroaches, mice etc.) To crawl all over these implements. Likewise, there was no back on cupboard under the sink where the waste bin was stored. This provides another access point for vermin. The lead on the back of the microwave is so short you have to drag it over and sit it on the gas stove so it can reach the power point All power outlets are an old Italisn style and not compatible with European Appliances. In the bathroom there is a step (about 80 ml high) between the door and the toilet which runs from one side of the room to the other. It is not marked or highlighted in anyway and therefore is a dangerous trip hazard particularly at night time. Our room had a ridiculous door lock system which could only be operated via a phone app. This app was also used for the external gate.

• Catherine (10/5): What a great service and facility when you need to be near the airport. - Such a great service to be picked up at FCO within minutes and, stay at a great efficiency apartment only 10 minutes away. It was a fully furnished clean apartment with a simple morning breakfast to get you on your way. Prompt and friendly service to and from the airport. Thank you, Roberto! Everything was more than I could expect.

• Debra (9/5): Suite Dreams gives you Sweet Dreams! - It is in a secure building with a gated parking garage around building providing easy access. Host provides coffee and snacks with water for your stay. Sweeet! Bed was comfortable, a/c works. Love the outside patio.

• El (3/5): Poor - Close to the airport. Free airport shuttle, Roberto the driver is a nice person. I booked this place because it said “breakfast included,” but all that was provided were small crumbs, with only two bottles of water in the fridge. There are no nearby restaurants or stores, which made it very inconvenient. The bed is just a soft fold-out, uncomfortable to sleep on, and unfortunately, I found bed bugs. TV channels are very limited with nothing worth watching. Overall, the listing was misleading and the stay was disappointing.

• Julie (2/5): Choose another place to stay - The location was very close to the airport, which was why we chose this accommodation. It was updated and clean. The router to connect to Internet so we could watch TV kept shutting down, it kept malfunctioning and we reported that to their property maintenance man Roberto. The worst part was the bed! It’s a fold out couch that is so worn out and squeaky and lumpy we both woke up with sore neck and back. This was so unfortunate because we had a long day of flying back home. I do not recommend staying at this place. Also, there is really nothing to do in the area, it’s out in the middle of nowhere and you can walk a few blocks to a mediocre restaurant, but that’s about it.

• Vivian (9/5): Very convenient for Airport access. - The studio is very convenient and comfortable. We just needed one night near the airport. Our host met us with the keys and showed us everything. He was very accommodating and friendly. The free shuttle to the airport was the selling point for us. We had dinner at a place ourhost recommended and it was excellent! As much as I would love to give a gratuitous 10 rating, , I took one point off because of the sleeper sofa, very uncomfortable for both of us. Sleep is a major factor when you're traveling.

Roberto went over and above to pick us up and drive us back and forth from the airport. We went into Rome using the train but would suggest using the fast train from the airport as you can be there within about a 1/2 hour. Depending on the air traffic it was somewhat hard to sleep as it was loud. The suggested restaurant for dinner was not what we expected and would not recommend it.
• Kenny (6/5): Was clean and pleasant. However the sofa bed and lack of breakfast were unfortunately misleading. - Was clean and newly remodel. Bathroom was nice. Room was large. Seemed fairly quiet. Parking was acceptable. Was near the airport. The bed is a sofa bed not an actual bed. This is not acceptable and should be disclosed. There is no reason to not put a real bed in that apartment. This was a poor decision by the owner and easily solved. Also there is not a breakfast and this should not be stated in the description. They included two packaged pastries in the room next to the coffee maker. This should not count as a breakfast on Booking.com
• Brent (10/5): Perfect place for an overnight near the airport - A brand new studio apartment in Fiumicino makes for a perfect spot if you have to overtime before flying out of Rome. It was perfectly comfortable and although its ground floor, felt very secure and safe. The best part for me however was the included transfer service from and to the airport. The instructions were very clear and I was picked up in a new BMW X5 by the owner who was very friendly and professional. The apartment is about 5 minutes from the airport. There are restaurants and bakery within a few minutes walk.
