La chambre avec un petit balcon terrasse donnant sur le petit lac. Une piscine très bien entretenue. Le petit déjeuner varié. Le confort de la literie. Et un personnel particulièrement attentionné, notamment Zoom, qui nous a donné de précieux renseignements pour les visites. Rien à signaler

Comodo, super pulito e anche con un mini bar e snacks disponibili in camera. Ho anche mangiato nel loro ristorante e il cibo è stato delizioso.
Lorena (9/5): Tolle Anlage mit fabelhaften Personal - Es war sehr ruhig gelegen und inmitten der Natur. Leider haben direkt am angrenzenden Seeufer Bauarbeiten vom benachbarten Besitzer stattgefunden, sodass auch der Blick vom Balkon nicht mehr nur in die Natur war.
Rémy (9/5): Calme et plaisir - Le lieu est très beau, enfermé dans les ‘’montagnes’’ qui l’entourent et comment le lieu est entretenu et illuminé par l’hôtel. L’emplacement est bon même si un scooter est nécessaire mais si l’on cherche une zone tranquille, au calme, l’emplacement est parfait. La chambre était propre et bien entretenue, un vrai coup de cœur ! La cuisine est à améliorer dans sa qualité. Malheureusement c’est le point qui est le plus décevant (et le seul)

Paula (10/5): - El personal muy amable y servicial. La ubicación increíble en la naturaleza y cerca del embarcadero de Trang Ang, es muy fácil moverse por allí alquilando bicicleta o moto. En nuestro caso fue moto, mucho más cómodo para llegar rápido y sin demasiado esfuerzo a los sitios. La piscina ideal para refrescarse después de un día caluroso de turismo. La casita bungalow perfecta, con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos. Tienen restaurante disponible para todas las comidas, muy rico. Todo perfecto

The staff are lovely, we had an early flight and they prepared breakfast for us leaving at 6am and had a transfer ready for us leaving. The power kept going out but that is not the villa’s fault because is it situated in the mountains and there was some lighting storms nearby when we stayed here.
Duy (10/5): Perfect quiet get away in beautiful, natural Ninh Binh! - The staff (especially Dung and Quang) were exceptionally well mannered, polite, accommodating, responsive! The hotel was out of the hustle and bustle of Tam Coc and Ninh Binh. The pool was key and the food was always freshly prepared. Air conditioning was difficult as we had a larger room (family room), but was great in the other rooms (family stayed in the Holiday Home) and it was perfect!

Klein (8/5): Beautiful setting - It is a really beautiful setting, lovely gardens, dramatic limestone cliffs, fantastic lighting at night, small lakes, nice pool, friendly staff, just lovely. The location was beautiful but it is about 5km out of Tam Loc township and the road is really very poor so it isn’t really walkable and grabs take a while. The breakfast is average. They look like they are expanding the hotel so there is a bit of construction noise, I think that will be finished by later in 2026. Overall it’s a really beautiful little hotel but not walkable so depends what you are after.

jennifer (10/5): - Beautiful place to get lost in. I loved the fact it was remote and grabs were easy to get for around about £4 each way for a car or £1.50 for a scooter. Beds were comfortable. Pool was nice. Food was reasonably priced. Staff were attentive and always smiling. Air-conditioning was a god send. If you hear random deep noises its the frogs hiding in the plant pots. Took us a few days to work it out! One sound i will actually truly miss! Nothing all good!

