• Sahayra (5/5): Good staff! - The staff and breakfast were great. I didn’t like that the air conditioner would not cool the room so it was hot at night time. The area its not the great a lot activity at night. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

• Nesha (4/5): Try somewhere else - The location was great. The hot water was wonderful. I didn't like that the indoor pool was unavailable like a day before coming. I didn't like the cleaniness of the room. One of the mattresses had a nasty stain on it that the whole mattress should have been replaced. They tried to cover it up. I think they had a bug problem. They look like they have been trying to renovate, but it was quite rough. I believe they need inspections really bad. We asked for new bedding and they just made the bed didn't replace it. Although, it did have a spot on it. For the price they charge, it could have been way better then what it was. I chose to stay, because everywhere else was full or too pricey due to the holiday weekend.
• Linda (8/5): Call ahead for the amenities but stay because you’ll get a great stay! - Front desk people were so nice! The room was excellent! We had what we needed and we were not disturbed and the staff was so helpful with assisting us to get into the room. Booked the hotel however it would have been nice to know in advance that the pool was going to be closed. The hotel sent that notice AFTER I already paid. Was kinda mad about that but it doesnt change the fact that the stay was great

• Brandy (1/5): Bad - It had nothing to do with the property. The property was amazing. Everybody was super helpful and trying to help me out. It was booking.com where there was an issue. I paid for two rooms two nights and one room two nights one room one night and it was this mass confusion. It was ridiculous. I wasted an entire day trying to make sure I wasn’t kicked out of a hotel that I’ve already paid for so it ruined our vacation. The property was wonderful it wasbooking.com

Arrived late and for only one night so didn't have opportunity to see much of property. Usually stay with Hilton properties so wasn't sure what to expect with this hotel, but was pleasantly surprised with the room: it was clean, the bed was comfortable and well appointed. Would stay again and recommend

The whole hotel especially m room smelled of cheap cl This was one of the bottom three hotels I have stayed in after using Bookings all over the world for the past 9 years. I drove up and noticed all the trash cans around the parking lot were over flowing and the amount of trash caught up in. The fence and neighboring woods was disgusting. The staff argued about the 35 dollar pet fee despite the fact that heir website said 20. The whole hotel smelled of a cheap cleaning product. The rooms were the worse and old The

• Janelle (1/5): We should have slept in the car in a parking lot - Close to the highway Walking in, the person working the desk was actually laying upside down on one of the chairs. We had 2 rooms, our room had the funkiest smell of burnt food but it was after 11pm and we just wanted to sleep. Our friend staying in the next room and had a giant cockroach run on the floor. We have the video. The next morning at 930, the maid walked into not 1 but both of our rooms. Check out was 11 so that was wild.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to historic downtown Savannah. Bed was a little too hard for my liking, but most hotels are that way.

• Kathaleen (5/5): Ok spot for highway travellers - Right off of the highway for travelers. Close to restaurants,gas, free parking, Beds were comfortable. The front desk charged me an additional $25 for a “dog room” and $35 fee for the dog. She also ran three credit cards telling me they weren’t working and one finally went through , I hope I don’t get scammed. She was doing it to everyone with a dog. Lots of noise from highway because fog rooms are on the highway side. The hotel is old and carpets and bathrooms need to be replaced, the hotel is under renovation in one wing so they are probably upgrading.
