• Dovile (5/5): It's a basement, not a garden-level apartment—very clean, but the WiFi is nonexistent. - Good-sized, very clean flat with all the essential amenities included. The flat is in a basement, so natural light is limited to the kitchen window and the glass door at the entrance. Very poor WiFi
• Mattia (9/5): - Appartamento ben posizionato vicino alla metro e con mini-market ben fornito a pochi minuti a piedi (circa 3min). Casa pulita e che riesce ad ospitare tranquillamente 3 persone, molto carino anche il "giardinetto" al di fuori della casa. Fantastico il cestino di benvenuto con dentro molte cose essenziali. Consiglio di comprare piu padelle/pentole, in quanto in casa ci sono solo 2 pentole ed 1 padella, un po difficile per poter cucinare piu pietanze. Consiglio anche una manutenzione al rubinetto del bagno che fa fatica un po a scaricare acqua.
• Boris (8/5): Apartement assez propre. Quartier vraiment pas mal pour qui veut visister. Polyvalent et équipé. - La situation du logement était vraiment pas mal. Un quartier assez calme avec pas mal de boutiques (dont des commerces d'alimentation et des restaurants) , un petit parc assez joli, le métro tout près (sur la district line) A noter, le logement est en sous-sol mais sa porte/fenêtre vitrée donne dans une cour avec pas mal de lumière. Il y a de quoi cuisiner, quand on ne veut pas se ruiner, et de quoi coucher 4 personnes (un lit double et un canapé lit 2 personnes). La douche (à l'anglaise - chauffe-eau instantané ) est assez spacieuse et propre. Des draps + couettes + serviettes sont fournies. Quelques couacs mais rien de rédhibitoire : durant le séjour nous avons du voir notre "hôte" (ou quelqu'un qui ne gère que les clés ?) environ 2 minutes et la communication était un peu compliquée. Comme des évacuations d'eau tombent dans la cour il y avait de temps en temps des bruits. Nous avons du le premier jour récupérer le code Wifi avec un voisin (le SMS a priori "standard" est arrivé le lendemain) Autre chose étonnante : on nous a dit de partir en laissant les clés sur la table et tout ouvert et nous n'avons donc vu personne. je ne sais pas si c'est l'usage d'habitude. Pour éviter tout souci, nous avons donc pris des photos avant de partir.

• Michelle (7/5): Good location, price and communication but not quite as advertised - Location was great, really close to the tube. Supermarkets on the doorstep and walking distance to all high street shops. Not many kitchen utensils,no tongs, fish slice or tea towels. Garden not private as advertised, people use to smoke and rubbish bins for other flats there. No where to hang hand towel or towels in bathroom, there are screws over the door frame but in the way. Mattress protector came off and several dark hairs on mattress 😞(we are fair)
• Yu (8/5): Very good - The property is perfectly located at a fabulous area. The only downside is the steep steps at the main access, which could be challenging for wheelchair users. Apart from this design, everything is perfect for us.
• Lucy (10/5): Quiet warm flat in a great location close to a tube station. - The property was well clean and warm. (I’m always cold so this was a big plus). The space was as described with everything you need to be there for weeks including iron and hair dryer. The welcome hamper with milk and goodies was a lovely touch. They need some more coffee mugs but everything else was great.

• Amin (10/5): Had a lovely stay also got information about the area through the host - The property was new and clean. When we arrived the host walked us to the apartment helped us with all our bags and when we got to the apartment they had a basket with snacks for me and family and coffee and drinks. Overall we had a smooth checkin and checkout. I would most likely rent this property in the future as it felt like home.
