Thomas (6/5): OK - The location was perfect. Everything was at walking distance, but the neighborhood was pretty quiet. The owner was very flexible with check-in times. We had a early morning flight and arrived in the apartment at 10, but is was no problem to bring our luggage already. Although the owner wrote in his binder that the humidity in the apartment was fine according to standards, it was not fine. The mold on the walls is clearly proof of that. You could also smell it a bit. A towel took more than a whole night to become dry again. Opening all windows while when we were in the apartment helped. Also, the owner have sticked way way WAY to much ‘instructions’ and other notes in the apartment, on which he blames his customers for damaged stuff and calls them “rude and uneducated”. It delivered us a lot of laughter though, calling each other rude and uneducated for the rest of the week :-). But seriously, I think the owner is overreacting a bit with all his notes.
