• Kieran (10/5): Best villa we’ve had in Bali in our 5 times here. - Amazing location, in the thick of everything. Villa was super comfortable for our family of 5. No one want to leave. One room doesn’t link with the house via internal door, which could be an issue if you need bedrooms for kids.

• Ian Ponton (9/5): - Modern and clean. Did not once think "of only they had one of those". Quiet location but still lots of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Narrow, busy streets made walking dangerous but taxi's are cheap and plentifully.

• Bianca (10/5): Exceptional - Villa was very well presented. Facilities all clean and high end . Great location to walk to cashew tree and access beach (although a lot of stairs to walk to reach beach) . Would stay again
• Lee (5/5): Nice villa BUT beware of the unbearable stench. - We liked the communal layout and living space. Location was quite ideal near some cafes in Bingin. The stench coming from the property is unbearable. We had to sleep and live for a whole week in what stunk like straight sewerage with no break. When we asked the villa to do something, they poured hot water down the drain which did absolutely nothing. The pool stained all our swimmers bright yellow and green despite rinsing after every swim, they are now ruined. So much mold in the pool and showers. The showers and hot water did not work, a little trickle of water for each shower. We also didn’t appreciate the way the cleaners and staff would just come in unannounced or without warning. For such a huge expense, we expected better quality. Honestly the smell was unbearable so be warned.

• Amanda (6/5): Pleasant - Beautiful villa and good location. Staff very helpful. There was construction next door each day until 8pm including both days on the weekend. So very hard to relax and enjoy the stay. We did bring it up with the staff and they arranged for the owner of the villa next door to meet with us which she did. She apologised and explained her situation and told us she spoke with the owner of our villa to arrange some compensation for us. When we contacted the villa owner to complete this process they ignored my multiple messages. Up until then the owner had been very responsive but when it came to passing on the compensation from the owner next door they ignored all contact. It was disappointing considering the villa itself is lovely. But poor form on the owners behalf and doesn’t give chances confidence they are trustworthy.

• Kristie (9/5): We loved our stay at Villa Obseassion - It was a beautiful it felt like you were at home, had such a homely feel to it which we loved. The alley way that it was situated in was paved well and nice and safe. The layout was perfect 3 great sized room, living room with tv and lovely kitchen area with a great pool area. We found the pool area grass etc was great layout as it kept the pool clean somehow which is a bonus with kids. The area was perfect walking distance to beach, cashew tree, Pilates, kids did Muay Thai all within a KM or 2 and the perfect day spa at the end of the alley called Lakra spa. Nengah Salin Was there to greet us on arrival, and would check in daily which was great. Very happy would highly recommend, and will come back again. There was an odour from one of the bathrooms wasn’t a huge deal it does just come down to Bali and plumbing system.
• Sharene (9/5): Lovely would love to stay again. - Privacy, comfortable and clean Tiles outside pool are a bit slippy when wet. Once we just laid some pool towels down in the ground for the kids it was fine.

• Nabila (8/5): Beautiful villa - Beautiful villa. 5mins walk from convenience store. 10min by bike to bingin beach. Facilities are almost complete. They have everything except iron. Overall a comfortable place to stay When we arrived in bali, the manager text us and ask how are we going to the villa, whether we already have transport or not. We told him we planning to take grab. Then he told us he can arranged driver for us. When we ask him how much for the driver, he told us its ‘villa driver’. So we assumed that its free and included by the villa. When we arrived at the villa suddenly the driver ask us for payment. And it was higher than what we can get by grab. When i double check with the manager he casually told me that yeah we have to pay. I dont want to say much and just pay the driver but it was misleading to tell your customer that its villa driver when we have to pay additional for the service.

• Koal (10/5): Excellent place to stay! Very comfortable and perfect for the family - Excellent rooms and bathrooms. Pool was amazing Few of the towels were a bit old and damaged. Also beach towels not replaced.- No warning of people turning up each day.

Everything you need, staff were lovely and very helpful and responsive if you needed anything It would have been good to have an iron and ironing board.

We would love to come back. - The location of the villa was great..A few minutes walk to the Cashew Tree which we used daily for breakfast etc. The villa was spacious, clean and top quality. The hosts were friendly and easy to get in contact with. We enjoyed our time together as a family and would be keen to return agian. We had a problem with a smelly bathroom and sewerage which we told our hosts. He explained it as an ongoing issue. The pool whilst clean was cold so it was only a quick dip to cool down. Unfortunately the outdoor seating was poor. There were only 2 lounges and they were uncomfortable and the webbing was broken. There needs to be better seating arrangements for outside.
• Kirstyn (10/5): Beautiful functional villa with very attentive hosts. - Spacious and spotless the villa was just fantastic, staff very welcoming and helpful just perfect central location. Bedrooms and bathrooms were huge and comfortable, shared space was well equipped and decor well thought through. Lovely pool area. A comfy well thought through luxurious villa wish we could have stayed longer. Manager very helpful arranging transport for us. Absolutely nothing just perfect.
• Magda (10/5): We totally loved our stay at Villa Obseassion such a private and tranquil oasis, thank you. - Simply stunning layout and decor, so much room the pool was Devine and the chair swing over the pool amazing. Walking distance to some great cafes and shops and only about 750m to Bingin Beach, perfect location. The sun loungers were not able to be sat on as they were so uncomfortable so would suggest they change those or get cushions. Also need 3 given there are three bedrooms. The air conditioning units worked well but are really noisy.

• Joel (10/5): Excellent property and we would love to visit once again, would highly recommend. - The villa was maintained well and in excellent condition. The host communicated very well with us and was available to answer any questions we had. The outdoor area is superb and all rooms/ensuites were also excellent. Only minor issue was the water service being off for a small amount of time, however as soon as prompted the host organised a repair and the water service was restored in a quick manner.

• Sarah (6/5): Nice villa. Not well managed. Cleaning with dirty sponges and cloths - The space inside the villa, the rooms and pool. The location was good. The hosts did not understand the keys for the doors of the villa. Air conditioning was not working properly in living room. Property was badly managed. Grass needed cut so there were ants everywhere. When asked it was fixed. Don’t arrive on a Sunday.
