- Wally (8/5): Good pricing, good location close to town and good facilities - The unit was Self-contained, so we didn't have to eat out if we didn't want to - cooked breakfast on-site. The pricing was quite reasonable for the facilities. The location was 5 mins from the centre of town and there was little to no noise at night at the site. An air conditioner in the bedroom would have been ideal, but as there was only my wife and myself, we left the main bedroom door open so the lounge aircon could cool the room. mid-summer may be more of a challenge.

- Richard (7/5): Quite location, and away from the mainstream tourist surge. Good value for this property. - Close to the beach (5 minute walk). Apartment was comfortable with all necessities (other than shampoo n conditioner). Be prepared to bring your own shampoo & conditioner, which is not a big deal. The property is a double story building, which again is not a big deal, but be prepared for the stairs. Have to climb in to a bath to use the shower; so again not a big deal for some, but maybe a deal breaker for others. The spa in the pool hadnât worked for many years, but the pool & BBW area is otherwise good to use.
- gwen (7/5): Parking Issues - The parking situation wasn't ideal. We parked our extra car infront of our car which was in our designated car space. The caretaker's asked us to move the car, we did. When we returned another person parked where we had our extra car. This car blocked us out of our designated car space. The car which blocked our spot was never moved. This was very irritating. Ideally they need to put bollards in the areas where they dont want cars to park.
- Joanne (1/5): Not a clean property - It was close to town. It was dirty, needs up dating things like the microwave was burnt on the side, floors were dirty the bed spread on room 1 was dirty. The shower screen doesn't slide, carpets need replacing or at least cleaning. There were spider web everywhere. The cane lounge pillows are dirty and smell, and the base is old and looks like a dog has been chewing them. It's needs a paint, and there were missing tiles all around the fridge.

Toilet runs and needs maintenance (very old) Leaking tap in kitchen needs new washer. Fridge quite rusty. Beds were pretty soft. Shower screen broken. Saw flying bugs and spiders. No chairs/table on upper balcony. Overall townhouse would benefit from much needed maintenance/renovation. Spa didnât work in pool complex. Rundown and overpriced!

Close to town loved it.The stay all of it also that we could do our own washing as well. I lived there long time ago in Port Douglas so good to be home grat place to stay friendly people staying in the other units.
The unit had all the things needed to cook clean. Nothing loved it all.

Only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper left for 4 people for 4 nights.
When asked for more toilet paper, told to come collect from reception. Reception closed. Eventually was dropped to room.

Well positioned for the beach, shops and marina with all the facilities needed for a relaxing stay, washing machine and tumble drier greatly appreciated!

I didn't like the cleaning, we found a lot of dirty sheets, they were green and we only saw them after we turned them over, some mold stains and other dirt. We didn't like the staff because when it was time to check out they came through the door, very rude and yelled at us, totally unacceptable and disrespectful.

We thought the unit couldâve been a lot cleaner, the stove top and oven wasnât clean. The veranda outback was dirty and not able to sit out there.
