• Sven (9/5): - Perfect location to get around in vienna The heating was very hot and we couldn't turn it down on the radiators directly. We only figured the central control when we left the apartment (so it was our "fault" that it was too warm in the apartment)
• Diqna (8/5): Добро местоположение - Хареса ми апартамента, с две спални, просторен и чист, големи и удобни легла, всичко е точно така, както е описано в ревюто. Пратера е на пет минути пеш, както и метрото. Добро местоположение. Не ми беше съобщено, че кодовете за достъп до апартамента се изпращат на WhatsApp. Това много ни претесни като пристигнахме и не знаехме как да влезем в сградата. Обадих се на домакина. Наложи се да инсталирам приложението. Коридорите в сградата са стари и неподдържани. Разположението на кухнята е странно, сякаш обядваш или вечеряш в коридора на апартамента.

• marleen (7/5): Für ein WE zweckmäßig und einigermaßen gut gelegen - Große geräumige Zimmer, breite Betten, fußläufig sind cafés und ein Supermarkt, Toilette und Bad getrennt Mini Badezimmer, Wohngebäude nicht so schön, hellhörig und laute Nachbarn, Apartment insgesamt ungemütlich und zum Teil nicht wirklich sauber (Haare auf dem Teppich, Spinnweben in den Ecken), Im Schlafzimmer fehlten Jalousien zur Verdunklung

• Anne (6/5): - Sehr bequeme Betten. Lange nicht so gut in einer Ferienwohnung geschlafen. Schön großzügige Zimmer. Inneneinrichtung in gutem Zustand. Zwei Fenster ließen sich gar nicht öffnen. Eins davon ließ sich zudem nicht verriegeln und war dadurch undicht. Es wurde versucht dieses notdürftig mit malerkrepp abzudichten jedoch zog es da kalt rein. Die anderen waren so verzogen dass sie schwer zu öffnen waren. Die Rollos sind so locker angebracht dass man aufpassen muss sie nicht unabsichtlich abzureißen. Der Backofen ist nicht fest verbaut und kam uns beim Versuch ihn zu öffnen aus dem Rahmen entgegen gerutscht. In einer Ecke bröckelt in großen Stücken der Putz von der Wand. Die Duschtür ist defekt und ließ sich nicht richtig bewegen. Im WC war die Abdeckung des Abflussrohrs abgerissen. Das Ekligste aber war die Klobürste. Darin hingen Toilettenpapierreste und die ursprünglich weiße Bürste war nur noch braun vor Dreck. Insgesamt scheint die Wohnung nicht angemessen in Stand gehalten zu werden.

• marion (9/5): Apartamento cómodo cerca del centro. Muy recomendable. - Camas grandes y cómodas, muy calentito, tiene lavadora con secadora, silencioso. Hemos descansados muy bien. Metro y parada de taxi justo a lado. Lo único quizás sería la entrada del edificio. Está bastante vieja pero el piso está reformado y muy bien.

• László (8/5): Ár érték arányban megfelelő szállás, előnye, hogy jó helyen van. - Tágas nagy apartmann Nem volt mikrohullámú sütő, igaz nem is ígérték. De ma már ez elengedhetetlen egy szállásra. Egy kissé lapukkant volt a ház belülről.

• Zsuzsa (9/5): Jó döntés volt, máskor is visszajönnék ide! - A lakás pont olyan volt, amilyennek hirdették: tágas, modern, jól felszerelt és nagyon tiszta. Az egyik szobában hatalmas tv, mindenféle előfizetéssel, a másikban tükör, fotelek. A konyhában kávégép, bekészített kapszulával. A lakás a Taborstrasse megállótól három perc séta, ott több jól felszerelt bolt és persze minden könnyen elérhető távolságban. A házat írták többen, hogy nincs jó állapotban, de ez igazából csak a lépcsőház. Szerencsére a lakás az első emeleten van, így keveset kell ott tölteni. Veszélyesnek viszont egyáltalán nem veszélyes.

• Gregory Kouvaris (8/5): Όχι ακριβώς ότι νομίζεις ότι θα συναντήσεις αλλά καλό.!!! - Καθαρά δωμάτια,μεγάλα κρεβάτια με ωραίο στρώμα. Ανακαινισμένο. Κοντά σε σταθμό μετρό που πάει στο κέντρο σε λίγο χρόνο. Κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ και άλλα μαγαζιά. Έχει καφετιέρα και κάψουλες για καφέ. Άμεση επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη για ένα πρόβλημα που συνάντησα με ανοιχτό παράθυρο που δεν έκλεινε καλά. Το σπίτι έχει μικρό θέματα τα οποία αν αλλάξουν θα είναι πολύ καλύτερο. Έχει πρόβλημα με τα κουφώματα.σχεδον όλα είναι παλιά με αποτέλεσμα να βάζουν λίγο αέρα(ιδιεταιρα του μέσα δωματίου)με αποτέλεσμα να είναι αισθητά πιο "παγωμένο"απ' το υπόλοιπο σπίτι.σε καμία περίπτωση δεν είναι κρύο το σπίτι αλλά έχει διαφορά το δωμάτιο σε σχέση με τους αλλού χώρους. Για να κάτσεις μαζί με άλλα άτομα πρέπει η να μεταφέρεις τις πολυθρόνες στο μέσα δωμάτιο που έχει καναπέ η να κάτσεις μπροστά στην κουζίνα πράγμα που δεν είναι βολικό γιατί είναι ξύλινες οι καρέκλες και δεν έχει χώρο σαν σαλόνι... Πάνω σε όλα τα σώματα καλοριφέρ βρήκαμε πλυμένα σεντονια μαξιλαροθήκες κλπ που είχαν μπει για να στεγνώσουν και το πλυντήριο ήταν γεμάτο με βρεγμένες πετσέτες κλπ.μαλλον δεν απλώθηκαν ποτέ.

