Ho (8/5): Homely feel stay - Quiet place. Host Tony received us at the garage after we reached before 7pm. For a while I was worried if I was at the right place because it was pitch dark as if even the main house seemed like no one’s at home. There’s motion sensor lights. Working hot shower with heater booster available. Less than 10 mins drive to city centre, but few food options and grocers nearby (less than 5 mins walk from the house). Host provided a folder on how to operate various equipments and info (including wifi password). Bed got warmer. Kitchenette has got basically the necessity of what you need (includes coffee, tea and a bottle of milk). Not sure was it the bed or what, got bitten in the night while sleeping.

Located across the road from the lovely Anderson Park and very close to a great supermarket and a range of food outlets. Very comfortable with a kitchen well equipped for a short stay. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

Nina (10/5): - There is a beautiful park right across the street, and the house is located in a quiet neighborhood. It’s only a 10-minute drive to the city center. The accommodation is absolutely clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms and all facilities well maintained. The bathroom is fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The host even left a bottle of milk in the fridge. The small garden is warmly decorated, and Tony was very welcoming and polite. We truly loved the environment here and would 100% recommend it to everyone.

The accommodation was separate from the main house, and having a carport to use in the wet weather was appreciated. The immediate outdoor surrounds included a patio with furniture and the artworks and plants on the fence and in the garden created a pleasant environment. Karin (10/5): Zauberhaftes Gartenhaus - Ein bezauberndes Gartenhaus mit eigener Terrasse auf einem sehr schönen, gepflegten Grundstück und sehr netten Vermietern. Einkaufsmöglichkeit befinden sich in fußläufiger Nähe und wenn man fit ist, kann man sogar zur Weinprobe in der Mission State Vinery gehen. Zur Innenstadt braucht man aber ein Auto. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Also included were towels, shampoo/conditioner and body wash and a folder that had local food places which was a huge help. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone else needing somewhere to book, it was top notch and of course would stay there again ourselves when visiting Napier.

Accommodation very private, comfortable and spacious. Facilities clean. Special touches such as fresh fruit left in the kitchen and flowers on the table. Supermarket, shops, takeaways and restaurants only 5 easy minutes walk away. Bathroom gets very steamed up from the shower, despite fan running. But there is a window to open.

It's quite a spacious granny flat that's separate from the main house and we were allowed to park under the carport. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay—the studio was spotlessly clean, beautifully cosy, and very comfortable throughout. The bed was especially comfortable, and we slept really well. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get to all the main attractions in Napier. It was a great base for exploring the area.
Loc (10/5): Absolute pleasure! - Lovely hosts to meet and have a chat upon arrival. Ran out to get me when I drove out of their property (I wasn't too sure if I was in the right location, not the only one apparently), with onsite parking. Large room with ensuite and good shower, and kitchenette with all necessary utensils and items, microwave available. Large comfortable bed, warm and cosy. Excellent internet connection. Good seating table area, inside and out. TV, heater and PowerPoints at the bedside all appreciated. Great park across the road to get those steps in! Only stayed a night, would stay again if the opportunity presents. Absolute pleasure! Property hard to identify from the outside. A suggestion I would make is to have the Parkview mosaic sign on the outside for easier identification. Writing in dim lights could have been improved upon with brighter lighting. Otherwise, no issues.

Terri (10/5): Comfortable and convenient to many amenities. - We booked this for our visiting, non-English speaking parents for one night, to make room for our arriving house sitters before we all travelled the next day. The homeowners were very accommodating, and made everything easy for them. With their own outdoor garden area, a park across the street, and many meal options only a 5-minute walk away (including a grocery), it was perfect for them.
