- Philip (5/5): - Location. Large cabin. Cabin 27 Very old and rundown. Couch in cabin 27 was terrible. Couldn’t relax. Needs to be thrown away. Blinds need to be replaced
- Philip (5/5): - Good location for us Very old and run down.
- Craig (3/5): Not impressed with the cleanliness of unit especially shower recess and the amount of water coming out from shower - Location great for event Shower not clean, black mould in shower no rubbish bin, grease down side of fridge
- Craig (5/5): -
- Annette (8/5): -
- Chris (8/5): Nice time.. - Location.. price Seemed cramped..no extra pillows or doon as etc
- Carolyn (5/5): Comfortable for the little time we were staying there - It was central for my purpose and had shopping centers nearby. The park itself was quiet and tidy. We paid per person, then had to cancel for one of the people supposed to stay. They refused a refund because the cabin had the capacity to sleep 5. The cabin was bit unkept ( chips in walls, dated) and found a razor still in the shower from previous tenant. We couldn't use the pool, which was one reason I chose here for accommodation. Occasionally could hear sirens from the main road.

No hand towels or face washers,
Will not return

- Christine (8/5): - The location for our trip was perfect. Refer to the note we left in the cabin.
- Craig (7/5): -
- Renee (5/5): Stay was okay. - Location. Property is very run down.
- Troy (5/5): -
- Carolyn (5/5): - I went to sit by the pool and there was 'no entry' tape that had been pulled down so went and sat in the sun. Management came in and rudely asked why I was there when there was 'no entry' tape and I would have to leave pool area.
I mentioned there was was no hot water since my check in the night before. When management checked they said the gas bottle was empty. This should have been checked already.
There was a low window that had no blind so no privacy. When asked management said its probably a retractable blind but it didn't appear long enough to cover window

- Jaylee (10/5): -
- Holly (3/5): If it was maintained it would be an incredible property - The space was a good size and the bed and towels were good It’s fundamentally a lack of maintenance. We had missing lightbulbs in the bedrooms, there was cracked tiles in the bathroom and kitchen, tiles not even secured, the shower walls were rotting away, there was cobwebs outside and throughout the house, there was dust along the fans, an old phone port ripped out so wires were exposed, broken light switch, hole in the wall from the doors
- Stuart (5/5): -
- Chris (10/5): -
- Chris (10/5): -
- Lex (3/5): Good location, but terrible unit - Not supplied Main room was OK, but the bathroom was awful. Very small. I would defy anyone over 70k to dry themselves in the bathroom. No shelves to put stuff. Designed for 2 people but only 1 towel rail, etc etc.
- Blackley (5/5): - Quiet and private Very old and worn. Broken tiles in bathroom, blinds that won,t open, dirty carpet
- April (10/5): Was good to be able to get to the sports facility an rest in comfort afterwards good location - Location facilities were good
- Johnson (8/5): -
- Louise (2/5): Place needs some love that hopefully benefits the future accommodation of the park - The location was great plenty of options around for activities, food or site seeing.
The chalet size was good
The pool was great to have but needs a good clean to get rid of the stains.
The staff we saw seemed happy, busy but happy.
Mixture of permanent and temporary residence.
Quiet for the time we were there, loved seeing kids walking and playing and looking around the park.
Play ground for the kids
Half court and tennis court only need a little TLC and would be great for the kids
Plenty of bbq/camp kitchen spaces It needs a massive overhaul. We understand the owners have only taken over so didn't make a fuss to them because you could tell they were already trying to do a lot.
The grounds need a lot of pruning to look more presentable.
The chalet was not to a good standard. We had light switches everywhere but barely any worked due to no globes. 1 switch was inside the wall which was one od the main room ones which was an inconvenience. The floor was un even and made so much noise. Dirty dish in the cupboard and the grill was left inside the oven also dirty from previous guest. Oven didn't shut properly so we didn't use it at all. The blinds were dirty or dusty, all our rubbish was in the bin which was then covered in ants in hours. The shower floor looked super rusty and made me paranoid I would fall through it. The fly screen was broken and had to be lifted to be shut. The wooden door handle has been put through the wall by a previous guest. The futon couch was beyond uncomfortable to a point we didn't use it, moved the tv into the bedroom for all 3 of us to awkwardly lay on the bed to watch tv instead of the lounge room. A futon that size and that low is not a "couch" for a lounge room in a 2 bedroom chalet.
Its hard to explain that these issues be it small but plentiful didn't make it a bad stay it was just such a low standard that I feel we majorly over paid. 585 for 3 nights 2a 1c.
Checked in friday out monday, several sprinklers were on the entire time.

