• Mohamed (10/5): - We loved our stay at festival living ,the location is on point , easy access to cfc, kidzania and IKEA, the compound is very secured 24/7, we felt safe 🙏 The apartment is very clean, spacious and with a great view, we loved our stay, sure will not be the last. Special thanks to Eng. Hany for his excellent hospitality, he was very friendly and professional, he allowed us for an early check in and was always available to answer our questions or help with anything

• YI (10/5): - 位置好，打车离机场20分钟。附近有cfc买东西基本全满足，里面也有Carrefour。无需去city star。 小区每栋楼都有保安24小时，挺安全的。 房间宽敞三个卫生间，适合多人居住。 房东也很nice，在我们到之前就在等我们了，介绍很完备。 厨房没有抽油烟机，只适合稍微煮煮东西。

• Musfer (10/5): شقة جميلة وواسعة ونضيفة وامن عالي جداً جداً - شقة جميله وواسعة ونضيفة تتكون من غرفتين وثلاث دورات مياة فيها شطافات والنت ممتاز جداً والموقع جميل والامن عالي جداً جداً وتصلح للعوائل ومالك الشقة المهندس هاني ذو اخلاق عالية ومضياف واشكره على رحابة الصدر وكرم الضيافة بعدها عن وسط المدينة ( الداون تاون )

• Webb (10/5): - The area was quiet flat was clean. I loved the design. Felt like home away from home. I didn't have anything I didn't like.
• Aaiman (2/5): Bad experince will never go back there - Big place *didn’t had any gym or facilities . *Swimming pool was not working and no one notice me . *Hard to get even taxi inside . *Didn’t except Card payment and did gave me back my $ change. *Netflix was locked while i stayed there and nothing was solved till i left . *i paid more then the price in booking by 10%. *could not sleep deep cuz of the light going inside of the room even with closed curtain.

• Ne23il (10/5): Exceptional - Nice place, the host is very kind, waiting us for coming and show us all instructions. The apartment have 1 master room and 1 guest room, all the facility is new and well designed. The place is 2 mins drive and 10 mins walk to the CFC mall, and the gas station, grocery and car wash shop are just in front of the gate of this compound, which is very convenient to get supplies for road trip.
• Zahard (9/5): Superb - I really liked the area where I lived - New Cairo. Beautiful, well-kept, guarded territory. Nearby is a shopping center with global brands like IKEA, Zara, H&M... Large clean apartment with modern furniture. It would be nice to have some basic things in the kitchen, like salt, sugar, tea, shampoo for the bathroom. It was pretty chilly in the morning, so it would be nice to be able to turn on the heater.

• Younes (9/5): I had a pleasant stay. Location was fantastic, apartment itself was comfortable & well-maintained! - The apartment was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The apartment is perfectly situated within Cairo Festival City, offering easy access to the mall, restaurants, and entertainment options. This made it incredibly convenient for dining out and exploring the area. I would recommend this apartment to other travelers.
