• Maria Luisa (10/5): - Abbiamo alloggiato qui per qualche giorno di trekking nel Chianti. Un posto in posizione ottima, tranquillo, accogliente, con la semplicità di un vero agriturismo, che ci fatto sentire proprio a nostro agio.
• Valeria (10/5): - Valentina e Nico sono ospitali e accoglienti, sempre disponibili e gentili. Ci hanno fatto conoscere le capre, mostrato il loro lavoro e facendoci assaggiare latte appena munto! L'appartamento è grande e luminoso, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort (come wifi e una cucina completa). La posizione permette di isolarsi completamente godendo della pace e della tranquillità della campagna ma anche di raggiungere facilmente Greve e altri borghi del chianti.

• Lisa (10/5): A quiet and beautiful place tucked away in the stunning Chianti region - We loved everything about our stay. The location is stunning, surrounded by the beautiful Chianti countryside. The house is very comfortable. It is warm, clean, well equipped kitchen with delicious drinking tap water, a wonderful clean bathroom with a fab shower. The bed was so comfortable that I slept better than I do at home. You can sit outside and enjoy a coffee with morning visits from the chickens and cats which we loved. The goats are wonderful and we asked to help in the morning which Valentina and Nico kindly agreed to. They were generous with their time and it was a magical experience learning about the goats. They both work so hard and take excellent care of their animals with love and compassion. We hope to return one day as this is a very special find. THANK YOU Valentina and Nico and all the animals. Nothing, it was perfect.

• Laurentiu (10/5): - Incredible place to stay if you seek quietness, nature and comfort. The small house you get has everything you need, we found everything in good condition and clean. But even if you arrive and you don't like something, I can assure you the host will do her best to make sure you have a nice and comfortable stay. They live in a house nearby, and they are incredibly nice and wonderful people. It's always nice when you see someone wants to go the extra mile so you can have a perfect stay.

• Daniele (10/5): - Posto pazzesco in un ambiente unico. Vale e NIco persone stupende. Casa meravigliosa , pulita e silenziosa. Formaggi freschissimi homemade e possibilità di fare degustazioni di vino a piedi in una villa centenaria a pochi passi a piedi. Straconsigliato!

• Valentin (8/5): A lovely and peaceful place with potential to be even better with just a few thoughtful additions. - We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and the bathroom surprisingly large, which made our stay comfortable. The mattress was firm and very comfortable – a big plus. The whole place had a rustic, peaceful charm, with goats, cats, and dogs wandering around, which added a nice countryside feel. That said, we did miss a few small touches. A coffee machine and some basic tea bags in the kitchen would have been appreciated. Also, a designated space for reading or just enjoying the surroundings – maybe a small bench or seating area – would have made the experience more relaxing.
• Carron (10/5): WONDERFUL PLACE and WONDERFUL PEOPLE! GREAT PLACE TO RELAX AND ENJOY THE SURROUNDING AREA! - WE LOVED THIS CHOICE! Hosts were fabulous and very welcoming. Enjoyed all the animals and that they let us watch the daily operations at the farm. Loved the goat cheese they make! We walked to the nearby winery (Villa Calcinaia/Conti Capponi for a winetasting/tour and had Jackie (tour guide) all to ourselves. Highly recommend! Beautiful area! We had a car with us and parking was very easy! Can't think of anything

• Allan (9/5): Back to nature in glorious Tuscany. - The situation. Valentina. The outlook. The Goats The apartment. Everything. It is a magical place, deep in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. It is an awesome place to stay. To get up in the morning and hear the wolves howling, bringing their pack together. The goats milk getting to the cheeserie in minutes for processing and making beautiful goats cheese. Free range chicken and eggs abound. Just fabulous. There was nothing not to like. But I guess you need to be a country person. Townies might find it remote and too quiet.

• Harry (10/5): Absolutely Perfecto 🤗 - Valentina was a fantastic host ☺️ Casa Alessi was Perfecto, all the facilities that are needed, extremely clean, lovely outdoor seating area for morning and evening relaxing with fabulous farm views, wineries all within walking distance, also a fantastic base to stay to explore surrounding areas, Valentina was great with local knowledge 🥰, Greve short drive for all required shopping, the farm stay experience is great with goats, chickens, pussycats and dogs all adding to a fantastic Stay. A supply of fresh goats cheese and eggs was superb to compliment other cooking ingredients. Learning about goat farming and milking to cheesemaking.... Don't delay making your booking 😊. That we had to leave to continue our travels 😔 but if and when we are back in the area, we definitely know where we will be welcomed ☺️
• Caleb (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely space with warm, welcoming hosts. Apartment was spacious, cozy, and well-equipped with full kitchen. Walking distance to several wineries and a short drive from many, many more. Our hosts showed us around the goat farm which was a lovely treat for our time in Chianti.
• Bert (9/5): We have a wonderful time on the goatfarm. The hostess was very kind and helpful in everything. - The place is in the middle of the beautiful Chianti region. I would recommand everyone to spend a holiday in this place.
• Monique (10/5): A super holiday in a very comfortable house with super hosts and cute animals. - Set in the Chianti, which offers the perfect combination of history, nature, crafts, and not least discoveries in food and wine, the Fornaci farm offers a wonderful place to enjoy and relax. Valentina and Nicolò are wonderful hosts and very nice people. They were helpful both in practical things and with good tips about where to eat and what to do. Armed with these tips we could enjoy its highly authentic experience. While staying in Casa Alessi, we have enjoyed the fresh eggs, vegetables and the farm made goat cheese, a real delicacy. We are looking forward to be back here!
• Nancy (10/5): If you’re looking for a unique experience, this is it. - A totally unique experience on a working goat farm that produces exquisite goat cheese. The home was overlooking the pasture. There are also two very sweet dogs, a bunch of chickens and a couple of ducks.
