• Guest (5/5): Zu teuer für das Interieur. - Der grosse Balkon und die Lage (Apotheke und Supermarkt gegenüber), Nachts ruhig. Waschmaschine hat nicht wirklich funktioniert, da nicht abgepumpt hat und die Einrichtung war sicher 20 Jahre alt. Für diese Ausstattung war es einfach zu teuer.
• MajaM (10/5): - Some would say that the furniture is outdated, but we liked it very much, it reminded us of our grandparents 😊. The bus stop is close. There is a big supermarket right across the street, and a very good coffee and a perfect smoothie right next door. But our favorite thing was a nightcap on the terrace. It's a very quiet neighborhood. The AC-s work perfectly. I'm a short person, so getting in to and out of the bathtub was a bit difficult for me 🫣. But it's nothing that's not manageable. And the dishes could be cleaned better. And it's a bit far from everything ( beach,center...). But luckily the busses work ok so it was not that big of a problem!

• Trinket (5/5): It was a place chosen for its convenience - The location was convenient as my parents house was within proximity. To get into the bathtub I had to go over a wall, which I don't recommend for an average height person. I am 1.94 and I had difficulty getting in let alone getting out. I was afraid I would lose balance. As soon as I was getting in I had to wash keeping my head on my chest because the ceiling was too short. The bathtub has also a glass door which could not open widely. Also there was no kettle to boil water to make coffee. I had to go down to a coffee shop. As I was travelling for business I asked for an invoice. I had paid 1131,96 euros but I got an invoice for 1103,08. I was told the difference is municipal tax paid by booking.com. I really didn't understand the excuse.

• Evgeniya (9/5): Very good - Excellent location - shops and restaurants around, 15 minutes walk to the sea. Aircon/heater was working perfectly well (not always the case in Greece). The water in the shower was hot. The main bed was very comfortable. Our son was sleeping on the sofa, which he found comfortable as well. Kitchen had all the cutlery and glassware, required for a temporary stay. A nice little bottle of home-made wine was a nice welcome surprise from the host. All was good.

• Da (10/5): Exceptional - A bit of Retro, but very clean apartment. Near by restaurants, grocery shop, etc. Good connection to beach, airport, and city centre. Quiet side street. Well working air conditioning. Good windows. Comfortable bed. Nothing

• Monica (1/5): Don’t go - The only good thing about the property was its location and the host was responsive. The property was not clean at all, you can find dust in almost every corner. I stayed with my two girls I only found cover for the main bed but only a sheet for the sofa bed. The bathroom was insanely tiny with no carpet as shown in picture which was very tricky and slippery The floors were all ceramic with no carpet which made it very slippery. The hygiene was very very bad, the area under the sink smelled very humid and during our stay we found 9 cockroaches, tiny dust filled all the tops of the furniture, I had to reclean it to make sure the kids stay in a clean place. He wasn’t flexible at all in check in and check out times ( was totally out of our hands as it’s mainly flight timings) and didn’t even agree to help us store the luggage on the day we left, while on the other side our friend who rented another apartment the host tried to accompany the timings and was very helpful.
• Avgerinos (2/5): Very poor - The appartment is very old but the worst thing was the cockroaches. An army of them! The location is ok, walking distance from the center of Glyfada (roughly 15 min) but the cockroaches made the stay a nightmare for my familly.
• Παπακωνσταντινου (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, luxurious, recently renovated, retro and comfortable, with all necessary equipment. Large beds, with all the needed accessories. Very large and beautiful balcony with a great view . At a 10-minutes walking distance from the largest beach of Athens , located in a quiet and adorable location in the center of Glyfada where you can experience the real night life close to bars, cafes and restaurants. Few minutes away from the metro. Andreas is always kind to help us. I highly recommend it! 1
• Xenia (10/5): Exceptional - Superb experience! The flat is newly renovated with charming retro furniture that adds a unique touch to the modern amenities! Very clean and functional! Also the location is unbeatable – right next to shops, restaurants, and of course the beach, offering the full summer experience. The host was incredibly kind and always willing to assist with any needs. Plus, the flat has just come on the market, making it a fresh and exciting option for anyone looking to stay in Glyfada. Highly recommended!
