• Alice (10/5): I love the hotel because I used to always book it when it was Marriott town place and have all my kids sleepover there a - I always stay there before they converted over too candle wood when it was Marriott town place they used to serve breakfast now they don’t it kinda hurt my feelings

• Asty (8/5): Great location! - The location is excellent. Facilities were excellent. When arrived, they had canceled my booking. I had to book again for a higher price. In the future, email guests and don't call them because they have numbers from another country (can't reach them).

The only complaint I have was that there were some hairs left behind in the bathroom sink and shower The rest of the suite was clean and the place was easy to get too. The staff was friendly and helpful

• Susan (7/5): The unit was good although there was pretty much a good kitchen but no place to sit and eat. A cafe table would be nice - The location was great. The price was good for a 2 bedroom. Appliances and maintenance needs attention. Closet doors won’t close, kitchen outlets shorted out, dishwasher door falls to the floor and won’t turn on.
• Maria (4/5): New owners-Not good, they have people snitching on their own! - I’ve stayed their for about 7 months. They sold the property and since then they have been horrible to long term customers. I am an Elite Diamond customer and never had a problem until the new owners came in. First of all if the phone to the front office doesn’t work. They removed the security guard from the property and I had a homeless at 4am knocking on my door. All they said was sorry and they’ll look into it. Second, they say “pet friendly” there not! If you are an IHG member, which I am and have reward bucks to buy amenities well they use a third party vendor so you have to buy your own and can not bill to the room or use your reward bucks! The staff is ok I guess, just one Spanish lady is kissing ass and anything you say negative or that they don’t like they kick you out by saying they have no more rooms. I would never stay here again. There’s one staff member that when you call the front desk is always on his cell phone with a family emergency, all the time! Snd doesn’t answer your call, I had to walk to the front office and see it for myself. Calling ofcourse from my cell.

• Maria (8/5): The staff was very nice and trying to help - Nice clean, they have all the essentials , it’s very convenient to have a small kitchen , good room size Swimming pool is outside, you don’t have any privacy , it’s a little bit old the stuff, but for the price it was fair
• Owen (8/5): Great for a short one night stay that we needed the night prior to cruise. - The room fit what we were looking for which was at least 3 beds (king, queen, and sleeper sofa). Check in was easy and the rooms was sufficiently clean. The prices at the little store in the lobby were extremely high. $8 for a bottle of water. The facility had a laundry room but only 2 of each and both were used every time I checked. Parking spots were very tight.

• Keyla Pamela (1/5): Horrible don’t bother booking - The location That they didn’t have not got water no service on the room and I pay a lot of money for 4 night and I didn’t ever get new towels not acceptable event so I said I had I surgery I had to shower with cold water and have a wet floor in the kitchen every day waist in money i wouldn’t recommend

• Tameca (9/5): Family friendly - clean, spacious and awesome staff! - Staff were great, always willing to assist and willing to go beyond! Room was spacious, contemporary and clean. Location was great for us as a central location. This was minor and it's an easy fix by the hotel. It wasn't a huge deal but would have been nice if it was done. Daily cleaning of the rooms- more emphasis needs to be put into ensuring the garbage is taken out, we were 4 and only 2 sets of towels were replenished daily.

• Titilayo (1/5): The worst stay of my life they need to fire everyone - Absolutely nothing but the proximity to my doctor office I stayed at this hotel while recovering from surgery. The day after my procedure, I called to inform them I was post-op with drainage and asked for earlier housekeeping since they have a policy of not cleaning rooms for a full week. Instead of accommodating me, staff told me the manager required an additional $500 deposit because I was post-op and threatened that if there was blood on the sheets, I would have to leave. This policy was never mentioned at check-in (I already paid the normal $100 deposit). I also called the front desk because the WiFi was not working, and I was told it would be “down for the weekend.” When I asked if they would be taking anything off the bill due to the outage, the staff immediately responded by saying they actually needed a $500 deposit—clearly retaliating because I complained. The front desk staff then hung up on me because she said she didn’t like my tone. Even after the head of housekeeping came up and confirmed there was no blood on the hotel sheets, the hotel still refused cleaning/service unless I paid the $500. I was treated with disrespect, targeted, and financially pressured while in a vulnerable medical condition. I’m adding pictures of the day I left since we never had a sheet change or blanket change you can clearly see no drainage on their sheets and the policy list they have at the desk ! It gave extortion to me

• Brittany (2/5): - This hotel is not what the pictures show.I stayed here for 3days because my house was being remodeled and they never came to clean the room.When I first walked in it smelled wet and like smoke.The A/c doesn't work that well but it was bearable.Its just all around out dated and that carpet in the halls and rooms needs to pulled up..I even saw a Roach in the bathroom.

The hotel doesn’t have suites with a king bed and sofa bed like advertised on booking.com and we had to switch rooms twice because the a/c wasn’t working. The toilet stopped working. We ended up checking out a night early and will never go back.

This does not pay attention to details nor have any affection to the wrong as they do towards the guest and give off such attitude and as as continues to argue and complain with guests, on fact, as they are wrong to what they did

• Laquail (6/5): - The space is great. Unfortunately, we had hair in the bathroom & on the reading chair. The kitchen faucet leaked water everytime it was turned on & the AC does NOT cool the whole room. Ironically, at night it gets pretty hot in the room. We had to remove the duvet from the cover to get some relief. The AC fan speed is not adjustable, therefore we were not able to increase the speed. I repeat, IT GETS HOT AT NIGHT!! The king bed felt more like a queen but it wasn't so bad. The staff that checked me in was very polite & helpful. Parking is plentiful but they are in the middle of remodeling, so it's a little crowded. Lots of places to eat nearby, actually walking distance. They have FREE, yes I said FREE washet & dryers, just bring your own detergent. Gym on premises. They are pet friendly so be careful, a dog barked all night on our first night there.
