• Dovilė (10/5): I highly recommend these apartments. You'll find everything you need and more - A very convenient location for tourists who want to explore the heart of Rome. There’s a metro stop (Manzoni) or public buses nearby. You don’t have to worry about breakfast in the morning—there’s a bakery right next to the apartments. It’s full of great sandwiches, pizzas, and sweet desserts. It’s a quiet neighborhood—a good night’s sleep is guaranteed.

La ubicacion tiene la linea de Manzoni y San Giovanni cerca Las almohadas pueden ser mas comodas pero no han sido un problema para descansar

• Martyna (10/5): Very comfortable stay with great communication, and location. - The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was very polite and helpful. Communication was excellent – quick and easy throughout the stay. The apartment is very comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Both the kitchen and bathroom had everything needed for a convenient stay. A big advantage is the layout, with two bedrooms located on opposite sides of the apartment, ensuring greater privacy. The location is perfect. Nice extra touches, like umbrellas available for rainy weather, were also appreciated. If I return to Rome, I would choose this apartment again. There was no prior information about an additional fee for using separate bedrooms for two guests, which should be clearly communicated in advance. The keys for the gate and building entrance were quite difficult to use.
• Carmen (7/5): Ok - Location, not far from metro station, in an area where we felt safe to walk at any time of the day. Complimentary water, which we appreciated as we checked in late in the evening. The apartment was generally clean. The bedrooms are noisy, because the windows are old and offer no sound protection. The beds were extremely soft and woke up with back pain. We had mosquitoes. Bathroom needs a renovation. Bathroom door hits the floor at every use. Soap in the dispenser is watery and slips through your fingers on the bathroom floor. Although video instructions were clear on how to get the key and I watched it prior to arrival, our phones’ internet was not working inside the building and we couldn’t access the video again at the location to get the code for the key. Daily access to the building only by ringing the door bell to a specific apartment, even if we received 4 keys (couldn’t find the use for 2 of them).

• Inna (10/5): Гарне помешкання для компінії - Помешкання знаходиться в тихому районі в закритому дворі. Ми заселялися вночі, нам вхід відкрили дуже швидко без затримок, далі як завжди ключі знайшли в скриньці. Господар оперативно відповідав на всі запитання, якщо вони були. Поруч є і кавʼярні зі смачними сніданками і магазин з продуктами. В апартах все є для комфортного перебування (фен, праска, кавомашина, чайник, пральна машина) є. Нас було 5-ро дівчат, всім місця хватало. До всіх памʼяток можна дістатися пішки. До найближчого метро хвилин 15. Взагалі недоліків немає, можливо більше добавити гачків в ванну.

Me hubiese gustado que tuviese el pago de los impuestos por medio de un link o por paypal o al menos recordarnos al llegar la forma de pago de los mismos para no andar en carrrera viendo como conseguir el efectivo tomando en cuenta que muchos de los ATM estaban fuera de servicio los que estaban mas cerca ,lo que nos obligo a desplazarnos 20 minutos caminando. Con la premura de que debiamos tomar tren. En otros lugares tuvimos una rapida y temprana solucion .

• Susana (10/5): Ideal para visitar Roma y descansar bien - Somos un matrimonio con hijos de 18 y de 15 años. Ubicación: bien comunicado, hay paradas de tranvía y bus cerca, metro a 10 minutos que permiten ir al centro histórico fácilmente o a Trastevere directo. Puedes ir al Coliseo caminando en 25 minutos, al foro, seguir hasta fontana de Trevi, Panteón, etc. un paseo largo pero se disfruta porque en cada rincón de Roma hay cosas bonitas que te vas encontrando. En la esquina de abajo hay un horno con pizzas, bollería, café, comida preparada que viene muy bien si no quieres liarte a cocinar en casa. Se duerme genial, colchones muy cómodos, barrio silencioso, ideal para descansar después de un día caminando. Buena comunicación con la anfitriona, la cafetera no funcionaba y compró otra el mismo día. Ropa de cama/toallas bien, suficientes. En general todo bien, como sugerencia recomendaría poner un microondas en la cocina.

• Meritxell (10/5): Perfecte per visitar la ciutat! - És molt bonic i ampli. Té moltes comoditats i detalls com torradetes, galetetes i café per fer un primer esmorzar sense haver d'anar a comprar en arribar, peoductes de neteja personal i de casa, sal i sucre... Molt ben situat i amb molt bona comunicació de transport públic (a 20 minuts caminant del Colisseu). La Janira (la noia que ens donava les indicacions) va ser molt amable i va estar atenta cada día per veure com ens anava l'estada. Molt recomanable! No té espai de "menjador" per tant, el format de tamborets de la cuina és molt bonic però no gaire còmode per fer els àpats, sobretot si vas amb nens.

Cialde per caffe, fette biscottate, marmellata e biscotti disponibili per colazione. La cucina piccola ma molto carina. Nessun difetto in particolare, se proprio devo trovare il pelo nell'uovo la macchina del caffè emetteva un piccolo scoppiettio prima dell'emissione, tuttavia la funzionalità non ne era compromessa.

При заселении в ночное время тоже не возникло трудностей. - Рядом с центром города, в 700 м. есть метро, еще ближе автобусная остановка. Пешком от вокзала Roma Termina 20 минут. В объекте есть все необходимое для проживания. Наличие кондиционеров -это огромный плюс летом. Все отлично 👍

• 尉諭 (1/5): Horrible - Hot water no more supply after 22:00,so my kid and I take cold shower after long trip in the 8。C ,we facing more than 10times power outage during 2days stay,you can’t turn on 2 heater at same time. Washing machine is moldy and range hood heavy dirty.

• Joel (9/5): Very convenient apt in the heart of Rome - Very centrally located and outside of the ztl of Rome. We enjoyed the size and the comfortable beds. The accomodation is very clean and quiet. The owner is very kind and helpful. everything ok.
• Dalisay (10/5): We stay at this apartment and we are very satisfied.the Place Is very quiet - The apartment Is near to the stazione and public buses, and you can go by walking in some tourist spot. Condominuin and Place Is very quiet, the bed Is very comfortable and air condition all over the rooms, in the kitchen theres a complete utensils that you can use tò Cook, if you dont want tò go in the restaurant.
