• Adele (9/5): - The position was very central and near all the sights. The owner was very quick to answer enquiries, and very quick to return damage deposit after we left. The flat was quirky and very comfortable for our stay. It was good to have two keys because we were a larger group. Very useful to have the washing machine and the washing powder available for use. I have been travelling for awhile and needed to wash some things. Due to its very central position there is some noise up until about 12/1pm. After which it seemed to quieten down. Unavoidable side of being so central, but if you are especially sensitive to noise then you might want to stay further out from the centre. The flat (as the name suggests) is right in the eaves of the building, which makes it quirky and characterful in my opinion, but there are some unavoidable stairs for the final floor which bookers should be aware of. There is a lift that can take you most of the way up the building.

• Velame (9/5): Silencioso e bem localizado. - Excelente localização. Apartamento silencioso. Espaço tem todo o necessário para uma estadia familiar. Não ter secadora de roupas e os varais estarem todos ocupados com roupas de cama/toalhas do hostess. Não há cortina/vedação luz da janela no quarto que tem o teto mais baixo (os outros têm).

• Grzegorz (10/5): comfortable apartment for a large group in a great location - great contact with the owner, spacious and comfortable apartment. Nothing was missing. Located in an ideal location for exploring the city. you will find everything you need in the area. The deposit is returned immediately after leaving the apartment. I recommend!

• Gillian (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay, it was in the perfect area for us, lots of fun and very comfortable. - The four bedrooms and two bathrooms, plenty of individual space. Location is perfect and being an attic it was quiet and fun. Beds very comfortable. We like to cook our own meals and the cooking equipment was a bit sparse. Living room is quite small for three adults, as we had to pull the dining table out from under the attic beams into the sofa area as well (for heads)!

Diego is a welcoming person who takes care of the customer and is always available. We had a really good time and had a wonderful holiday thanks also to Diego and this apartment!!! • Laura (10/5): Perfectly located in the heart of Madrid - The accomodation was in the heart of Madrid. Super comfy beds, clean, nice bathrooms, no noise from the outside, perfect for a group of freinds like ours :) Flexible and reliable landlord. The pressure of the shower could be a bit Stringer but that is really just a minor thing. I loved the whole stay and would definitely book again!