- Jan (1/5): It was very disappointing - The location cabin was clean, For the price it was very disappointing. Torn seating , no tea spoons , no wine glasses . The outside of the cabin was full of black cobwebs , upkeep of the grounds around the cabin was terrible. Needs a lot of work done there ☹️
- Jen (4/5): Below average - It was available Once we arrived we understood why it was available. Daughter was electrocuted on an empty bedside lamp. Balcony wood rotten, air con in bedroom only and very loud and not really usable.
- Karli (1/5): A major hazard. - The location, and the pool facilities. I emailed my complaint to the park upon departure regarding safety concerns with the cabin we were assigned. Some of these included sand all through the beds, black hair in the bathroom even though none of us have black hair, the toilet was not attached to the floor and a hazard, the front deck was a major hazard especially with our toddler as it was collapsing, tiles were sinking in around the shower base, and the bathroom door lock was falling out of the door.
- Orlando (10/5): Good quality and service thank you. - Because is quiet everything is close I like the space
- Jeffery (8/5): -
- Vodek (5/5): Cabin was OK for Three Nights stay. - Small self contained cabin that we stayed in was clean & adequate inside. The cabin needed a good outside clean up which it hasn't seen for a long while. Three nights stay was OK. The location was close to a shopping centre and access to Wanneroo Road was good for heading South or North of Perth. The grounds of the Caravan Park were not maintained at all & I doubt if a leaf rake has ever been used. Lots of long term tennants in caravans all around. This caravan park has real potential to be a good park but it would require a lot of energetic effort to bring it up to at least some decency. This time we stayed in a cabin but the park around us was not very inviting if we had brought our caravan.
- Debsca (9/5): Great location and friendly staff made the stay enjoyable and would recommend. - Great location and friendly staff; easy booking process; chalet was clean and tidy; everything working; stronger exhaust fan in bathroom would be great as there was a musty smell. wasn't there long enough to find things I didn't like :) signage to Wanneroo Road from inside the park for pedestrians might be helpful, especially when catching public transport along Wanneroo Road.
- Marion (4/5): The Nullabor roadhouses are lots better. - The double bed was comfortable.
Shower water good spray, hot when fixed. Poor maintenance, very poor water flow in washbasin, dishes washed but not clean from previous occupier, porch light not working, mesh on screen door broken and the catch did not close nor lock, cockroach and rat seen.
- Gareth (4/5): Nice park but disappointing cabins, checked out a day early. - Nice leafy park, great shops close by. Cabins run down, peeling paint etc…, tvs outdated and not even functional.
Could be greatly improved with simple decor upgrade and new tvs.
- Patrick (8/5): Value for money and very homely. - Location was within walking distance from shops, food outlets, fuel services and grassed recreational facilities. Also medical services are very close by. The bed had a raised hard ridge down the centre.
- Melanie (5/5): It was a place to stay for our last 3 days in Australia. - There was no breakfast included so not sure why this was asked?
Down the road from the shopping centre which was helpful.
Handy for us to get back to the airport via a stop at Whitemans Park. Initially we were not impressed with the chalet but after a long and frank discussion with one of the new managers who had only been there a month, we realized they had a challenge ahead of them as they dealt with a number of ongoing issues caused by the previous managers. I highlighted the difficulties we had come across, some of which they were already aware of and had a plan to deal with and a couple they were unaware of.
I wish them all the best as work their way through their extensive to do list - it would be interesting to go back in a years time to see what progress they have achieved. As we don't live in Australia, its not likely we will be able to do that.
- Robert (1/5): Not enjoyable - Nothing There where cockroaches, the cabin was dirty and smelt mouldy, the bathroom was stained yellow
- Victor (8/5): Good - Did not spend much time there N/A
- Bianca (2/5): Not happy with no hot water spoke to Jamie s staff member at the park at the park - The location was good the park was clean The cabin was old and run down the hot water didn’t work we got a minute of hot water. There was a hole in the floor of the cabin and a smashed window. The window seamed to have had an attempt at a make safe however I can’t be sure because when I ran my hand over the glad I could still feel the crack. This window it up against the children’s bunk beds also the door lock was dodge. I understand the cabin had been recently purchased and the staff at the park told me they knew it had issues but if this is the case they should not rent it out in its current state. One of the kitchen draws was also missing and a hole in the fly screen of the bathroom plus the bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work. I would like a full refund.
- YVONNE (3/5): Not ready for guests in the cabins at the price. - Friendly staff. Cold fridge & cool air con Maybe not ready for bookings, some maintenance required.
- mikayla (5/5): while convenient, it wasn’t worth the price. - great location! bad tv reception, no wifi and shower wasn’t clean.
- Boyle (10/5): - Excellent nice and quite friendly staff
- Julie (3/5): Needs a lot of TLC but has potential - Location Cabin shouldn’t be let in current condition especially given what I paid per night. Dangerous & unsafe.
