• Robyn (9/5): A really pleasant stay. It was clean, comfortable and very well located. - Very comfortable and had everything we needed for a few days away.

• Andrea (5/5): - The location was great to get around the Madrid. We arrived at 9.02 PM and we had to pay 5 euros extra for the check-in, even if they just finished the cleaning of the apartment. The apartment was very noisy, there was a party every night somewhere in the building. In addition, someone was constantly smoking a very low quality cigarette under our window, so we couldn’t open the windows.

• Ewa (8/5): - good location, it was warm, the host was 40 min late !! though I let him know the time of our arrival twice: few days before and the same day. we had a really long trip, were tired and hungry so 40 min were way too long for us. We couldn't call him. Fortunatelly his friend came and let us in. Towels had yellow stains, place wasn't clean. Coffee machine wasn't provided.

• MARTA C.L. (9/5): Buena ubicación, se descansa muy bien, tranquilo. - Muy buena ubicación. Zona tranquila. Se descansa muy bien. Muy bien equipado, utensilios de cocina, azúcar, café, papel de cocina, secador..... Por decir algo, cambiaría la mesa, ya que se movía mucho, ( poca estabilidad)y a mi me daba miedo de que se rompiese.
• TinoLH (10/5): - Ubicación muy buena en Madrid. Comodidad de la habitación principal. Muy tranquilo. Trato correcto con responsables. Bien equipado. Sillón cama mejorable (pero para descanso de niños está bien). Si se va con vehículo andarse con ojo con los horarios porque hay mucha zona verde alrededor.
• Brigita (8/5): - Ok lokacija, cca 400 m od metroja. Stanovanje dokaj prostorno, precej opremljeno, vendar bi lahko bilo še bolje. Kavč in postelja sta bila udobna, smo lepo spali. Stanovanje se težko prezrači, bil je precej slab zrak v prostoru. Premalo stolov, ni bilo šalic za čaj, ... Gostiteljica je stanovanje očistila tik pred prihodom (še smo jo mogli čakati na vhodu) in je bilo zato še nekaj časa mokro potleh, nismo se mogli premikati po stanovanju. Sicer pa je bila zelo prijazna.

• Valentina (10/5): Estrecho para 4 personas pero ubicación privilegiada - Está en un primer piso, estaba muy limpio, tenía buena conexión a internet. Propiedad ubicada cerca de todo, lo que facilita el recorrer sin la necesidad de tomar locomoción Poca ventilación.

• Valentina (9/5): Buono - Casa pulita, fornita di tutto, attrezzata e organizzata. La pulizia molto buona. Il letto matrimoniale molto comodo...nel divano letto i bambini hanno dormito bene. Abbastanza vicina alla stazione centrale di atocha e a fermate metro che in poco tempo ti portano ovunque.

• JOSEP (8/5): Suficient per passar fer una escapada. - La situació, molt aprop dels llocs mes interessants. La poca llum natural, donava a un celobert fosc. No hi ha aire condicionat i els ventiladors de sostre feien soroll.

• Olga (5/5): - Localización No funcionaba el ventilador del dormitorio y a pesar que lo dijimos en el momento de entrar, tardaron 2 días en buscar una solución. Es un apartamento interior que da a un patio de vecinos muy ruidoso. Al tener que dormir con la ventana abierta porque no funcionaba el ventilador, no pudimos descansar.

• Franck (8/5): Très bien - Appartement propre et très bien situé. Il manque quelques ustensil s de cuisine, par exemple il y avait 1 petite cuillère pour 6 personnes. Le bruit du frigo la nuit peut empêcher de bien dormir sur le canapé-lit du salon

• Serge (9/5): Clean and conveniently located apartment. - This apartment was an excellent find! It was impeccably clean and maintained, and its location is fantastic, close to all the key amenities and attractions. Highly recommended for a comfortable, convenient stay. The only downside was that the walls are thin, so you can hear the neighbors.

• Dannna (6/5): Pleasant - The location was good for my purpose, it's a nice area. The appartment is basic, and it could have been cleaner, almost no natural light, noisy neighbours, and cooking smells. I got annoyed with the multiple messages with warnings and sanctions, also the appartment is full of posters telling you about sanctions if you do this or that. Garbage situation unclear- it shouldn't be my job to sort it out. No repairs done - the coffee machine still broken.
