• Emina (1/5): - Didn’t even get to stay at the apartment I booked and paid for. Contacted the person with the phone provided answered once and put the phone down. Ignored all my calls and texts sent after. Couldn’t get into the property and I did read and follow the instructions provided

Com again very disappointed & stressful - Couldn’t get in as couldn’t find the key area really awful shame we didn’t see inside at also no parking space so we had to another hotel Cost us more money however I would like the refund of £113 please thank you Run down need upgrade sorry

No communication we booked this apartment in February paid for it Sent emails called the property constantly ignored Turns up on the 12 th June no one there again not answering calls After calling booking.com sitting outside the property for over an hour we told they could no longer let us stay To actually wait until you turn absolutely disgraceful So we were stuck and had to find somewhere else to stay which wasn't easy with it being the Download festival They nearly ruined it for us Thank god some decent people sorted us out Avoid this place

• Jireh (1/5): Very bad. I didn’t stay. I want my money back. - Nothing about this property is good. It’s not as described. Do not waste your time. There’s no parking as described on the advert. The parking is front of a barbershop on the road and it’s not secure. I did not stay at the property. Management was poor at communication. The guy even insulted me telling me he has parked more expensive cars than mine, not even knowing the car I was driving. Not sure what he was planning, but park at your own risk. I am still to resolve with customer service on this booking. It’s a total waste of time. It’s on a busy road, it’s risky. Avoid it if you can. Management communication is very poor.

• Ben (1/5): Bad - Booked the property, then realised there was rail strikes. 5 after minutes after making the booking was refused refund. Then no contact after on rescheduling it
• Rachel (9/5): Superb - It was very clean and close to the centre. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Lots of useful facilites eg. towels, washing liquid/sponge, bottle opener, knives, soap/shower gel etc. The bed/sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

• Stephan (7/5): Not worth what I paid honestly - Property was fine overall I didn’t like the step down into the kitchen I didn’t like how low the bed was i might of well slept on the floor I didn’t like the fact I couldn’t get into the place for over an hour the decor when you walked in was terrible and dirty flat wasn’t much better if I’m honest with you guys don’t stay here
• Enrico-b (9/5): A lovely place, for your work in Derbyshire - The property was very clean; the host was proactive and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The property was also warm, and with a very nice smell inside - which is very rare! The shower could be improved, perhaps with a bit extra temperature, but nothing major
• Sara (7/5): Good - Everything looked pretty new and in good condition. Location was convenient as it is 5 minutes away from city center. Beds were not the most comfortable but they worked for us. Some noise during the night but nothing too loud.

The pin code was incorrect, so we stood outside for a while There were no parking facilities, so we had to park far away due to permit only parking Strange smell inside the room The bed was very low and uncomfortable The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly Wouldn't stay there again personally it caused me a lot of inconvenience.

• Diane (7/5): it was good value for money on an introductory offer. - the apartment was smaller than I thought it would be. but for one night stay it is was ok the apartment upstairs had 4 lads staying in. They were a bit loud.