Front veranda was not attached at step & dangerous. Tiles lifted around toilet. Toilet not fixed to floor. Cabin can sleep 6 but 1 dinning chair & very small desk & two old & small lounge type chairs to sit on. Steps in & out of units way to steep & deteriorated, Laundry was dirty & limited working machines, no laundry powder so I was only washed what I needed in my shower which was tiny for a cabin that slept 6. Bunk mattress were only old foam & not suitable especially given I booked for two adults seperate rooms, i had to use 2 so I wasn’t sleeping on hard rails. I know new owners & hopefully they’ll be onto these issues & fix them & tidy up the facilities it’s a great location for nearby beaches so it has great potential.
- Kathleen (7/5): Shower was hot . - Front door lock wasn’t very secure.
The security door wouldn’t shut let alone lock.
At night I put the table up against the door just in case someone
Tried to break in while I was asleep.
Being an older woman by myself,I didn’t feel very secure.
The fridge wasn’t cold because the door seal wasn’t sticking.
- Claire (8/5): -
- Anthony (10/5): - Easy access, tidy, quiet .
All In all a great place to go Only thing I can say was the TV was glitchy at night.
Slay from that it gets full marks
- Jasmine (6/5): -
- Travis (10/5): Great, I'll definitely be back - Nice, quiet rooms for the whole family, pool and playgrounds were great for extra activities while staying there. Staff were amazing and helpful. Nil
- Cristina (7/5): -
- Shirley (8/5): A pleasant stay - under new management - The very pleasant new management are working hard to improve the park. The cabin and linen were spotlessly clean and the park was quiet with no noisy guests. Cabin had everything needed. Steps into the cabin were steep and wonky. No where in the shower to put soap, shampoo etc. Had to be careful getting in and out of bed as it’s on wheels and shoots out from under you. Bedside table / light would be nice but not a necessity.
- Hope (10/5): - The staff were fantastic and the location was so central to everything. The challenge was a perfect size and really well kept
- Brad (10/5): Amazing friendly service. - Staff were very friendly and accommodating to my elderly dad for the duration of the stay. It was such a lovely friendly vibe at the park. I have already booked the next stay. Very very happy.
- Rick (7/5): -
- Stefani (10/5): HOME AWAY FROM HOME 11/10!!!!! - everything. currently rebooking directly with the caravan park staff to stay longer. not applicable
- Jeff (8/5): -
- Tricia-anne (1/5): -
- Deb (9/5): -
- Samantha (10/5): Besides the shower the stay was perfect. The chalet was amazing, location was everything. Would stay here again. - Location, cleanliness, facilities. When having a shower the shower leaks water throughout the bathroom :)
- Debbie (1/5): Very disappointing and uncomfortable, definitely wouldn’t pass safety inspection. - Nothing It was not very clean, sand in the bottom bunk. The floor in the toilet felt like it was going to collapse when you walked on it , shower recess was not very clean.
Towels were so old and thin and hard it was hard to dry yourself. Everything is very old and not maintained.
- Katherine (1/5): Awful! - Pool although even that was run down. Location Unclean
Untidy
Unkept
Broken blinds
Old furnishings
Dirty bed sheets
List goes on and on
- Dirna (9/5): - Quietness & pool N/A
- Sarsha (1/5): - Staff were not welcoming and ended up having to borrow a friends vacuum cleaner as I'm fairly sure the carpet hadn't been cleaned in some time.
- Barry (5/5): -
- Allan (8/5): Handy to were I wanted to go - Handy Bit old
- Duncalf (1/5): Dilapidated cabin and park -
- Rebecca (1/5): Awful. Filthy. Never stay there - There was nothing to like. Absolutely filthy Absolutely filthy. We did have the accommodation refunded, it is the worse place I’ve seen. My 2 year old left covered in bites from the sandpit
- Mohammed (2/5): Our stay wasn’t the best but it did have a stove and fridge which was important to cook a lot of food for our journey, i - It was good location wise, had a good fridge an okay stove to cook on. The cabin we stayed in was old and rundown. The bunk bed had 2 windows but bottom didn’t even have a blind. The bunk itself was super sketchy and creaked a lot and top of my son had to please on the top of the already weak bunk since it was the only one with a blind. There were no nets for the windows so we couldn’t even open them without getting fly attacks. The bathroom was tiny and didn’t have a lock.
- Steedman (8/5): Very pleasant and quiet. - Was clean and neat
- Brian (6/5): - Great location, reasonable price.
- David (5/5): - Cheap accommodation, but nonetheless overpriced for a chalet that was very dated and tired looking.
- Denise (3/5): It was ok - Not much really We didn’t see any staff the whole time we were there. The bins were over flowing, the shower was filthy and we put a plastic bag on the floor to stand on because it was disgusting. All hair in the drain and the glass was dirty.
