Квартира, куда нас заселили, я думаю, ничем не уступала и по площади, и по удобствам.Единственный минус отсутствие большого балкона. Было 2 балкона, но очень маленьких. Заселили не в ту квартиру, соответственно отсутствие большой лоджии. В одной из спален очень сильно скрипела кровать.

We stayed in a perfectly situated apartment and explored all of Tbilisi on foot without needing any transport. Plus, there’s a very cozy cafe right in the building that serves a great breakfast.

• veronika (10/5): It can't be more good, perfect! - It can be difficult to find a place that is perfectly located, yet private… well this is the place! On top of all that, it is squeaky clean. We loved it! We are a family of four and found no issue with space and comfort. The host was very helpful and accommodating and easy to communicate with. The home was ready hours before scheduled time and available for early check in and late checkout as well, amazing!!

Their apartment is spotless, comfortable and private. We got the choice right! The kitchen had all the basics, pots, glasses… the location of the house was very good. It was very close to the trading mall and restaurants to eat, bazaar and the city center. 10-15 min walk. An amazing host. Easy access to taxis as well as public transportation. Very clean place.

Also want to say a little about Baia’s Gallery which is located near the apartment and is full of AMAZING paints of Georgian modern and old painters, if you are lover of arts you absolutely have to check the place out

He met us at the apartment and despite our language barrier, we managed to communicate effectively through! 💕💕 He also gave us some fabulous tips for our stay, including great restaurants, places to visit and historical monuments to explore. Tbilisi is a city which is sightseeing itself and the apartment is perfectly situated in it’s heart. really vibrant atmosphere.

A quick walk to liberty quare as well as Shardeni and Rike park.. Air conditioning, wifi, laundry, and water temp all working well! You will not be disappointed by booking this place! The wee ‘extras’ like tea, coffee and bottled water were lovely and the apartment was as expected based on the photos and description. The location is super handy to Tbilisi central sights and major shopping streets and the host was very friendly and pleasant person! Nothing!
