• jihyang (9/5): 석양이 아름다운 숙소 - 도심에 위치해서 좋았고, 숙소도 넓으며, 시설도 깨끗했습니다. 그리고 5층인가.. 창문열고 바로본 풍경도 시원하고 좋아요. 숙소 내부는 아주 좋아요. 위치도 좋고... 해질무렵 석양이 정말 멋집니다. 담에 온다면 꼭 여기 오고싶어요 예전에 궁전으로 사용했던 공간이였는지.. 복도가 길어요... 첨오면 미로같지만.. 2번 정도 다니다 보니 익숙해줘요. 그외에는 아쉬웠던 점은 없어요

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, clean and stylish, and the view from the window will remain in your memories for a long time. Thanks to the owner for the quick communication and Alex for the pleasant meeting. You helped to make my trip to my favorite city unforgettable....

Once in the building you have to walk, take an elevator, do some stairs and walk some more. It’s hard after a long day of exploring!

• Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, right at the historic centre of Rome! The building really offers an amazing experience, you get the sence that you live in a palazzo! The apartment is spacious, really clean, and offers the best view you could imagine. Kitchen is also fully equipped. Friendly and immediate communcation with the owner. Highly reccomend!!
• Shoshana (7/5): As aging people we will never return to this place. - The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable Really not suitable for aging people, lots of stairs, endless corridor with mazes and obstacles. Although we were told in advance that there was a long corridor, alas, what was there was more like a hallucinatory maze. A path of obstacles that we have never seen in buildings.

• Karol (9/5): Great location and perfect apartment but only for a couple - - perfect location, hard to imagine a better one, close to everything - a building with character - bedroom with a comfortable bed - good wifi - a tiny bathroom - the second bed is very uncomfortable, with an unnatural dip in the middle, as if it were broken - house rule stating that failing to wash your dishes would result in a €25 fine, while the apartment didn’t even have a sponge for washing dishes and only a tiny bit of dish soap left. I find such a rule very impolite.
• Wioletta (7/5): Good location, but the flat is not exclusive - The property is located in the city centre, all attractions were within walking distance. The flat was quite spacious and furnished quite modernly. The flat had all the essentials such as towels, mini toiletries, iron, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils, air conditioning. In addition, the property had a guidebook, prepared by the owners with suggestions for restaurants, for example. Key collection was generally hassle-free, although contact with the property was difficult as the host did not reply to messages or answer the phone, but waited on site. The flat is certainly no ‘Exclusive Penthouse’. The bathroom is very small and there was a problem with the sink clogging up. In addition, the shower is so small that it is difficult to turn around in it. The TV had no function as it was only plugged in but had no set-top box or aerial so could not be used. The access to the flat is quite complicated and is not suitable for disabled people or children in prams (it takes about 3 min to get from the gate of the townhouse to the door of the flat and you have to climb a lot of stairs, as the lift only reaches the second floor). In addition, the mattress on the bed in the living room was all stained, but there was an extra clean protective mat placed on it.
