• Maivi (8/5): Plus och minus men fin lägenhet - Lägenheten var trevlig, stor terrass med fin utsikt. Luft och tyst område. Köket hade nästan allt man behövde. Bra med två toaletter. Bra städat. Perfekt att man fick tofflor då det var golvkallt. Hade otur med vädret, så det blev kallt i lägenheten sista dagen. Hade inte räknat med att allt var stängt den 1 maj, t.o.m tunnelbana och spårvagn, så där förlorade man en dag. Lite längre från butiker och centrum än vi räknat med.

Le logement est magnifique très belle surface et la vue magnifique sur l’acropole. La propriétaire très a l’écoute. On a passé un superbe séjour ! On a tout aimé

• Mikael (8/5): Excellent vue and geographically placed - Due to a cancelled flight we arrived 1½ day later very early in the morning and we called the host who came with keys after a few minutes. There is a barging dog on the floor above, but when we mentioned this for the host she called the persons upstairs and the dog didn't barge anymore :0)
• Katie (10/5): Perfect stay in Athens - Eftichia was really accommodating and helpful during our stay. We loved the apartment - lots of space and very comfortable. There are stunning views of the Acropolis from the large roof terrace. The location is really close to the metro with easy access to the city. It's also close to grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. We felt really at home during our stay. Thank you Eftichia! We liked everything!

• Emma (7/5): Heating issues spolied an otherwise nice apartment. - The apartment was really lovely as far as the decor and size etc goes. The balcony and view are AMAZING. It's a nice quiet area, and close to the metro stop to get you into town quickly.  The host was good with communication and tried hard to fix some of the issues we had while we were there.  It was great having two modern, clean bathrooms (though if you are quite tall, the showers may be too short for you). There were no issues with hot water for the showers, and the water pressure was good.  The kitchen was fully equipped, and it's always good to have a dishwasher on holiday, so we appreciated that being there.  There were plenty of spare towels, which is always appreciated, and a spare set of bedding so we could have fresh sheets over our two-week stay. Cleaning equipment is also available.  We also appreciated the yummy treats that the host left for us. We also appreciated that she allowed us a late check-out as our flight was in the evening.  It was good to have a lift for luggage. Our main issue with the apartment was the heating, or lack thereof. The air conditioning for heating in the living room was very old and had broken down, and there was no central heating either for 7 of the 14 nights we were there, including four nights in a row at the start of our stay over a freezing cold weekend. We were wearing our jackets and gloves inside, with the oven on trying to warm up. We had to go and buy our own firewood for the fireplace to try to get some warmth. The host tried to get the ac fixed so that we had some heating, and we appreciated her efforts, though the process of trying to get it fixed rather spolied the first week of our holiday. Instead of being able to relax and enjoy our time, we had to plan our days around maintenance visits, then most of the time the technician never arrived. The ac heating in the living area never ended up getting fixed, we gave up because it was taking over our holiday. We didn't want to keep planning our days around a technician who may or may not show up. The host dropped a portable radiator heater around, and we went and bought a fan heater. They still weren't enough to heat the living areas properly, but we were tired of waiting for the ac heating to be fixed and just wanted to try to enjoy what was left of our holiday. I ended up getting very sick as a result of how cold the apartment was over those four nights/days, which also took away from the enjoyment of our holiday. The central heating did eventually come back on in the evenings, though it was very random timings eg some nights it would be on until after midnight, other nights it would only be on for a couple of hours, and other nights it was not on at all.
