It was absolutely perfect for a family stay, with everything you could possibly need. The house is finished to a very high standard and has plenty of space. Fiona was a wonderful and incredibly helpful host. I couldn’t recommend this house more highly! Will definitely be returning in the future. Nothing. We all had an absolutely wonderful stay!

The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, the beds are very comfortable, great water pressure, great games room and private bar. On a sunny day the patio is a sun trap. • David (10/5): Exceptional Villa, perfect for our family reunion close to Portarlington. - Fabulous Villa for a family reunion, from 8 to 78 years old. The property had something for everyone one. The kids loved the games room, the grown ups enjoyed the space and comfort and we all enjoyed Smokey Joe’s private bar!
• Erika (9/5): Amazing space for groups - We had a great stay at this house. It is huge and beautiful, with an amazing private pub and lots of games, perfect for a large group. The master bedroom bathroom was wonderful. Fiona, the host, was very nice and lovely, and she responded quickly when we had an issue with an extra bed. The only downside was that since it was New Year’s and we cooked a big dinner, we noticed that many essential kitchen items for cooking were missing. Overall, though, it was a very enjoyable stay.

The decor is out of this world and state of the art washrooms. The location was great for us. Fiona was a dream to contact about our stay. Would highly recommend to large families needing a little break in a spectacular oasis. NA

Everything pristine and at the highest standard. Fiona highly responsive and left some great treats for us to enjoy during our stay. The Christmas decorations were appreciated and made us feel at home. Beautiful and warm space too.

• Ciara (10/5): Exceptional! I cannot recommend this accomation enough. The pictures simply do not convey how beautiful this home is. Th - I cannot put into words how amazing this property is! We booked for our mothers 60th birthday surprise and spoke to Fiona the weeks leading up to our stay to organise logistics such as if we could bring our retired guide dogs with us and if we could check in slightly earlier to set up before she arrived. Fiona was so unbelievably accommodating and helpful, we couldn’t of asked anything more as she went above and beyond the make space for our dogs in her garage and by texting us during our stay to see if there was anything we needed such as extra towels etc. Fiona also offered us a late checkout the morning of our departure as they would not be in till later to clean, which was extremely helpful. The property itself was spotless, cleaner and way more equipped than some luxury hotels we have stayed in the past. It had everything we needed and beyond. If you are thinking about booking this accommodation, we highly recommend as it is a mere 6 minute drive from all amenities in Portarlington and such an extremely spacious and beautiful home. I’d move in the morning if I could and will 100% be back in the future. Thanks again Fiona! Absolutely nothing!

• Anonymous (10/5): Stunning property - Absolutely stunning house, so bright and spacious with the added bonus of your own on-site pub! It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had everything you would possibly need. Each of the four large bedrooms had their own private bathroom. The master bedroom bathroom was on another level! Fiona was so friendly and helpful. We didn't want to leave and will most definitely be back. Would highly, highly recommended.

Fiona was in contact as soon as we booked to ask was their anything we needed and what are plans were for check in etc. The house itself and the private pub adjacent to it were completely amazing. The rooms are bright and spacious and the open plan living space was great for a group to mingle. The private bar was a great addition and would make an especially good location for big groups or events. n/a
