• Abd (1/5): Not a good hotel at all - Location for my trip The first room I was given had a leaking tap in the bathroom. Changed to another room, but the ac remote switch was not compatible with the ac, so changed to a 3rd room. The fan in this room had no independent switch so it could not be turned off. The staff tried to help but were limited by inadequate infrastructure. The pillows were too thick, towels almost looked like rags, and sheets are too old. This is not a good hotel at all for the price. When making booking, the room I had chosen promised to have fast internet connection, but I was told at the counter after failing to connect to wifi, that internet connection was only available at the lobby. I felt cheated. I was cheated.

• Neesha (3/5): Poor - The room was clean. Staff was with lack of information. Language barrier. Didn't understand what I was asking. I kept getting the same unrelated answer. Said only Sunsuria parking is available, which the rate was RM2 per hour. I stayed for 2 nights. I perhaps would be paying for my car park more than my room rate. Sigh. Then I saw there was a notice printed out by the hotel management suggesting open car park nearby. When I asked her when is this, how can I get there? She said its nothing. I don't know. Parking means per hour RM2. She kept saying that. Please provide proper training and prepare the staff well with up to date information. Lucky I knew BM, if it was a foreigner?

• Richie (4/5): I will give this hotel a pass. - The cleanliness could have been better. There were various stains of somebody's fingers on the wall. The floor looks dirty. The TV had no reception. The WiFi does not work.

• Anonymous (1/5): Bad - Nothing, really old school property that dont allowed cc or e payment. Around 3am while everyone is sleeping, suddenly someone open our door. When i open door nobody outside our room. So i decide to complaint in the receptionist. When i reach there, and complaint bout the open door. Somebody from the staff actually admitted is her. She wanted to do house keeping.. according to her, my room is 336 and she miss seeing it as 338.

• Edwin (10/5): satisfactory - very good location. lots of food within walking distance. facilities are bare minimum at best, but it’s a budget hotel so no complaints. staff very helpful, most can speak some English but knowing simple Malay helps a lot. There are 2 lifts on weekdays but only 1 on weekends and it’s not easy to find unless you use the building’s main entrance
