• Laura (7/5): - Spacious, well equipped kitchen and quick response from host. Location perfect for us as visiting family in Fairfield. Shower great. Mostly clean but there was some rubbish and clothes left in drawers and behind sofa in lounge. Decor a bit tired and could do with a bit of tlc especially in the bathroom which is a bit moldy.

• Alison (5/5): - The property was in a very poor state of cleanliness and appeared to have not been cleaned since the previous guests. Fridge and freezer were not fit to be used until we had cleaned them . Unfortunately there were no cleaning products on site although the host did deliver some when asked. Cigarette ash everywhere is not a good look. Such a shame

• Stephen (8/5): Good value for money, I will stay here again - Quiet neighbourhood and good value for money. Oddly, I liked that the toilet and bathroom/shower were separate. Netflix on the TV with reclining sofas were handy. A couple of snags internally but overall great value for money.

• Luke (9/5): - All good, decor bit dated but facilities all there ect. Beds ok and clean. Was a problem with smoke alarms going off on there own, Neal sorted them out asap for us. Can't fault them
• Julie (9/5): Fun Family Stay - The comfort and location. The house was well equipped and offered lots of space for our family. There wasn’t a large mirror upstairs, only a small vanity mirror. We had to use the mirror in the dining room for our hair and make-up

• Savannah (10/5): Our stay here was fantastic and we would happily return. - LeeVal provided a comfortable night away from home. Beds are top notch with duck down pillows, very comfy. Bathroom has a spacious shower and there were plenty of towels for our group. Downstairs is a large flat screen TV with electric recliners. We didn't cook but the kitchen is new and has a coffee machine with pods. Also a welcome basket with biscuits and drinks. Plenty of off street parking in a good residential area. Important for us as we didn't want to have to worry about the works vans. Will stay again. Nothing

• Kay (8/5): Comfortable accomodation - Location and size, sofas and beds were comfortable. The previous review was harsh. It was clean and comfortable just very basically refurbished Decoration was a bit weird, very random. Obviously a new kitchen but without a freezer and washing machine which is weird. Lighting in living room very over powering and shower knob needs fixing couldn't switch it off and nearly flooded the place.
• Joanne (2/5): It’s filthy. - Location was nice and quiet. The place was filthy. The floors were vile. Needed a good hoover and mop. Dead and live woodlice all over even upstairs. I walked from the bedroom to shower barefoot and my feet were filthy and full of bits. The garden was overgrown. The outside was dirty too. It smelt of stale curry. I had to open all the doors and windows to try and get rid of the smell. I’ve contact the host, no reply. Hairs in the shower. Cobwebs.
