• Gabriel Traveler (9/5): Great place to stay in Jomtien - Great place, nice rooms, big swimming pools, a good location close to lots of restaurants and markets. The only problem was the bathroom smelled really bad. I was there for a week and tried everything, bought drain cleaner, air freshener, etc. but nothing worked. So hopefully they can find out what the source of the weird smell is and remove it.
• Michael (6/5): - Room was ok and pool was big Things for kids not word in pool bucket tip and water spray water fall in big pool jacuzi 1 out of five work bar and snack bar shut lots of beds broken and screwed to floor so cant move and not meny for people walking areas floor need repair all over and generally shabby room was ok but bathroom very smelly from shower drain not nice
• Omarova (9/5): - Очень понравился номер: там есть все для комфортного проживания: утюг, микроволновка, тостер, кондер в каждой комнате, моющие средства. Особенно понравился бассейн, теперь в обычных бассейнах мне купаться скучно. Жила бы там и побольше, но были другие планы Стройка напротив, я понимаю, это не вина хозяев. При закрытом балконе не мешает - я спокойно работала в наушниках. Но плюсов намного больше, так что на эту стройку можно наплевать и жить в свое удовольствие
• Audrey (3/5): - Pas besoin d'aller loin pour louer un scooter et laver son linge, juste besoin de traverser la route. Établissement qui a très mal vieillis, on se croirait plus en HLM. En ce qui concerne la piscine à fuir, mal entretenue chaises longues dans un état déplorable câbles électriques qui circulent tout le long à terre plutôt dangereux. On a vraiment été déçu par rapport à ce qu'il était il y a quelques années.
• Ludde (1/5): Hälsorisk! - Bra pool för barnfamiljer Lägenheten C319 var i oerhört dåligt skick och utgjorde en hälsorisk för vår familj. Köksmaterialen var gamla, trasiga och i vissa fall mögliga. Tvättmaskinen var gammal och smutsig. Upp mot hundra larver tog sig in i lägenheten en kväll. Det allvarligaste var dock alla tecken på svartmögel. Hela min familj (framförallt vår bebis) blev sjuka och uppvisade typiska tecken för sjukdom orsakade av svartmögel. Vi var tvungna att checka ut i förtid på grund av oron över vår hälsa och vi fick inte en krona från värden/boendet. Booking.com var inte heller särskilt ansvarstagande i denna situation trots gedigen dokumentation från vår sida.

• Анна (3/5): Предупреждайте об отсутствии горячей воды - Чистота в кондо Нет горячей воды, от слова совсем, кондо уже старенькое, пошарконое, присутствует запах канализации. А также вечернее пение в соседних кафе, окна выходили на бары В самой квартире было все необходимое, губка для мытья посуды, средство, бумага туалетная, мыло.

• Andrey (10/5): - A very nice apartment, just like a small one. It comes with all the dishes, cutlery, a stove, and a microwave. Good Wi-Fi, and a lovely host. Close to the sea, and there's a supermarket in the building. I'd love to stay longer. You can install an Android set-top box on the TV; the channels are only in Thai. Everything else is great.

• Rony (2/5): worst stay I have been in Thailand - nothing at all If I had only known I coming to a place like this, I would have paid three times more for a hotel and never arrived. Before I begin, I want to say that the woman I communicated with on WhatsApp, who manages the apartment, was very nice and always responded quickly. She was polite, friendly, and even came to the apartment twice. The first time was right after I checked in. I wanted to make coffee and discovered the kettle wasn’t working, so she came and replaced it. Old for old, pretty much like everything else in this apartment. Everything is old and poorly maintained. The second time was the next day, when I wanted to use the washing machine. I had no idea how to operate it. The machine is old, unaesthetic, and dirty. It looks like it is at least twenty years old. She came and showed me how to use it. I only did laundry there because I had to. For the rest of the days, I went to a laundromat. There is no shower curtain. You shower and splash water everywhere. The hot water pressure is weak. The toilet flush handle feels like it is about to break any moment. There is mold on the bathroom walls. What bothered me the most was the curtain in the bedroom and the living room. It is not blackout at all. The first morning light shines through and wakes you up very early. A building is being constructed right in front of the room. If the light doesn’t wake you, the construction noise will. The apartment is not maintained. Walls look like someone tried to patch them up without repainting. It feels unpleasant. The bed has a spring mattress and pillows as hard as stone. If hotel prices weren’t insane because of the fireworks festival, I would have left immediately and not cared about the money. Regarding the pool, I tried going down several times. The pool is located between buildings, and it barely gets any sun, even though it was sunny outside. There were hardly any sunbeds scattered around for such a huge complex. The worst part is that I had a car.

• ANNA (9/5): Consigliato - Appartamento accogliente e pulito, doppio condizionatore ,ambiente cucina separato dalla camera . C'è tutto quello che serve per passare settimane a pattaya: lavatrice, bollitore,tostapane, fornelli , aspirapolvere, ferro da stiro e phon inclusi. Ben attrezzato anche di pentole, posate, piatti etc. Manca il kit da doccia, ma ci sono gli asciugamani e quello che manca lo si trova al piano terra al supermercato. Piscina enorme, le foto non rendono la grandezza. Serve qualche miglioria alla piscina, un po' scivolosa. Qualche mobile in camera ha bisogno di una sistemata, cassetti instabili.

I must give 4 rating out of 5. - specially kitchen was so good.It is very difficult to stay in Pattaya NAd Bngkok if you are indian as indian foods are not easily available in the market for baby. It was highly convenient for us to prepare baby food as per our choice & most of the things are available. Only few things are not available like in bathroom - no shampoo, oil etc. In kitchen- no pressure cooker (induction cooker should be provided). And room service & room cleaning is not available if your stay is longer.
