• Warwick Mc (10/5): Grat location for either a short or longer stay. All the mod cons supplied. - Great location, close to shops and secure parking. Nice large apartment with a good view. All the requirements for a longer stay available too. Location was nice and quiet at night. Rooms good and dark too. The microwave was a bit of a challenge initially. Need to sort the sound out on the TV, now much better. Could do with a work desk and power point.

• Leanne scott (7/5): Great stay, Perfect location, very well set up - but the Bathroom floor needs a good scrub :-( - Once in I loved the location, the layout, how well equipped, ambience, comfy bed the outdoor area was all lovely Finding the location of the alley for access could be enhanced by telling folks look for the ABC sign on the wall of the Alley. , I drove past it twice, The bathroom shower floor was terrible, slippery and full of smelly body fat, it needs to be properly scrubbed and disinfected after each use, not just run a mop over to layer the smelly body fat. I end up having to put down a bath mat in there to stop the slipperiness/ danger and yucky feel.

Walked everywhere locally. Just the weather! Sadly it was very overcast so we couldn’t appreciate how picturesque it would have been.

• steven (10/5): Fabulous - Great location on the boardwalk but still quiet and private. Helpful hosts and clear and specific instructions. Easy walk to multitude restaurants, eateries cafes, and shops all within easy walking distance.

• chin swee (10/5): EXCELLENT CHOICE FOR BATEMANS BAY - the host give the guest excellent instruction - we just need to read the message. The entrance if a bit tricky because its a one way road - but look out for the images on the photos and you'll find the narrow lane way. th elocation is central to all the shops and pier and beach.

• Robert (10/5): - Close to everything .. restaurants, shops and the promenade obviously. The view from our balcony across the bay was absolutely stunning. The apartment had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Nothing really.

• Wes (5/5): Great location destroyed by uncomfortable seating and to have a two seater couch in an apartment that caters for 4 adult - The location was great modern facility good. The seating was terrible 1x 2 seater couch for a 2 bedder is just wrong. The kitchen table setting was bar stool seating as was the outside balcony seating. No good for anyone over 55 yrs old I wasn’t able to sit comfortably for the entire stay. Really spoiled a great location. Pretty stupid really not supplying seating for all people.

The inclusions were well above what we expected and the layout internally was fantastic.The location was perfect, walking distance to shops, Woolworths, Coles etc and an easy driving distance to explore other beaches etc. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Only room for improvement were the amenities which were running low (had to buy toilet paper, hand wash ran out after 2 pumps, etc) - a minor issue as we loved our stay.

• Mystro (8/5): Great place to stay. Great location. - This unit was spotless. Very modern neutral decor, except for the red lounge (not a fan of the colour). The lounge was very comfortable, though. I spent a bit of time on it, and being leather would be easy to wipe down. The bathroom was nice with a neutral colour scheme as well.. A hand washer towel was even provided. Not many places have them now, so we were rather pleased to see soap and washer. (old school here). The towels were nice and thick. The main bedroom had its own TV, which was perfect for us, as we tend to watch different programs from each other. A good bedside light was near the beds for reading, which is a must for us. There were good sheets on the bed aswell. The kitchen was adequate. It had everything you would need, including a coffee pod machine. I loved the FRIDGE/FREEZER, Plenty of space for all our stuff. We don't eat out much, so I brought a bit of ready made frozen meals with us to eat. Would have liked more than 2 teaspoons though in drawer. The balcony had great views of the water, which we enjoyed over breakfast. The unit is located in a great spot if you wanted to eat out a lot. There is a number of restaurants within 300 yards of the unit. Don't need to use the car. For the location of the unit, it was surprisingly very quiet. Aldi is about 2 blocks away with more eateries, and so is a bakery. There is an ice creamery stand in a cafe (yeah) about 400 yards to your left out through the door to the promenade. The security measures were really good. Loved the lift. It made it easier to move all our gear up to the unit, as we do have some mobility issues. Would we go back? YES!! Most definitely. We did enjoy our stay. There's not much to complain about, to be honest. The main thing for us, the beds were way too hard. As we tend to like lying in and reading, we found it a bit uncomfortable after a couple of days (bruise spots on our sides). A soft, thick topper may make it better. But for a short stay, it's OK. We stayed 4 nights. There is a bit of noise from the garage underneath and water noise from neighbours. But hey, it's a flat. We did have problems with the garage clicker, it may need a new battery perhaps. We had to get out of the car each time and click it near the sensor a few times to get it to open. We also had problems trying to open the door to the unit. Both of the keys looked the same, so we (husband) could have used the wrong key 1st each time.
• Power (10/5): A wonderful, well appointed apartment with great views of the Bay. Would definitely stay there again. - Location and view was perfect. Undercover secure parking and a lift meant it was perfect for my elderly mother. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed.

Lots of lovely extra touches like a coffee machine with plentiful pods, every item you could possibly want in the kitchen, loads of storage, comfy beds with extra pillows and blankets etc. Undercover secure parking and direct access to apartment via lift. Exceptional communication from the host.

Being super picky, would have liked some decaf coffee pods for the Nespresso machine. But it's one of the first places we've stayed that had a Nespresso machine with milk frother! Bonus.

Balcony had not been cleaned - a pile of rubbish in one corner, dead cockroach and dirty tiles. Manager offered to send cleaners but not suitable for us while we were in the apartment. Had to have aircon in bedroom as no opening windows.
