- Dmitrii (7/5): - The apartment is massive, and located in a quiet area and very close to everything in Vake. This apartment has a lot of potential. The host was pretty responsive for what it's worth. Unfortunately, the flat needs quite a bit of love. It seems like it was just dropped on Booking.com "as is". It would be okay for the long-term rent, I guess, but not very good for short-term rentals where you expect certain hotel-like quality and minimal amenities. 1. There was no shower gel and shampoo inside the dedicated boxes; they were just empty. There was no soap on the sink as well. 2. The apartment needs a proper cleaning; there are a bunch of hair, dirt spots, dust, smudges on the furniture, and even construction dust. When I opened the couch, there was broken glass and tons of dirt that I had to vacuum myself. A lot of dishes didn't look like they were cleaned. 3. The pipe is broken in the shower "rain mode". It just starts splashing water everywhere if you switch to it. 4. The toilet seat is fully broken and twisted. PS I should mention that I didn't communicate to the host any of that as I was really busy working during my stay. So I hope it'll just be fixed and the next stay will be nice. The place has a lot of potential for sure.

Квартира уютная и очень чистая, с кондиционером (что спасало в жару). Хозяин квартиры приветливый и отзывчивый. Соседи также спокойные и доброжелательные. Все очень понравилось, обязательно вернемся.
