Melissa (6/5): A very affordable home in a perfect location so you don’t need to use car much! - Big back yard for our dog! Lots of room, easy walk to Cowes beach & shops! The fence was broken & we needed to block it off to keep dog in.

Julie (8/5): Very good - Spacious, clean, plenty of room for parking, room for guests, close proximity to RSL, easy walk to main street of Cowes. BBQ is old & rusted - I would not cook anything on this. Time to update the BBQ. Drier did not work - time to update the Drier.
Alan (4/5): Dissapointing and overpriced - NA Was a boys barn and not suitable for older folks or family groups in my opinion. Second bedroom consisted of 4 double bunks Toilet seat was broken and loose in main bathroom. Outdoor setting and BBQ in poor condition and very dirty. Second toilet was entered from garage. No hanging space in bedrooms. No mirror or shelves in second bathroom ( WC and shower only) exit door to second bathroom via garage unlocked from inside garage. And just to add ins ult to injury the cleaners advised that there were 2 pillows and a Doonah missing after we left.
