Paul (10/5): Everything was better than expected - Well equiped, good location, excellent staff, spotlessly clean. Really being picky, pasta bowls, mirror in 2nd bedroom.
Claire (10/5): A very happy and relaxing few days in superb accommodation. - Location was superb! Surprisingly quiet, lovely views and only a short walk into Blenheim Palace. Twenty minutes on foot to the centre of Woodstock, and a few miles' drive to P&R for visiting Oxford. Staff were polite and friendly; a special 'thank you' to Karen for her help. We felt genuinely welcome. Property was super clean with no superfluous clutter, and well equipped with good quality furnishings, linen and kitchenware, proper coat hangers, private outside seating area with comfortable chairs. All the better for NOT having: bed runners, dozens of cushions on the beds, other people's leftover food or toiletries, scent diffusers, artificial flowers. Thank you. Only one minor irritant: tiny, impractical cereal bowls.

The heating and hot water was excellent. The sofa was not the most comfortable. Outside area for a luxury lodge could have been kept up together better.

The kitchen is well equipped with crockery, utensils, pans, etc. It was spacious and clean and bright, with lovely places to sit outside, too. We had several meals outside. Some salt, pepper, olive oil and handsoap in the kitchen would make the excellent kitchen even better :). And perhaps 1 piece of dishwasher powder per day (instead of 1 total).

Erin (6/5): Beautiful place, great location, disappointing in the cleanliness of the lodge. And the staff were not very friendly at - Beautiful location and the lodges are lovely on a whole. The lodge was dirty, we had booked the pet lodge as we took our dogs, this lodge costs more because of taking the dogs, but was very dirty, dust, dog hair everywhere, our dogs don’t shed their hair, but also the showers weren’t cleaned properly. It wasn’t the cheapest place to stay and in such a lovely location I expected better. So was disappointing.
YIROU (9/5): - The facilities are designed for families and holidays I feel really comfortable staying in! The heating system is kind of tricky and the reception doesn’t work on weekends.
les (9/5): An ideal, peaceful location set in superb surroundings - We loved the location — it’s perfectly situated and made our stay even more enjoyable. The lodges are spacious, well laid out, well equipped and thoughtfully designed, making them feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment we arrived. It was nice to have our own private outdoor space, which would have been great in better weather to enjoy the surroundings. We would definitely recommend and would happily return! As we stayed in February, we spent more time indoors during the evenings, so a few small things became more noticeable. Some simple instructions for using the Smart TV would have been helpful. We also found the lighting a little harsh and felt that some softer lighting options would make the space even cosier. There were a couple of minor housekeeping oversights — two empty vape liquid bottles had been left behind the radiator in one of the bathrooms, and there were sweet wrappers down the side of the bed that hadn’t been hoovered up. These were small issues but worth mentioning. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Wendy (10/5): Fantastic modern lodges - Lovely retreat. Lodges are modern and stylish. EV charge point for each unit. Parking right by your lodge with others for visitors. Reception is a welcoming space with great staff. Lodge was nicely warmed and cosy when we arrived. Plenty of hot water for 5 guests. There was private garden furniture too but wrong time of year for that. TVs only had limited channels so couldn't keep kids occupied while we made meals. Could have done with more than 1 dishwasher tablet as there are no shops nearby. But other than that it had all we needed.

Maribel (9/5): Such a brialliant place to stay and close to Blenheim Palace. - Beautiful location and quiet. The lodge itself we stayed was clean and all the kitchen utensils are complete. Staff are very friendly and helpful too. Only one thing is it was summer time and weather was really hot that day. The room was too hot even we opened the windows. It would be nice that there’s a standing fan just to cool down the room specially at night.

Jeffrey (10/5): Just magical and Karen was super helpful and went above and beyond. - It was exceptionally comfortable and had everything we could need. The fridge doors were hinged on the wrong side. This could easily be rectified as fridge door hinges can be changed left to right.

Helpful staff on a very calm and quiet site, would definitely stay again There were a few kitchen items which were missing that would have made our life easier however wasn't a big issue as was only staying for 2 nights

Lots of space and everything modern or new A few cleaning shortfalls Cobwebs across doors and A previous guest had written ‘dirty’ in the dust on the kitchen extractor hood. This was still not cleaned prior to my stay
