Faced a little difficulty with hot water, the first night . But the problem was solved the following day by Friendly Sarath.

Guitarist and singer during evening a bonus. Had food delivered and had access to private dining room with waiter. Shower only produced boiling water but was able to shower upstairs
• Stefanie (7/5): Great service - Billard table great for kids - need for modernization - Sarath is a great guy and we really felt valued and nicely treated. If needed something Sarath always tried to make it possible and he did. Our kids loved that there were games incl a billard table in the lobby. The food was also delicious and we don’t have any complaints regarding the service. The hotel seems to not have been modernized/renovated in quite a time. The furniture was partly broken or not in best shape, the carpet looks like it should be replaced soon due to stains and the furniture etc was partly dusty. The windows should be cleaned from the outside. We believe the hotel has potential for western guests/tourists but it needs replacing/renovation and modernization
• Siddiqui Tanjila (3/5): Bad - The location was really nice! There was no AC or fan in the room. There was no ventilation at all. The bathroom was mouldy and there was a water leak from the toilet making it disgusting.

Zimmer mit zwei Betten und Lake View gebucht aber nur ein Zimmer mit einem Bett und Blick auf ein Feld bekommen.

• Manav (9/5): Beautiful but away from the main town - The location was both advantage and disadvantage. It is situated way above from the main town and hence it was fully foggy all the time. But that made it beautiful too. Because of the foggy weather, we couldn’t go out much. But that’s not related to the property as such.

• Nico (3/5): Disappointing, misleading - Checkout On the signs they advertise with “luxury boutique hotel”. Sadly the hotel itself was far from anything luxury or boutique. The hotel is not well maintained, so it doesn’t look anything like the pictures published by the hotel anymore. The hotel is just like the plant we found in our bathroom, its best time is over. The rooms and general areas are very worn down, there were holes in the walls everywhere. Also the hygiene was disappointing, I found a hair in my bed, long hair in the shower and mold near the sink, the toilet and on the walls. The area where breakfast and dinner are served are in the corridor, right in front of the rooms, and the doors do not block the sound. During my stay they played loud music and there was a group of people making a lot of noise in the evening. I had to use earplugs to be able to sleep. Breakfast was okay, but looks NOTHING like the pictures published by the hotel. We did not have a pleasant stay and were happy to leave.

• Mithilesh (8/5): Peaceful & Pleasant Stay - hotel located at outskirt with a lake view near by to city everything within 4-5 Km's range. as we were in off-season the staff gave us option to select the room which we would like to stay within the same category. for dinner we arranged food & drinks from outside but the staff made special arrangement for us inside the hotel on the same floor at the dinning area. this location is a hill station and they don't have FAN or AC inside the rooms but on our demand they provided a small table fan to circulate the air for breathing. the breakfast they served was a set menu instead of buffet. for our 1.5yr toddler they had a baby chair. carry winter cloths if you are travelling to this city. For driver only paid accommodation was available which was an extra cost.

Lovely local dinner. A little up on a hill in a narrow steep lane so walking out to the main city was difficult but if you have a vehicle then that fine.

• Shivika (8/5): Very good - This place was amazing - it had a pool table and a carrom board which we really enjoyed playing. Kushan and his team, who were kind and warm, really made our stay delightful, and served us delicious food customised to our liking. We appreaciate the efforts of all the staff who worked very hard in the cold weather and made our stay comfortble. Lots of houseflies . I suggest keeping an electric fly swatter for guests.
• Charuka (10/5): Its the perfect place to stay in nuwareliya. its close to town and have breathtaking views of gregory lake and tea feild - The location, staff, views, food, everything is so perfect. there’s nothing to complain about. Hospitality is the best, the staff there is very helpful, supportive , they are the best. we even got a room upgrade which was a surprise for us. we wanted a nice place with a good view and we got the perfect place.

The view from our room was incredible and the service even better - warm and welcoming. We arrived late at night and the chef prepared us a wonderful spread with fresh ingredients, from scratch. The room was spacious and heaters were provided for cooler nights. The team was always on hand to assist us whenever necessary. We loved our time here. Nothing.

Water supply was not consistent. Carpet old. Sink was chest high. Sheets had stains. No air condition. No in room phone. No safety box. One side of bed had no table next to it. Lights had strange outlets and the light on it was not consistent. Location bit far.
• Beligahamullage (9/5): Great place to stay - I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The customer service was outstanding, and everything was sparkling clean. The hospitality was so warm and welcoming. Plus, the surroundings were absolutely stunning and a joy to explore!

• Priyedarshi (10/5): It was an extremely pleasant stay especially with a friendly and efficient staff. - We loved the location, the room, the breakfast and dinner as the staff made special vegetarian dishes for us as we demanded. Also they were generous with giving us water bottles whenever we required them. This was the friendliest and most efficient staff that one can expect. The pool/billiards table was not well maintained with all the nets in the pockets torn.

The staff made special vegetarian food for us for breakfast and dinner as we requested. It was the most friendly and efficient staff we have perhaps ever seen in a hotel. They provided us with water bottles whenever we required. There were some problems with the shower, but again they fixed it right away. The pool/billiards table is advertised in the photos as well, but it is not well maintained and all the pockets nets are torn so the balls fall on the ground. If it were not advertised then there would be no problem.

• Dharithri (9/5): Cozy amazing stay - The staff and owner were extremely courteous. We arrived on our third night, and after a lot of traveling, we were all exhausted, hungry, and craving home-cooked food. The chef and owner understood our request and prepared exactly what we wanted. Not only that, they went above and beyond to help improve our itinerary, ensuring we didn’t miss any of the best attractions in Sri Lanka and also ensure that we enjoy our stay at his place.