- Juan (5/5): -
- patrice (1/5): Absolutely the vilest of all my travel experiences - Staff was polite when I asked for a refund. As I was disgusted by state of property property was filthy an old blind was on main dining Tom table. Bunk beds sheets look like they were no replaced blind missing on bottom bunk. Kitchen cutlery drawer was dusty. Wardrobe had a missing door stuffed with a broom and heater that had a coat of dust on it, as did the broom head. Bathroom vanity tub and shower were stained brown. The floor had traces of dirt sticking to our feet. A nightmare of an experience.
- Anthony Robert (7/5): -
- Sue-ella (6/5): Convenient location plus good price but it wasn’t clean enough sadly. - Great location for Country week It wasn’t clean sadly :( hair around outside of shower and under mat as you walk in plus found a bandaid under the bed.
- Bronwyn (4/5): If we stayed there again I would make sure I booked early enough to get a nicer cabin. - The caravan park was ok & it was in a convenient location. Our cabin was old and had not been cleaned properly.
- louise (8/5): - Great location for soccer competition Needs more general maintenance and more bins around the place.
- Alexander (1/5): Stay at your own risk. - The location was great for the reason we were there, which was family, and only 4 km from my sister. The cabin we had was not clean. We couldn't use the shower because it was covered in soap scum and body fat and was absolutely unhygienic. I was concerned about tinier or foot rot. Also, catching some form of skin disorder from the walls of the shower. We had to shower at my sisters residence. The floors whilst swept were dirty, and as soon as you walked on them, your feet or socks were black. I would stay away from this place if you value your health.
I've stayed in similar accommodation across many states in Australia, and I've never had such a horrible room condition before. Previous places have always been clean and hygienic.
- Amanda-lee (10/5): -
- Peter (7/5): -
- Anne (6/5): I paid for four nights but left after three. - The location The toilet was stained, mould in the shower, no clothes hangers, the door to bathroom was broken so no privacy, no where to put toiletries, TV not working and lounge very uncomfortable for two people.
- Toholke (9/5): - Staff good, park clean and friendly. Not a holiday park vibe. Easy enough to get in and out of. Close to shopping centre that was ideal. Accesable to main roads and freeways. Depending on time of day it was a quick trip to central perth cbd. Also swan river region easy to get to. It wasn't because we didn't like it, but it is life. The cabin we were in is aging, and the price reflected the accommodation.
It's more than reasonable but budget. High permamant residence. It wasn't a bad place to stay, but we were directly inside the gate, so all traffic went past, and anyone could pull into the park right in front of our cabin unrestricted. In saying that, it didn't feel unsafe but no privacy. It's not a holiday park to have kids socialising with other families. More permanent vibe. Again, it wasn't a big deal to us as we were in and out and basically just slept there. We had a hire car to get around, so I dont know what public transport is like from the park but there were bus stops a shot walk away.
- Louieji (2/5): The surrounding area is not pleasant, the villa inside was dirty, dusty that I have to wipe the wardrobe cabinet, the ki -
- Diana (3/5): Disappointed - Toilet kept blocking up
Not clean
Slater in our bed
Couldn't turn Tap off in vanity
- Michael (10/5): Happy family vacations - Everything.. they have now a playground and BBQs
- Wa (1/5): Average - Bed comfy Cockroaches, toilet issues smell in room
- Jill (4/5): Terrible condition. - We had a roof over our head. I don’t leave bad reviews, however, there were hardly any cooking utensils, they provided plastic spoons to use, no basics like salt, pepper, oil.
The towel rail was broken and sitting in the corner of bathroom, the shower rose was broken and shooting most of the water up to the ceiling.
The bed legs had been broken off, so they had it sitting on half a pallet that was also broken.
I would expect for the price we paid, it would be in perfect condition.
These are things that shouldn’t even be an issue.
Will never stay again or recommend.
- Harlan (1/5): Not recommended - Dirty cabin with a bad smell, broken tiles throughout bathroom not ideal with young kids, The park itself is outdated and old not worth the premium you pay, we stayed 1 night of 4 and went to another tourist park for the rest of our stay.
- Stephen (3/5): Poor - Walking distance to shops. Beds were uncomfortable, mattress were thin and could feel the slates through them
Room said had a sofa but it did not
Not very clean on arrival
Bathroom smelled of damp
- Jeanette (7/5): Good -
- Bernadette (5/5): Passable - Everywhere else was booked out so at least I had a bed. Poorly maintained cabins with dripping taps, old, stale smells and very basic provisions. No heating either.
- Naomi (7/5): Good -
- Tina (5/5): Good if you’re desperate or want cheap accommodation - Nothing really Run down not well maintained, no hot water on last night and next morning, tv reception terrible
Very loud traffic noise
