• Raisa Sadowski (9/5): Ein gelungener Aufenthalt insgesamt. Zu empfehlen! - Die Lage hervorragend! Und die Ruhe, weil im Innenhof. Allerdings war die Wohnung etwas zu dunkel. Aber die Ruhe war wichtiger. In der Küchenecke fehlte Küchentuch, und der Gemüsescheller war kaputt.

La situación del apartamento: (en un lugar tranquilo de una buena zona de Milán, llena de restaurantes y a menos de 50 metros de la linea de metro). 2. La decoración de la habitación (tal y como se ve en las fotografías). 3. La tranquilidad y el silencio (apenas se oye nada y se puede descansar por las noches). 4. El que la televisión cuente con Netflix, Prime y YouTube (lo que ayuda si quieres ver televisión en tu propio idioma). 5. La climatización (cuenta con una muy buena calefacción central para invierno y con un Split de aire acondicionado para el verano). 6. La información facilitada a través de correo electrónico por el propietario sobre el modo de acceso a la vivienda (gracias a la cuál resulta imposible equivocarse). 1. La cocina es muy pequeña y le falta un extractor de humos y un microondas (aunque sí tiene un horno, cafetera y menaje). 2. Hace falta revisar toda la instalación eléctrica (se nota que es un piso viejo reformado, y los enchufes no dan mucha seguridad, además de que necesitan de un adaptador -de hecho en el apartamento sólo había el adaptador del baño-). 3. La pared del baño necesita de una buena mano de pintura (pues la que hay está descascarillada).

• Tanya (9/5): - Great location. Nice apartment, don't expect something luxurious but it has everything you need.... Heating was great in the winter, just didn't expect that heating would turn off at midnight until morning but still apartment was warm. I recommend this apartment for short stay.

Manque évidents d'ustentiles dans la cuisine, il y avait vraiment le minimum.Mème pas un plaque pour poser les casseroles chaudes.

• Hillson (8/5): Great apartment, comfortable, secure and in a great location - Nice apartment in a great location. Close to everything we needed, a very cool part of town with everything on our doorstep (great food, coffee, shops etc). The apartment was modern with modern decor, comfortable bed and a good shower. The only negative was that when we returned from breakfast on the day we checked out, to collect our bags (before the specified checkout time) we had to contact the host to reset the lock as we couldn't get in. Although we were still within the time we had to check out, the host was quite abrupt/rude when we rang him to ask him to let us in to collect our bags. Everyone can have a bad day but this left a poor memory after such a great stay. Hopefully that was a one off or a misunderstanding given we don't speak Italian but his English seemed pretty good so there was no need to be so short with us especially as we are always courteous and polite.

• Susan (8/5): Enjoyed our stay at this comfortable modern apartment very close to metro and restaurants. - Apartment was very close to restaurants and Metro. It was a modern comfortable apartment walking distance to lots of places. Did not like online key procedure to enter apartment - this could be awkward if phone runs out of charge. . We would have preferred having a physical key. Also we suggest following is provided -T towel and general information folder including instructions re washing machine.

• tamar (9/5): - דירה מרווחת ומאובזרת, המיקום מצויין - הרבה מקומות לאכול ולבלות ממש קרוב, מרח הליכה סביר מאוד לאתרים המרכזיים של העיר. כניסה עצמאית לדירה התאים לנו עם שעת הגעה מאוחרת בסך הכל היה מצויין,המקלחת קצת קטנה אבל לא משהו שהשפיע על החוויה.
• Lucy (7/5): Good location - Location was great, right next to the station. Secure apartment. It was good to have a washing machine in the bathroom. Host wasn’t super helpful when we asked for help locking the door to the apartment. TV didn’t work, couldn’t use Netflix or other apps due to TV model being too old to update as well as local TV channels not connected. On our second night the stove wouldn’t work. Fly screen on balcony door was broken. Link is inactive to the apartment door at 10am on checkout day, which we weren’t told about.

• Charly (6/5): En mauvais état - Climatisation dans le salon et dans la chambre Le volet de la chambre est cassé. Les articles de la description Booking ne sont pas dans l’appartement (micro ondes, grille pain, chaussons, bouilloire, Netflix sur la TV). La TV est trop vieille pour supporter des applications comme Netflix. Moisissures dans la douche. L’éponge était déjà utilisée et sale. Le lave vaisselle fuit. L’hôte n’est pas serviable ni aidant. L’appartement est très sombre et très petit. Les photos sont prises depuis le couloir des parties communes pour donner l’impression que le salon est grand.

