• Ana Maria (5/5): Valora lo que necesitas. Ubicación o comodidad??? - La ubicación es perfecta si quieres tener todo cerca. No tiene aire acondicionado y en verano no es agradable. Al no tener aire tienes que abrir las ventanas y ninguna ventana tiene mosqueteras y te entran todos los mosquitos .: bichos .. de todo . Lo malo también el baño súper pequeño y el wc estropeada la cisterna. Nosotros solo necesitamos para duchar y dormir y con todo eso no se podía descansar por el calor y los mosquitos. No volvería aquí sin duda . Para dos personas OK .. pero para 3/4 ni en broma

• Michał (2/5): Very poor - Nice localisation in the centre There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The table is very wobbly and difficult to use. The host left us only one roll of toilet paper for four people. The toilet flush takes 10 minutes to refill. The voltage in the electrical outlets is too high, and even phone chargers heat up dangerously. Some electronic devices in the flat are broken due to the high voltage (e.g., the fan and the kettle). When we reported the issues, the host simply said "that's just how it is" and did nothing. A homeless person sleeps in the stairwell of the building almost every night, and we always had to pass him when entering the apartment. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

• Ruxandra (7/5): Good - Rooms are nice and comfy. It has everything one needs for a short stay. Nobody ever answered my phone calls... it was unpleasant before arriving as I had questions to ask. The toilet was clean but it was smelly. Some toilet soap would help. The plastic toilet sit was broken. The toilet water tank makes a loud noise. The ceiling and heater have lots of spots on them. They need painting. All in all, the bathroom needs improving! There was a dog howling all day in one of the neighbour flats. Perhaps it was left alone in that flat all day. It was unpleasant and sounded like animal abuse to us.
• Tsvetozar (8/5): Very good - 15-20 min walking distance from the center. A few parking lots nearby. Decently spacious apartment, equipped with most amenities you'll need. Suitable for up to 4 people. The sofa in the living room is relatively comfy. Wi-fi was decent. Good communication with the host (apart from the fact that there were no sheets or blankets for the 2nd bed (sofa) as we arrived as we didn't 'require' it in advance. So the person who slept on the sofa had to improvise the 1st night). The apartment needs renovation - the furniture is pretty old; a few pieces of parquet constantly came out while we were walking; the toilet seat was broken.

• Sridhar (9/5): Best place to stay in Bucharest Sector 1 city center - Great value for money for a short or a long stay in Bucharest city center. Fantastic location close to restaurants , Cismigiu park and super markets. There was nothing not to like.
