- Andrea (6/5): - Lage in der Nähe zur Veste und zur Stadt Kostenloser Parkplatz Unkomplizierter Check Inn Ich würde die Putzkraft wechseln. Geschirr klebte im Schrank fest, alte Wasserflecken auf dem Boden (länger nicht gewischt??), Toilettenbrille hing nur noch an 1 Schraube (merkt man das nicht beim Putzen?). Glastür/ Spiegel voller Flecken. Schade, denn das Studio ist an sich ganz hübsch und brauchbar.

- Dirk (7/5): Die Lage gleicht nicht alles aus ... schade ! - Die Lage der Wohnung im Stadtteil Cortendorf mit Blick auf die Feste ist super, das Haus gepflegt. Man sollte aber gut zu Fuß sein, da die Innenstadt doch fast 30 Minuten entfernt ist und Busse nicht so oft fahren. Der Wohn-/Schlafbereich ist ebenso wie der Balkon großzügig ... aber leider nicht gut gepflegt. Das Bad ist klein, aber ausreichend und war ebenso wie das Bett sauber. Der Spiegel im Wohnbereich war stark schlierig und der Fußboden länger nicht gewischt, auch reichlich ältere Zigarettenkippen in einem Glas auf dem Balkon. Leider war auch das Geschirr nicht sauber, sodass wir auf die Nutzung verzichtet haben. Bei Ankunft war nur ein Handtuch in der Wohnung. Mit telefonischer Hilfe des Vermieters war das zwar zu lösen, aber größere Duschtücher waren nicht dabei. Der Hinweis auf eine "Urlaubsvertretung der Putzfrau" überzeugt mich im Nachhinein nicht, wenn ich auch die Bewertungen anderer lese. Preis-/Leistung stimmen einfach nicht !

- Robert (8/5): I had a very pleasant stay. - I felt immediately at home in the apartment. Every needed was provided for.I would most certainly not hesitate to book the apartment again in future. It is a minor really, but the showerhead was broken and would need to be replaced for the next guest.
