• kailash (6/5): Nice stay with proximity to Colosseo - Location and tidiness of the property The mattress in one of the room and the water pressure. Although there are 3 bathrooms only one could be used due to water pressure issue
• Mireia (1/5): Incomodo, sucio y con mal olor - La ubicación y que tiene un supermercado debajo Al llegar, ya tuvimos el primer inconveniente, nos fuimos a acostar cada persona en su cama y al acostarse en el sofa cama, nos dimos cuenta de que estaba roto y habían intentado sujetarlo con una mesita, la cual no sujetaba nada; tuvimos que dormir 3 personas en una misma cama. Además las otras dos camas tenían tablas rotas y al acostarse se inclinaba la cama hacia el centro , cosa que hizo que durmiéramos mal todos los días. Contactamos con la oficina y con el chico que nos entregó las llaves, nos mandaron un técnico (cuando ya llevábamos dos noches durmiendo mal) y el técnico solo nos dijo que el sofa cama no tenía arreglo y tenían que poner uno nuevo. No nos solucionaron nada, pusimos una reclamación y aún estamos esperando que nos respondan. Fatal servicio y atención, sabían que todas las camas estaban rotas desde un principio y prefirieron alquilar el apartamento de todas maneras. El apartamento estaba sucio, solo de ver las paredes ya no dan ganas de estar allí, no se parece en nada a las fotos publicadas. Además, tienen un problema de alcantarillado y sale un olor horrible por los tres baños que tienen, era insoportable y incomodo dormir así. Y por no hablar del aire acondicionado, que parece que no lo han limpiado nunca, salía olor a humedad. Además una vez lo alquilas, te quieren cobrar más por entregarte las llaves y hacer el check-in😂 Que mal haber tenido una experiencia así, por no descansar bien no pudimos disfrutar de nuestro paseo en Roma, ya que estábamos cansados y pendientes de que nos solucionaran el problema de las camas.

• Nicoló (8/5): - Tutto bellissimo, bagni nuovi. Camere belle e accoglienti. Staff top. Le uniche pecche son state le seguenti: la porta era poco sicura e facilmente manomettibile. Altra cosa i getti d’acqua in bagno erano molto ridotti.
• Emma (9/5): - A super spacious apartment, nice and clean and tidy and nice bathrooms. Location was also excellent with views of the Colosseum as soon as you hit the street. Also service was also excellent, Mathilde met us on site to welcome us and was super friendly. One of the bathrooms in particular smelt of sewerage, but wasn't too bad.

• Richard (8/5): The apartment must be more considerate. We enjoyed our stay overall! - The location was perfect! The apartment with the price that we paid, it is not up to the standard. The apartment needs to be ready. But it wasn’t! The cleaning lady was still cleaning the apartment at 4:00 pm, the check-in was 3:00. It was not comfortable for both. No extra trash bag was left in the apartment. We booked the apartment for 4nights! No good soap and shampoo were available, only tiny plastic bottles. No toaster, no paper towel, no salt and pepper or cooking oil to do basic cooking. Water pressure in shower was low. Only left 2 Laundry pods. Really? Only one set of key was offered. We had 3 people.

• Paul (8/5): Overall, a great stay. - Rooms are spacious and bright, each with big windows. Blocks away from the Coliseum. Bathrooms were small, with no room to place toiletries.

• Ana (9/5): Superb - We loved the location of this apartment and size of it. These 2 components are the best. Also there were 2 bedrooms with baths, big studio living room where was extra bed. We were 5 friends and having 3 toilet was so comfortable. If someday we return in Rome, we actually will book this apartment again. We didn't like the extra bed (sofa). Also, sometimes there was a smell from toilet and sometimes the water needed much more time to get hotter or warmer during taking bath.

• Aseel (5/5): Great location, friendly staff but major issues - The staff is very friendly, proactive, and responsive. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation for getting around Rome. Upon check-in, we discovered that the kitchen basin pipe was completely broken and leaking. On the positive side, it was repaired the next day. However, there was a persistent sewage smell in the apartment that did not improve even when the windows were opened. Unfortunately, this unpleasant odor significantly affected our ability to fully enjoy our stay.