Phuong Van (9/5): Personeel en service 10/10 - Personeel is top altijd vrolijk en klaar om jou te helpen met alles! Kamers zijn heel proper. Het hotel ligt in het midden van een schitterende natuurdomein tussen de bergen en de vijvers. In een standaardkamer ligt het douche juist naast het toilet zonder schijdingsglas. Dit is niet altijd handig omdat de hele badkamer helemaal nat is na het douchen. Denk om je kamer te upgraden naar een hogere klasse indien je dit wil vermijden.
Jyothis George (10/5): A Picture-Perfect, Tranquil Escape in Ninh Binh! - We absolutely loved our stay at Hoang Minh Mountainside Villa. We booked the Deluxe Waterfront Bungalow, which is arguably the best room type for a place like Ninh Binh. It was incredibly cozy and the perfect size for a couple and one kid. The view is wonderfully tranquil—the flowing water and the soothing sound of crickets really melted our stress away. We were also pleasantly surprised by the lovely large wooden tub and the proper, well-equipped bathroom! The property itself feels like a huge resort designed in complete harmony with nature. With massive natural limestone karsts overlooking the cottages, it feels truly majestic. We were initially a bit worried that such a secluded spot might feel spooky at night, but we were completely wrong. The whole place lights up beautifully, creating a warm, safe, and magical atmosphere for an evening walk without any worries. Service was top-notch right from the start. We arrived around 10 AM, and the check-in was exceptionally smooth, complete with generous complimentary early check-in. A massive thank you to Mr. Wang and Mr. Dung, who took exceptional care of us from start to finish. You also have to admire the staff's dedication to keeping such a massive, nature-centric property spotless and in pristine condition. Because the region is secluded, we decided to eat at the on-site restaurant for dinner, and it was the best decision! The food was delicious and freshly made. The breakfast buffet was equally commendable, offering a great variety of yummy dishes. We even showed up late, past the standard breakfast time, and they happily accommodated us. Finally, if you love photography, this place is a dream. We took hundreds of photos because every single nook is a beautiful photo spot. Thank you for making our vacation picture-perfect! Glenda (9/5): Good Value for the Money - What a little Paradise! Loved the staff! Loved the pool! Food was good. Value is excellent! Stayed in the little bungalows over the lake, loved the little balcony over the water for my morning coffee. The room is quite small but it worked. It was really out in the boonies; you must have a Grab or Uber to take you anywhere. You cannot walk to any other restaurants or shopping, but it seems like most of the stays in this area are the same. We loved it and would stay here again.

While the food was decent, what truly stood out was the staff; they are exceptionally friendly and made us feel right at home throughout our stay. They had lots of mossy frogs that “barked” all night long, very loudly. Not sure if this is all year long or just a mating season. Bring ear plugs. Two people in our group left for another property as they could not sleep.

Gulzat (8/5): Отель - как райский сад - В первую очередь хотелось бы поблагодарить стафф. Парни Зум и, к сожалению, забыла как зовут парня в очках, были невероятно дружелюбны. Спасибо вам ребята. Вы классные. Во-вторых, очень красивая территория отеля, которая похожа на ботанический сад. Ну и окружают отель красивые скалы, что делает пребывание великолепным Мы жили в домике, который назывался "дом для отпуска". Домик подуставший, требуется косметический ремонт. Ванная комната была в плесени и грязной. Другие категории домиков думаю были новее и соответственно в них было бы приятнее находиться. Поэтому советую правильно выбирать где жить.

Esther (6/5): Beautiful property, great value. - Absolutely gorgeous scenery. Beautiful mountains on the water, and the lights/banners create a lovely ambience. We enjoyed the pool and the overall outdoor environment. The water bungalows were very cute but small. The service was stellar - very sweet staff. There were no blankets and we got so cold with only sheets! Also many things in the room did not work properly like the rainfall shower and the room door not locking from inside without a key. The food at the restaurant was just okay (out of food and just average) and nowhere else nearby to eat.

Pas de séparation entre la douche et les toilettes. Travaux très bruyant en face et qui démarrent très tôt. Petit déjeuner moyen On est parti plutôt que prévu !
Blythe (10/5): Peaceful location - Peaceful, beautiful grounds, wildlife, friendly polite staff, they couldn't do enough for us. Lovely cabin looking over the water. We took bicycles out around the local area, amazing scenery and easy cycle into Tam Coc. It was lovely to arrive back to the peace after a day out! Nothing!

Paula (10/5): Wonderful place-a little paradise! - Everything!, we were nestled between mountains of lush green and water ponds, going to sleep to the sounds of birds and frogs. The staff were amazing, breakfast was great and we loved our stay here. There was a shelf mounted on the wall above my bed and so I couldn’t sit up in bed to have my morning cuppa. Work was being underway to erect more bungalows and unfortunately the workers did start very early (7am) obviously the workers need to finish as quickly as possible but I think they should have waited until 8.30.

