- Helen (9/5): Lovely unusual hotel in a great location - The location and size of the room are excellent. Breakfast was late. We came down 30 minutes after it was supposed to start and it still wasn't ready. Otherwise breakfast was excellent.
- Amanda (10/5): We loved the historic architecture of the building and the interior design, and the location. - Location is exceptional, only steps away from magnificent churches and squares, and tourist office, where we met for a guided walk. Breakfast was exceptional with a large selection of home baked goods. The owners sister is the manager and she ensured we had everything we needed. Short narrow staircase to first floor, and no lift, but it wasn't a problem for us.

- Claire (8/5): Great location, comfortable room, but a little noisy. - The location is fantastic, easy walk to all main attractions and tour meeting spots. Great restaurant downstairs was great for lunch. Room was very clean and comfortable, and felt safe as a solo traveller. Noise was an issue, a concert was happening near the hotel until midnight.. Following this. Guests returning were super noisy in the hall way while returning to their rooms.

- Silvia (5/5): Das Zimmer hat mir besonders gut gefallen und die Bewirtung hat mich geärgert. - Das Zimmer war ausserordentlich und grossartig. Die alten Mauern, welche beim Umbau erhalten wurden, macht es zu etwas sehr speziellen. Bei 35 Quadratmeter hat man viel Platz. Die Hotelbesitzerin hat uns freundlicherweise 1 1/2 Stunden früher ins Zimmer gelassen. Ein junger Mann hat uns wortkarg und kurz angebunden das Zimmer gezeigt. Da wir am nächsten Tag schon um 07:20 von einem Taxi abgeholt wurden, konnten wir dort nicht frühstücken, obwohl wir dafür bezahlt haben. Der junge Mann versprach uns dafür eine Tasche vor die Tür zu legen, mit Croissant und Wasser. Wir haben vergebens darauf gewartet. Es wurde auch kein Wasser für den Empfang zur Verfügung gestellt, was ich noch nie erlebt habe. Das Unternehmen sollte auch Zimmer anbieten ohne Frühstück.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of delicious choices. WiFi does not reach all rooms. We had to walk along the corridor to get a signal.
- Karina (10/5): Wonderful Experience at Charm Catania Central Suites - We had a fantastic stay at Charm Catania Central Suites. The location is excellent—perfect for exploring the city! Our room was very clean and comfortable. A huge thank you to the host who was incredibly helpful, especially by assisting us with our baggage up the stairs. We enjoyed a very nice meal at the downstairs restaurant, which was a great convenience. Furthermore, the host went above and beyond by offering to bring us breakfast early in the morning right before our taxi pick-up and check-out. Exceptional service and a highly recommended place to stay!

Les hôtes sont très accueillants et souriants. Nous avons eu un cappuccino à notre arrivée. Les chambres sont très confortables et bien équipées. J y reviendrai avec plaisir Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré avec des produits plus artisanales. Sinon c était parfait

Right in the middle of Catania, just 5 minutes from the historic fish market. The chosen room was huge and beautifully decorated. It was Just one floor up to it. Staff was so helpful with storing bags and bringing them up and downstairs at check in and check out. Breakfast included was abundant and delicious. The wood fired oven in the restaurant is so cool (a historic feature original to the building) for delicious pizze. Super communicative and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

The bathtub was large and comfortable. The hosts were on site and working in the restaurant (which is delicious) They helped arrange transfers from airport and our driver Daniel was terrific and we used him a few other times! The bed was Very firm. My husband loved it, too firm for me.

Downstairs there’s a great pizza restaurant with great service, part of same business. Breakfast is next door and is simply wonderful. What a great place. - fabio (3/5): da non consigliare - colazione ottima e brava la sig.ra romina. posizione centrale ottima per muoversi camera che si sviluppava in lunghezza per circa 12 mt con una sola finestra. più che una camera sembrava una catacomba. al piano terreno pizzeria con forno. il pavimento della camera in corrispondenza del forno era caldo, plus per i mesi invernali non per il periodo estivo. aria condizionata direttamente sul letto, impossibile dormire con aria condizionata accesa. comando aria condizionata non funzionanate, il personale ha pensato bene di sostituire le batterie prendendole dal telecomando della tv con il risultato che non si poteva vedere la tv. forse sarebbe stato meglio sostituirle con nuove. dispenser shampo in doccia senza possibilità di appenderli a parete

Balkon beim Zimmer -Preis/Leistung war gut - das Badezimmer ist nicht ganz durchdacht, man überschwemmt das Badezimmer beim Duschen und leider fließt das Wasser nicht gut ab im Waschbecken, das liegt vll an den alten Rohren - enges Stiegenhaus: für Personen mit Einschränkung schwer zugänglich - Alles in Allem: wir würden wieder kommen

La pulizia delle camere e delle aree comuni è impeccabile: tutto sempre ordinato, profumato e curato nei minimi dettagli. Il personale è gentile, disponibile e attento ad ogni esigenza, capace di far sentire gli ospiti davvero ben accolti. La posizione è perfetta, comoda per raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici. La colazione è ricca, varia e di ottima qualità, con prodotti freschi e ben presentati. Un soggiorno che consiglio vivamente e che non vedo l’ora di ripetere!

Personalen är riktigt servicevänlig och hjälpsam! Rummen är i en klass förs sig - konstnärligt fantasstiska, stor modern fin toalett, bra säng, badkar mitt i rummet (arty!) och bra stor TV. CHARME Catania Central Suites lever mer än upp förväntningarna, ligger i. det absolut bästa cityläget i Catania och helt fantastiska kreativt och "antik"-trendigt inredda rum utöver det vanliga!

The sweet goods had a homemade feel about them, so they were nice, but the rest of the range available was poor. For example, there was a dispenser full of cornflakes but no milk to pour onto them. There was cooked bacon but it was extremely salty and the chopped sausages were of the lowest quality imaginable. The juices were squash rather than freshly squeezed or even from concentrate. Coffee, however, was freshly made for us and that was very nice. See above.

Il personale è cordiale e solerte. Le stanze sono arredate con gusto, comode e pulite. La colazione è ricca con dolci, formaggi, salumi ed anche piatti caldi.

- Maximiliano (10/5): - Location is fantastic to explore Catania. Rooms are very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Value for money is great. No lift but staff is super helpful and helped carry our luggage
- Alice (7/5): - Great location and beautiful room with bathtub. Sadly the water wasn’t working in the local area so we were unable to shower/bathe for half our stay - however, we were refunded some money for this.

- Marina (10/5): - La habitación a parte de ser preciosa, la cama era súper cómoda. La ubicación un 10, el desayuno muy variado y rico y el personal muy agradable. Sin duda repetiría.
- Daniel (8/5): - Geschmackvolle Ausstattung mit Lavasteinen - sehr spannend. Die Lage war hervorragend. Unweit vom Rathaus und den zentralen Plätzen der Stadt und trotzdem ruhig! Reichhaltiges mediterranes Frühstück.

- Erika (10/5): Ottimo! - Ottima posizione, in centro storico pieno. Camera molto spazione e bagno enorme. Tante finestre con balcone. Pulizia eccezionale! Cortesia dei proprietari eccellente. E' consigliatissimo! Troppa confusione serale perchè la nostra camera era esposta sulla via del ristorante.
- Susannah (10/5): Brilliant, we would book again! - Modern, clean, big tv and a wonderful breakfast. Great place to rest after a hot day exploring Catania. Would recommend this place for sure! Only downside is it’s in quite a buzzy part of Catania, so the music went on till around midnight. Not really a problem if you are also out or able to sleep through a little background noise.