Potser milloraria si tingués unes estovalles, per petites que fossin, i alguna pastilla per al rentaplats: detalls mínims però importants. La comunicació amb el propietari també podria ser més fluida, hi havia un problema amb la televisió i no es va poder arreglar. I les indicacions per arribar-hi no eren de gran ajuda, sort del google maps i de la intuïció.

• Roxana (9/5): A good value for money - The place was spotless and just like in the pics. Bed was confortable and all was nice, with restaurants near by and few steps away from the metro station. 25-30’ walk downtown, which was great. 25-30’ walk to the train station We chose to walk everywhere as it was very lovely and nearby all our points of interest. The access in the building/flat a bit complicated from my pov and an internet connection is needed otherwise you cannot enter In the middle of the night (2-3-4 AM) glass recipients from the downstairs bars were thrown in the garbage that was in the flat’s interior garden and that was extremly noisy for few seconds

• Cristian (10/5): Perfect stay in Milano - The apartment is in an interior court, so it will be protected by outside noise. There are a lot of nice restaurants nearby and also a couple of supermarkets in walking range. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for your stay. Every point of interest is in walking distance, but there’s also a metro near the building (line 2). Other means of transportation pass nearby. There is a nespresso-type coffee machine (only two pods offered) and you have basic cookware. But it’s the type of kitchen where maybe you boil an egg or some pasta with some already made sos. The couch seems pretty comfortable for a third person. I did not check if it was a pull-out couch, but the apartment can handle easy more than 2. Haven’t found anything in particular to discuss. I would recommend an extra toilet paper and maybe some more coffee pods.

The host helped two tech phobia women to use phone to lock and unlock door …, he was right … it’s easy !!! He was also very obliging with checkin and checkout times . Much appreciated! Cool area and easy to find fab spots everywhere. Didn’t bother … but shower is very slow to drain … not a problem.

• Qki (10/5): Definitely want to come back again - It’s at a prime location, you get everything at walking distance. Surrounded by many restaurants, bars and bakeries. It’s just about 2km walk from the Milano central station and it’s about similar distance towards all the tourist locations. We managed to walk everywhere without using the public transport. Host is super friendly and all information shared are useful.

• Aliaksandr (8/5): Very decent apartment in a great neighbourhood - The apartment is located in a very nice neighbourhood with number of restaurants and other point of interests. The metro is stone throw away, but it's also cool to explore by walking (for example, Duomo is only about 30 mins away). Even though the apartment is pretty small, it is very well organised and includes all of the necessities one might need (even vacuum cleaner and washing machine). The only minor issue is that it's pretty dark even during daylight.

The host was an extremely pleasant man. The location is just perfect. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice stay at a great location in Milan.

Bed is comfortable, there’s a nice kitchenette/living room area; I appreciated a small balcony and possibility to get some fresh air easily I wouldn’t say I didn’t like, but I failed to find an ironing board (iron was there!) and one little thing that would help is to have extra adapter that guests can use for the plugs

• Federica (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect for us, just next to the underground station. The apartment was small but comfortable and very clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. We had an Italian sim card and the host was very easy to contact, he replied straight away to messages and phone calls. Having to rely on internet connection/phone to enter the building was a bit stressful. We had an Italian sim card so we had no issues using the internet and contacting the host, but I was always worried to forget the phone/have it flat and not being able to get in. A couple of extra kitchen items, such as a drying rack for the dishes and a microwave would have been useful.

• Elica (10/5): Exceptional - The location was absolutely perfect, very close to all the main shopping areas in Milan. Eataly is only a 5 minute walk, the metro is barely 30 seconds from the front door. Downstairs there are plenty of bakeries, restaurants, coffee shops, all within just a few steps of the front door. The amenities in the room were great, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room. And the host was absolutely wonderful. Luca was responsive immediately from the day I made the booking and answered any questions I had, and he gave some great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do around the city. Had a wonderful experience overall - 10/10 will book again for my next trip to Milan! It would have been nice to have some shampoo / conditioner in the room as I didn't bring any myself, so I had to buy some the first day. Other than that, I have no complaints.
• Teofilova (10/5): I HIGHLY recommend it. - Everything was just perfect, the apartment itself, warm and cozy like home. The location is extremely safe and quite despite the rich nightlife. The connection with the rest of the city is excellent, everything is accessible both on foot and by public transport. Luca, as a good host, really tried to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Check-in was a bit more complicated, but considering it's 24/7 I don't think it could be better.