Salvi (10/5): Un petit paradis au cœur de Ninh Binh - L’emplacement est excellent, le personnel est absolument adorable, le lieu est parfaitement décoré, l’ambiance est très chaleureuse La douche n’est pas séparée par une vraie cabine, elle est directement intégrée dans la salle de bain, juste à côté des toilettes. C’est un peu dommage car cela rend l’espace moins pratique et confortable.

Peter (9/5): Fantastic stay! - All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were great. The grounds are brilliant with a fantastic view and some nice short walks up the sides of the mountains. The pool was clean. The food was nice. You can walk a short distance for a great view down the valley. The kids loved it, this was easily one of our favourite places we stayed in Vietnam! The showers weren't the hottest. The breakfast was very nice, varied, and plentiful, but not the best we had in Vietnam. It's a bit far from any town centre for shops and restaurants, but it's easy to get a Grab, and it's remoteness made it quieter.
Елена (10/5): - Очень красивый отель,прекрасная,ухоженная территория.Все в огнях,прудики с лягушками,много зелени.Мы жили в 2.х комнатной вилле.Очень хорошие удобные кровати,хорошее белье,тихо.Большая ванная комната с ванной, много места,есть небольшая веранда.Вокруг карстовые горы,красота неописуемая.Очень приятный и дружелюбный персонал. Помогли с экскурсиями.Неплохой завтрак.Не все понятно,но голодными не уходили.Очень,очень рекомендую. Не то чтобы не понравилось,но мы заезжали ночью и нам не сказали, чтобы был нормальный напор воды в ванной ,нужно при входе в ванную комнату на стене повернуть рычажок и будет сильный напор воды.Мы еле помылись ночью,утром пошли разбираться и нам уже сказали,как правильно. И ещё один момент,вокруг виллы растут высокие деревья и с них на крышу иногда падают плоды. Не пугайтесь. Хорошего отдыха.

La chambre est très bien avec literie confortable, salle de bain fonctionnelle Le personnel est au petit soin, nous tenons à remercier Wang et Zung pour leur gentillesse Nous avons louer des scoot en face de l’hôtel car excentré (20min de tam coc) mais ça nous allait très bien ! Nous avons pu booker avec eux le transfert à hoï an Ils nous ont gentiment garder nos sacs de voyage mais dans un endroit mouillé (herbe synthétique et il avait plu la nuit) donc le bas de nos sacs et certaines de nos affaires était trempé… ils se sont bien sûr excusé et étaient gêné de la situation Juste pour éviter que ça arrive à d’autres voyageurs…
MUKKA (10/5): Very peaceful and nature experience - The place was extremely good. Quang and dung were very polite and friendly and were attending to our needs whenever possible. They are also very well versed in English, so there was no language barrier. They have arranged the cab for us to airport when needed. The property itself is very nice and comfortable, located directly next to limestone Karst mountains, and river also passes through it. You could even climb the mountain which was very good experience. The food was available all time, with good pho options and good drinks. The place was very well lit, and extremely photogenic. Very near to trang an river boat pickup point also and near to trang an restaurants and hotels. The property also had many other facilities, like bridges, swimming pool well maintained. The pavements are being cleaned regularly. You can rent a bike and go through a road nearby( present when reaching the property) just surrounded by paddy fields and river and very few tourists are present. Definitely recommend for peaceful stay and awesome hospitality. None.

Abraham Donald (6/5): - The hut I had over looking the water and mountains was amazing. Bearing in mind traveling is different and different experiences. For the staff that dealt with me were TERRIBLE. Icing on the cake decided not to stay was told when I got back just before 12 we can’t give you an hour to pack/ shower in the room. We need you out at 12 they even called me to say I need to check out worse all the other villas next to me were not occupied. I can go on but the 2 guys at the reception. HORRIBLE.

Buona colazione, sia dolce che salata, a disposizione degli ospiti anche una piscina. Disponibile in struttura anche un centro benessere per rilassanti massaggi. La struttura è defilata rispetto al centro cittadino, ma viene comodamente servita dalle app di mobilità. A due passi dalla struttura è disponibile un noleggio bici e motorini
