• Plastova (1/5): Worst booking experience of my life - Close to the supermarket After payment, the host wrote me that his apartment is unavailable because it is overbooked and that he can put me up for one night in another beautiful studio. If this option did not suit me, I have to make a cancel. I did not do that because money is non-refundable. I was given an untidy studio that was not ready. The neighboring apartment was being renovated and a perforator was running. When I asked where to view this apartment on booking.com, the owner said it was not registered on booking.com. The next day I checked into the room I had booked. The mattress had springs and humps sticking out. It was impossible to sleep. There was no kettle . I was looking for a pot to boil water for tea and saw that there were no kitchen utensils for cooking at all. Perhaps this will be useful information for someone. There was no hair dryer either. I wrote to the owner. He ignored the resolution of the issue The apartment was full of Christmas accessories, deflated balloons on the floor, dried flowers in pots, etc. It gave the impression that the apartment had not been cleaned since Christmas. The apartment left an oppressive impression. Worst booking experience of my life

• Georg-Nikola (3/5): - The owner of the place was helpful with the check in/out. It wasn't so clean, the bed was also very uncomfortable. The location was not good as well. It's definitely not worth it for the money you pay per night.
