Guest Reviews
- Hui (6/5): Very Tiny apartment in a good location in Milan - Location is pretty central, close to Duomo and Breda, also Sempione.
There are some coffee, one bottle of water inside. It’s very small, there is a tiny narrow stairs going to the ‘second floor’ where the bed is, since the ceiling is not tall enough, majority of people can’t stand straight. If you go to the toilet in the night, you need to be extra careful. The air conditioning takes some time to warm up, you better leave it on when you are out.
- Gopika (4/5): Run down and overlooked apartment at a great location - Conveniently located. Host is friendly and easily reachable. The apartment was not well maintained. The front door was difficult to open and close, the shower cabin door was falling apart, there were no mugs for coffee/tea, there was no tea only sugar. There is AC/heating but I couldn't turn it on. The bathroom is really tiny and the staircase upstairs is only suitable for a really petite and short person. Upstairs, the roof is so low that I had to hunch and walk even though I'm short.
There is a big window near the kitchen that only has a transparent curtain and no shutters/blinds so everything inside the apartment is visible and you feel unsafe at night. Also, the walls are thin so I could hear everything happening around including mobile phones vibrating. There are a lot of other apartments and all of them have metal grills as doors so you keep hearing the creaking of metal all night.
- Irenkaaire (8/5): Good in general - The location is perfect, in the Brera district. The host was always on to help. There was a coffee, tea and water at our disposal. The cleaning could be better. The cups and dishes weren’t washed well, the coffee stains under the coffee machine. P. S. Be careful using a hot water, if you’re got water shower lover like me, in 5 min you don’t have hot water anymore and have to wait for 1h.
- Azael (9/5): A dream location for the price - The location is the best one, walking just 15 min. You are direct in the middle of milan. At night there are plenty of beautifully bars and restaurants
The host is exceptional friendly and helpfull For our standards, it was not completely clean, but acceptable for the price and location.
- Anya (8/5): Very good - Great location and clean apartment. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions on how to get in. Stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect , appreciated kitchen supplies and espresso machine. The upstairs bedroom area does not get enough cool air, so it was not a great sleep. However, I stayed during really high temperatures in Milan, so maybe it’s not an issue during the usual time.
The hot water in the shower and a bathroom sink turns into boiling very fast and unexpected
- Jeffrey (7/5): Good - The apartment is very well located and had everything you need.
It is also air conditioned which is perfect for summer. The sliding main door provide barely any noise insulation and the inner courtyard was pretty noisy in the morning. We were woken up at 5 am sometimes.
The bed area could use some shelving or storage areas.
- Sandra (8/5): Very good - Nice area, felt safe. Easy check in with clear instructions. Friendly host who answers questions quickly. A blackout curtain for the large window would be good.
- Daniele (7/5): Good -
