• Peter (10/5): Flat with seaviews we wanted and it was delivered and much more. - The place was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfy and view was amazing. Beach within 5 minutes of very lazy walk. Parking right outside the property. Nice kitchen, well equipped. City center within 20 minutes of casual walk. Lots to do on the promenade as well. Nothing to report.

• Gill (10/5): - The flat was perfect. So clean, great communication with the owner, who was so helpful. The distance to the beach was amazing, with the bonus of on site parking so didn't have to pay for parking. Great value for money, and already booked to stay again we loved it that much Nothing!

The views from the flat were perfect being able to see the sea 🌊 The flat was very cosy and well equipped for all your needs. Jean welcomed us and checked in on us to see if we had everything we needed while Nicola send all the information over the day before 😃 Thank you for making our stay memorable we will definitely visit again 💙 You ladies are credit to Bridlington. Having to come home 🥹

• Leanne (9/5): Perfect location and apartment for a lovely weekend in Bridlington - The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed for cooking for the weekend and perfect being very close to Bridlington Spa. This is more about my fitness levels but the only negative I can think of is climbing the stairs!

• Colin (10/5): Ashton Holiday flat - The views of the beach and sea, off road parking, access to the beach and town. Size of the rooms. It is self catering so a cupboard for our groceries would be great. The shower panel leaked a bit but we put a towel on the floor to catch it so no big deal. The oven only had one shelf, two would be better. There wasn't a second plug socket on the window side of the bed, for me to use my CPAP mask overnight.
• Debbie (7/5): A Nice place to stay - The location was excellent, the rooms were big enough for us and the kitchen and pool for our usage The beds were quite uncomfortable after a couple of days, and due to the previous people staying the whole apartment smelled of smoke and our clothes absolutely stank along with the apartment for the time we were there. It is a non-smoking establishment, but apparently they smoked out of the windows but not very well! We did mention it to Nicola our host (who was not aware when we were arriving) and she did bring air fresheners for the apartment.
• Paul (9/5): Couple of days away - We stayed at the apartments before last year and really enjoyed it, so we decided to come back for an unplanned couple of nights. We stayed in apartment 2 this time, which is a 1 bed apartment but very spacious, There's also a pull out bed so can sleep 4 people easily. The view from apartments is great looking out over the sea. Very clean, cosy, and well equipped. Bedding and towels smell lovely. Really friendly hosts, on hand if you need anything. Great location, across road from beach, lifeboat station, etc. Parking on site These are just small things and feedback based on my personal preference. Next time we are in Bridlington, we will definitely look to book again, Tv - limited channels, and I didn't want to log into my personal accounts on the tv, i.e., YouTube or Netflix simply because I would have forgotten to log back out. A couple of cleaning sprays available in the kitchen cupboard would be fab, I do like to clean up after myself, especially the kitchen tops, oven and bathroom. I couldn't seem to find any and a spray in the kitchen would have been good, but I know the hosts do a fab job of cleaning and may be happy to do it all themselves when guests check out.

• Sarah (8/5): lovely flat in the heart of Bridlington - Very comfortable, clean and spacious flat, close to the beach, the harbour and main attractions, free parking owner lives on site if you have any issues. No gas heating only electric wall heaters, so the electric shower didn't get very warm and had low pressure.

• Dennis (9/5): Lovely week stay 😊 - Lovely apartment and lovely location. Hosts also very friendly. Nice view from the bay window of the sea and a little bit of harbour. The apartment had everything you need for a enjoyable stay. We cooked a couple of evenings and the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment is about 15 mins walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk to the harbour. We needed to hire a wheelchair and was able to store this at the bottom of the stairs. (Wheelchair hire £5 a day from woodcock mobility shop in town center) Nothing was a big enough issue I felt I needed to raise it with hosts. The bathroom was lovely, fresh and modern however the electric shower temperature wasn't very hot, this could be down to preference but my partner also felt it wasn't very hot. The floorboards were quite creaky.
• Louise (8/5): Lovely stay but needs a new bed - The apartment was lovely and clean, it had everything we needed, and the views of the sea were lovely. We would recommend to others, and we would definitely come back (if they got a new bed) excellent value for money The hosts were also really friendly and got back to my messages straight away. The bed in the smaller room was very uncomfortable, it was very squeaky and the mattress dipped at both sides so if you aren't laid in the middle or you rollover in the night then you roll out of bed. Every time you move it makes an awful noise and i actually slept on the sofa one night due to the bed. This was the only issue though and everything else was great.

The fact that you can see the sea from the windows makes it even better. The host is very nice, answered all our questions and provided lots of information to help us with our stay.

It said for 4 adults, this wasn't really appropriate as only 1 bedroom which we knew about but in it was 1 double bed and 1 single, therefore 3 adults in 1 room, we had to take the mattress off the single and put it in the living room with the single campbed. This is great for a couple with 2 kids but not for 4 adults. But lovely flat, clean and In a fab location.

Jean was lovely. and the local takeaway (big bites) delivered with no problems and was absolutely delicious the bath was small and the water was slow. but didn’t affect the stay.
