• Abdullah Qandil (2/5): it was un-organized and messy place - one of the staff was helpful not all of them , his name is Adel he tried to help it was a mess , when I arrived they told me what about to see another room it's cheaper and also great , then I found it very small room with an old Air conditioner with a lot of noise , I told them no thank you I need my room , he told me actually it's not available !!! what !! then he tried to make me to go to another hotel that belongs to the same company but it was not a sea view hoteand when I asked him about photos or videos he told me no they are not available and you have to go to check them your own, so I told him no , and he did not even tried to make any comensation or upgrade or solve their problem , that attitude was like "that's what we have and you have to accept it or to leave " , the second day one of the staff tried to help and he was very nice , his name is Adel (Thanks alot Adel), also after I got the room I found the sink was blocked , the curtains was not closed properly , I have to ask the reception to send the room service to make up the room even I put the "make up the room sign"

• Hassan (6/5): - إقامة ممتازة جدًا وتستحق 4 نجوم ⭐⭐⭐⭐ الشقق نظيفة جدًا ومرتبة، والأسرة والمفارش نظيفة ومريحة للغاية. الحمامات نظيفة جدًا، وضغط الماء ممتاز. الخدمات متوفرة، والمكان مريح وهادئ ومناسب للعائلات. المكيف ممتاز ويعمل بكفاءة عالية، ورغم أنه مكيف شباك إلا أنه هادئ ولا يسبب أي إزعاج. أشكر بشكل خاص موظف الاستقبال الأخ عادل، وكذلك الموظف أحمد البر، فقد كانت معاملتهما في غاية اللطف والرقي والتعاون، وكانا حريصين على راحة النزلاء بشكل رائع. الملاحظتان الوحيدتان اللتان واجهتنا هما صعوبة إيجاد مواقف للسيارات، بالإضافة إلى وجود مصعد واحد فقط في الشقق مما قد يسبب بعض الازدحام أحيانًا. كما أن لدي ملاحظة بسيطة بهدف زيادة جودة الخدمة، وهي أن يكون هناك مرور دوري يومي لعمال النظافة على الشقق، حيث إن خدمة التنظيف حاليًا تتم عند الطلب فقط، ووجود متابعة دورية للنظافة سيجعل التجربة أفضل وأكثر تميزًا. بشكل عام كانت تجربة جميلة جدًا ونوصي بالمكان بكل تأكيد.
