I could open them but not remove the shutters so it did feel a bit closed in even though the space was huge.
• Michael (9/5): Comfort in the heart of old Verona. - The apartment was great and far bigger than I needed but the price was too good to refuse. The location in the old town was great. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. The key to the downstairs door was difficult to get to work, to the extent that I almost couldn’t get in. The company quickly explained its quirks and I had no further problem.

La posizione è perfetta per muoversi in città senza stress e il check-in è stato semplice grazie alla disponibilità dell’host. Mi sono trovata benissimo: ambiente tranquillo, wifi stabile e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci tornerei volentieri!

La posizione è comoda per muoversi senza problemi, e l’host è stato disponibile e rapido nelle risposte e sopratutto gentile! Mi sono trovata davvero bene, un’ottima scelta per chi cerca un soggiorno pratico e confortevole.

• Georgy (10/5): Nöel à Vérone - Vérone est l'une des plus belles villes d'Italie, et ce fut un grand plaisir de la visiter et de séjourner dans cet appartement. Il est situé dans le centre, à proximité de l'Arena et d'autres sites d'intérêt. Très confortable et bien équipé, votre séjour sera merveilleux. La porte d'entrée au rez-de-chaussée s'ouvre assez difficilement, peut-être qu'un entretien est nécessaire.

La posizione è comoda e tranquilla, perfetta per visitare la zona senza stress. Il check-in è stato semplice e l’host sempre disponibile. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, lo consiglierei senza esitazioni!!!

La posizione è perfetta a due passi dall’Arena e da tutto il centro e l’appartamento è moderno, pulito e curato nei dettagli. Wir hatten für sechs Personen gemietet, es waren aber nur fünf Stühle da, es wurden zwei Barhocker gebracht, toller Service, aber nicht so ganz passend. Pop-Konzerte in der Arena waren sehr laut. Wichtig: Kein W-Lan, keine Spülmaschine.

• S (1/5): 情報は虚偽です、1ベッドルーム、ベッドは1台のみ。ソファーベッド2台（写真あり） - ロケーションが良いだけ、他には一切なく治安が非常に問題だった。他の良いフィードバックを読む前に、何が起こったかを知ってください。誤情報にも関わらず苦情が少ないのはアパート側がフィードバックを削除しているのでしょうか？ ロケーションが良いだけ、他には一切なく治安が非常に問題だった。他の良いフィードバックを読む前に、何が起こったかを知ってください。booking.comのサポートの方々には非常にお世話になりました。親身になって頂き感謝しています。 まず、ここに載っている情報は全くの嘘。私は友人との滞在だったので、2ベッドルームは必須条件で探しました。欧州にいても仕事をしなければならなかったので、1ベッドだとわかっていたら絶対に予約しませんでした。 ①2ベッドルームではなく、1ベッドルーム＋リビング＋キッチン （その事をオーナーに連絡すると、「ソファーベッドがあるからドアを閉めればベッドルームになる」。は？？） ②ベッドは2台ではなく、キングベッド1台、ソファーベッドが2台（情報ではキング、クイーン1台ずつ、ソファー1台。全くの嘘でした。写真あり）。 ③ビル自体が工事中（写真あり）。足場まで10センチも離れておらず、平日は朝から工事の人たちが窓の目の前を通ったり荷物の引き上げをしたり、非常に身の危険を感じた。仕方なく雨戸？を締め切っていたが、部屋は湿っぽく暗いしとにかく非常に不愉快だった。 そもそも、工事が決まった時点で普通のホテルやアパートは「工事の為足場が不便、騒音がある」など事前に知らせるものですが、ここは網戸を開けて初めて知りました。 ④チェックアウト後、大雨の中鍵をボックスに入れに行って帰ったら、鍵が見当たらない、どこに置いたのか。ドアが開けっ放しだったと苦情が。そもそもキーボックスは右にひねらないと鍵のボックスは閉まらないし、知っている人以外は誰も開けることはできず、家のドアはしっかり閉めました。証拠はないけど開いていた、との事。　 恐らく私たちがオーナーに苦情を言った後だったので、何かしら言い返す口実が必要だったのでしょう。キーボックスの説明をすると、後日、鍵があったと言ってきました。 とにかくどんな証拠写真を見せても、工事の動画を送っても一切お詫びの一言無し。嘘の情報を載せている事も知らんぷり。他に幾らでも良いアパートがあるので、根気よく探してほしいです。私たちの様な思いを他の人もする必要はありません。

Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro , l'appartamento luminoso e rimodernato ma allo stesso tempo con un fascino retró che ho apprezzato moltissimo. Punto a favore il wi fi gratuito nella struttura. Host gentilissimo e disponibile. Se dovessi passare di nuovo a Verona , ci ritornerei di sicuro !

• Kate (9/5): Spacious, comfortable apartment in an excellent location - The apartment is in an excellent location in the heart of the historic centre of Verona, just behind the Arena and just off the Piazza Bra. Communication with the hosts was very good before and during our stay. The check in process was easy to follow and the apartment was very clean and tidy. It is very big and well furnished with everything you need. Water in the fridge for when we arrived was very welcome. There were also some food supplies in the cupboards such as tea, coffee and sugar. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. The air conditioning worked well to keep us cool. We really enjoyed staying here, it was good value for money and I would highly recommend it. Just a shame we were only staying for 2 nights. Grazie mille! The only things that would improve this apartment would be an extra chair for the dining table (there were 5 of us) and more light in the shower cubicle.

Two foldout couches (one is in the living room and one in the entry hall outside the - The location was excellent and equipped with washing machine and dryer. A second set of keys would be useful. We were a group of two couples and booked the apartment as it had two bedrooms (also said it had a foldout couch). The reality is that there is only one bedroom and a foldout couch in the lounge/dining and another foldout couch in the entry hall. So we had a choice. No privacy or no lounge area. Unfair on the couple who had to stay on the uncomfortable fold out couch for three nights and it was uncomfortable.

It was rather dark with poor lighting and random furniture.. The kitchen had no coffee, but had packets of olive oil, salt, sugar, etc. There was an awful smell when you walked in like old boiled broccoli. The hot water tank was set to 19 degrees meaning not nearly enough hot water even for 1 shower. We were given a video on how to turn it up, which was confusing and took an hour to heat up. Our family of 5 had just returned from Gardaland and we were very hot and sweaty. It was ridiculous to deal with this. The video scavenger hunt to get the keys was strange. Glad we had a local sim card! If you didn't have access, this would be nearly impossible. We were disappointed with this listing.
