- Teoh (10/5): Exceptional room but with an underwhelming breakfast - The room is huge like legit huge. It was like staying at a studio apartment but with daily cleaning of the room. The bathroom is also huge and the sound Sony sound system is lit when all the speakers and subwoofer work. The washing machine is paired with a dryer function, so it is easily to wash and dry. The wardrobe is huge as well. There's a functional kitchen as well so if you want you can make instant noodles there with some added ingredient since there's also a fridge. The bed and pillow is very comfortable. Gym has all decent equipment despite being small. For such a big-name hotel, the breakfast is limited and underwhelming at some point. The noodle bar is quite nice and you can ask for just wantan soup. The dimsum is just bad. The custard bun's custard isn't flowing and xiaolongbao got no soup?? how's that xiaolongbao??. The shuijiao/ dumpings are just underwhelming. Easily a random Chinese family from HK or Malaysia or Singapore can do it better. Probably the most solid thing in the breakfast is egg tart, polo bun and fried sticks.

- Robert (10/5): Luxury in busy area. - Very nice modern hotel with surprisingly large and luxurious rooms with great amenities. Even a washer dryer in the room. I did laundry three times! Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was good. Many things to choose from. The location is in a busy area with lots of local restaurants in easy walking distance. The street food at the nearby night market was fun.

- Oleg (1/5): Better to find another hotel - This hotel had taken as a warranty (on 12.03.2025) an amount almost two times more than cost of the rooms and is still keeping thas warranty amount. When i tried to clarify this issue they answered that they had returned money back already. I had to talk with my bank which confirmed that amount will be kept by hotel up to the 14/04/2025 - more than 1 month. It means answer about money was not correct. If you have time to clarify where are your money after the trip or you do not have any other way to use your mony as keeping them in this hotel account - you are welcome in this hotel. For me it was the last time here. They are not professional.

- Betsy (3/5): Requires improvements in cleanliness and customer services - Good facility, provide free parking. The 2 bedroom apartment we’ve stayed is spacious to accomodate a family of 4. Hotel staff is nice. Room is not clean - we found lots of hairs on the chair inside one of the bedrooms (which is obviously not cleaned) and the floor is generally dusty and dirty (kid’s feet were all dark after taking shoes off inside the apartment). The sofa also has quite obvious stains… Left message to the hotel to request a cot and received no reply until we had left the hotel. If you want to request a cot or any special request, best to call them directly as it seems like the hotel message is not monitored regularly. Also recommend you specifically request the room to be cleaned before checking in (especially for large apartment like ours which may not be frequently booked). Generally quite disappointed with the stay as this is definitely not an Ascott standard stay given the price we paid for the 2 bedrooms.
- Sunset (10/5): Great apartments with western standards - We got a 1 bedroom apartment. It was new and perfectly clean. The staff helped us with kitchen utensils and etc to be able to cook. They come and clean everyday and the cleaning the do is proper. Both housekeeping and the frontdesk always try their best to help. Some people at frontdesk speak English and that's a plus too. Great stay. Everything was good.

Breakfast was the same as months ago and not touching to foreigners actually. Eating the same dishes everyday due to limited options are quite disappointing and it's not matching such a for this hotel I guess.