• Alexandra Rosa (7/5): - Das Gebäude, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, ist sehr runter gekommen und fast baufällig. Die Unterkunft wurde praktisch eingerichtet. Die Bäder sind allerdings sehr klein und die Lüftung funktioniert mäßig. Der Ansprechpartner hat auf Nachrichten leider nicht geantwortet.

• Tonymv (2/5): Totalmente decepcionante - La ubicación Casi todo. La entrada como si entraras en una casa de la post guerra. La habitación de la televisión era como dormir en un frigorífico. Me encontré con ropa en la lavadora y un vaso roto, éramos 4 y solo había 3 vasos. No había microondas y se lo dije al dueño y me ignoró respondiéndome solo a la hora que debía salir. El horno si lo abres te lo llevas de bolso. No sean tontos y gastense 50€ más y vayan a un hotel, van a tener menos disgustos que nosotros
• Michael (8/5): Schöne, gepflegte, ruhige Wohnung sehr gut gelegen, mit einem nicht einladenden Hausflur. - Es war sauber, die Betten waren bequem und es war ruhig. Das Bad und die Toiletten sind neu. Die Lage ist top. Die U-Bahn- und Straßenbahnstation ist 100m entfernt. Supermärkte, Bäcker und Restaurants ist alles im Umkreis leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Eingangsbereich schreckt im ersten Moment ab. Er ist sehr runtergekommen und man befürchtet das Schlimmste. Letztendlich passt die Wohnung nicht zum Gesamtbild des Hauses. Sie ist viel besser und hat einen anderen Eingangsbereich verdient. In der Wohnung selbst ist lediglich, die fehlende Verdunklung in der Küche zu bemängeln, sowie ein Fenster im Schlafzimmer das sich nicht ordentlich schließen lässt.

No funcionaba la calefacción en una de las dos habitaciones y tuvimos que llevar el colchón a la otra habitación. El edificio da un poco de mal rollo cuando entras porque esta bastante deteriorado.

Creo que la limpieza debería mejorar.Los utensilios de la cocina son insuficientes, Viena es una ciudad muy cara y si te alojas en un apartamento pretendes desayunar y no hay tostadora ni microondas.El secador para el cabello anunciado no funciona.

• Julia (8/5): Top Wohnung, in top Lage! - Die Lage war super, fußläufig u.a. zum Prater. Sehr schöne Wohnung, sauber und modern, hell. Alles da, was man braucht. Smart TV, wifi, Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion (haben wir nicht genutzt, aber cool, dass es da war), Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine etc. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Eingangsbereich und das Treppenhaus, welches sehr heruntergekommen und dreckig ist. Hier müsste definitiv was gemacht werden. Man erschrickt erst einmal, wenn man das Gebäude betritt. Die Wohnung allerdings entschädigt für alles. Wir würden sie auch wieder buchen.

We were only there for one night as a stop-over after a flight, and it provided a welcome and comfortable nights sleep after a few busy days. The building itself is a little old but the flat itself was clearly renovated. A short walk away from two metro lines.

• Gi (5/5): Not bad but To be improved - The location was good and accessible. The whole apartment was almost comfortable. The two bathrooms were in good conditions as well as the furnitures. The building (indoor and outdoor) was really bad and damaged. It was crumbling and it seemed at first sight not safe. There are a lot of services but they cannot be used (for example: the washing and drying machine was full, the coffee maker was there but not enjoyable)

Host very helpful & responded quickly when we had questions. The flat is in a building that looks pretty run down. But the flat itself was lovely and safe.

Communication with the owner without problems. In hot weather we really appreciated the air conditioning. The house looks a little bit shabby, but the apartment is new and beautiful. Nice location near the centre and metro. We had a little problem with the lock on the front door, mechanism didn´t work quiet smoothly, but we finally got in without help. A small lamp and curtains in the living room would be useful (but these are only small things).

• Ionut (10/5): Really recommend, clean and nice. - Everything really, the apartment felt like home, we found it very clean, the wifi is good, the apartment is generous and the beds are really comfortable, there’s really nothing bad to say about the place. The apartment itself is in a really old building but the apartment has been recently renovated and it is really nicely done, so for Vienna, def. going to come back here :). Everything was fine, maybe some salt and pepper would be nice to have but it’s not mandatory.
