Guest Reviews
- Roy (9/5): it’s fantastic - it authentic natiral ambiance
- Kathryn (10/5): My overall best stay in the Philippines. Absolutely stunning and soulful and truly special. - Where to start explaining why this is one of my top favourite memories of visiting the Philippines? The gorgeous location? The welcoming and considerate host? The absolutely stunning venue itself with the aesthetics, and the history and the cultural artifacts? I can't speak highly enough of this place. We wish we could have stayed longer. It is a traditional hut. Please expect and respect that. The description is accurate. The huts are ancient. The facilities are more than adequate and you can expect to flush your toilet with a bucket and you will sleep on a mat in an ancestral timber hut. The gathering hut around the fire is so very special. The only issue we had was not being able to contact the host to let them know we would be late. But our host made up for that in every other possible way, showing us the local area, providing food and welcome chats and helping wherever possible. Such a beautiful experience.
