• Martin (1/5): Was checking this place out as I am spending 6 weeks in Malaysia next year and wanted something close to transport links - Location, shutting the door behind when I left. The whole place was like walking into a disinfectant bottle, there was a vacuum cleaner full of dirt and dust. The pictures in the description do not correspond to what is actually there, the settee was solid as a rock, the bed sheets looked like they had been slept on by someone who had sun oil on them, pillows were stained, shower head poorly located due to shower door, very little in the way of directions to where to park. Almost impossible to get my deposit back as the owner said he never received it (have sent a statement to him to prove deposit was sent).

• Dorcas (6/5): Good experience except for the smelly blanket - The atmosphere is good, lighting is good, location wise is good. Everything are comfortable. The smell of the blanket is really bad. Obviously is not fully dry and been kept. Please check properly in the future. This is really the only thing not good in this property. Otherwise I will give them full star.

Jangan booking , murah atau harga jangan book. They demand a deposit upfront, then ignore you when it comes to the refund. And to top it off, the unit reeked/stinked of cigarette smoke. Simple as that. Unless you’re looking to ruin your stay and mood, and embark on a roller coaster of frustration dealing with their so-called staff or owner—whoever she was. The so-called owner will message you right after booking, not with check-in details or parking info, but to demand a RM300 deposit. She’ll rudely refuse to even give you the unit number to verify with the guards. How on earth should someone trust a place and pay a deposit without even knowing if the unit is legit? She bizarrely believes that giving the unit number will somehow lead you to break in (with no mailbox code or door passcode) and skip the deposit. After haggling down the deposit to RM150, they vanish after check-out. And forget about getting a few extra minutes to check out—they made me wait almost an hour with their check-in drama, yet expected me to hand over the keys exactly on time. I literally handed the key to the cleaner at 11:15 AM and texted them again at 3:30 PM about the refund. The nerve! They replied saying they’d refund after ‘checking’ because they ‘have many units’—after ignoring countless calls and messages. Both my husband and I were messaging the owner and the staff simultaneously for hours. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Finally, at 8:30 PM, they refunded. I can wait, even if it takes three days, but the rude attitude from the start was unbelievable. I booked this unit to rest for a few hours before my appointment, as I was sick and my house was far from Cheras. Never again.
