Felicia (9/5): - Easy to arrive to Lisabon by boat. Acomodation is well equiped. Building has thin walls and doors and you can hear everything from the hallway. Drainage/ sewerage should be checked as sometimes there is a smell from the sink area.

Un detalle bueno tenías agua, café y alguna galletita de bienvenida, buen detalle! Para aparcar el coche,fatal. Era una tortura llegar por la noche y no tener sitio para aparcar por la zona y dar mil vueltas. La insonorización tampoco es nada buena, se oía cada vez que se abría la puerta de la calle.

Very good value for money. It's a ten minute walk to the ferry, which was fine for us. We liked our stay and the neighborhood, and would surely recommend this apartment. Parking is difficult but we were lucky. Walking uphill 😊

ce012c66089a73f4456e21c2c940141f (7/5): - Wij zaten op het bovenste appartement voor 2 tot 4 personen met 3 personen. Aan de achterzijde heb je een ruim terras met mooi uitzicht over de Taag. Het appartement is ruim, doch is het zetelbed niet echt comfortabel om met 2 op te slapen. Alles is voorzien, linnen, handdoeken, sponsje, afwaszeep, vaatdoek. Er staan flesjes water bij je aankomst wat theezakjes, suiker en koffiepads. De communicatie verloopt vlot. We zijn die dag vroeg geland en konden onze bagage in de kast bij het poetsgerief plaatsen tot het appartement klaar was. Het appartement ligt aan de overzijde van Lissabon. Je moet de ferry nemen naar de stad maar deze komt heel regelmatig en zit je maar een 15 min op. Het appartement heeft eens een "deep clean" nodig. Keukenkastjes aan buitenzijde en binnenin zijn niet echt proper. Stof aan zijkanten bed, oven niet echt proper. Je ziet wel dat ze hun best doen maar een goede poetsbeurt zou wel eens nodig zijn. Weet ook dat het appartement gelegen is vrij hoog in het dorp. Je moet dus elke keer om terug naar het appartement te lopen een steile berg op wandelen.

The staff were wonderful and very responsive — special thanks for the help during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The only downside is that you have to walk uphill to reach the apartments. You get used to it after the first day, but at first it can be a bit of a shock.

Eu que sou de Aveiro nunca tinha experiencuado uma situação tão difícil de estacionar 🥵🤦. Mas pronto aqui não culpo a casa de alojamento mas sim, a cidade. Dp descobri q a quase 1km haveria uma única chance, 1 parque de estacionamento a pagar a noite toda... Talvez num futuro a casa de hospedagem, fizesse uma parceria de maneiras aos hóspedes pagarem menos ou então msm nada🙂👍.

Stawiecka (1/5): Parece bonito pero es mala calidad - Check-in sin contacto. No hay recepción, por lo que si llegas tarde puedes acceder fácilmente a la habitación. El desagüe de la ducha parece estar atascado, pero realmente se trata de una mala reforma. Avisamos para que alguien lo revisara pero solo nos dijeron que lo harían, porque la ducha se seguía embozando igual. Además de tener que jugar con el mando de la ducha para no quemarte o morirte de frío con el agua, también te toca hacer paradas para no inundar el baño. El edificio está situado en la parte alta por lo que se tarda unos 15min cuesta arriba desde el ferry. Le falta limpieza, la insonorización es inexistente y la nevera es demasiado ruidosa para un espacio tan pequeño.
