• Rudolf (4/5): Venedig ist immer eine Reise wert, aber es gibt definitv bessere Unterkünfte. - Das Apartment war entsprechend der Beschreibung. Eigentlich hatte das Apartment nur ein richtiges Schlafzimmer mit drei Betten, ein Bett stand in einem Flur zwischen Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer. Ein Doppelbett stand in einem Raum mit der Küche und war nur durch eine Raumteiler getrennt. Die Küche hatte keine Geschirrspüler, was bei 6-8 Personen sicher nützlich wäre. Eines der zwei Bäder hatte eine Badewanne, der Wasserhahn war defekt, so dass das Bad bei Benutzung geflutet wurde (siehe Bild). 6 Personen mussten damit in einem Bad duschen. Das war ein dickes Minus.
• Sofia (10/5): Couldn’t have picked a better place for our stay in Venice. - Very spacious and updated. 6 people stayed and were very comfortable. Can’t beat the price either.
• Stefania (8/5): "L'eleganza di un'antica dimora veneziana. si fonde con il lusso di un design contemporaneo." - La struttura spaziosa, elegante e pulita. La posizione ottima. L’unica critica,se così si può dire, è l’assenza di una lampada da comodino per poter leggere la notte (le luci erano quelle generali e mancava un punto luce notte). Sarebbe bello inoltre, poter vedere dei libri nel salone. Ma questo è solo un suggerimento.

• Dmitry Kakurin (10/5): Все соответствовало ожиданиям! - Отличные апартаменты! Удобно добираться на машине (парковка рядом). Прямо у дома остановка речного трамвая. Жалюзи: утром можно поспать подольше. Не слышно шума городского. Супер вид из окна. Кондиционеры. Были проблемы с открытием общей калитки. Пришлось немного помучиться.
• Toniann (10/5): This place perfect for my family, large and comfortable and would definitely stay here again. - This property was great. The apartment was beautiful. For a family of 6 we fit perfectly and with lots of space. Loved that there were two bathrooms. The apartment was situated quite close to the water taxi stands so it made it super easy to get around. There really was nothing I didn’t like.

• Lyudmila (1/5): Weird setup and Noisy - I guess the showers were clean but thats about it. This place was weird. Like some old theater room divided up into kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms. 1 of the beds is just blocked off by a wall in the kitchen are and not even in its own room. To get to the bedroom with queen be you need to walk through a hallway that has a bed in it (make shift bedroom). Don't get me started with the noise outside. Its right next to the water taxi and boat bus station and its so loud all day and all night the boats are in and out every few minutes an their boats make the weirdest loud rattling noise. weird setup, Noisy

• Jennifer (6/5): Nice place, would not stay again. - Property was nicely decorated, view was beautiful, close to taxis, train & buses I set my check in time which was approved, I never received check in instructions until I was standing in the pouring rain and wind with luggage, unable to find the apartment. Had to call the host to find out where the apartment was and how to get into the apartment. Upon entering It looked like this was one large apartment at one time that has now been split into 2 - the walls are paper thin and you can hear people in the next "apartment" as if they are staying with you. At one point there was a hair dryer on and I thought it was my child using it meanwhile it was the family next door. Additionally, there is a 2 floor walkup without a lift for luggage, so prepare to haul luggage up 2 stories. The host is only responsive when asking for additional money, I tried to reach out multiple times to let the host know we needed to check out a day early even prior to my check in, without a response. They kept putting off the question for their own benefit without direct response. Very frustrating. You never know what someone is going through and negligence when a guest continuously reaches out is very unprofessional. As a guest, you pay a premium price and expect a level of professionalism when doing so. RESPONSE TO MANAGEMENT COMPANY; I never said I checked in late in fact I checked in during the exact 1 window of time I stated in my communication. You took payment for some additional “tourist tax” on the day I checked in via a link, that was the highest level of any communication I received and it was because you wanted more money - and you never responded to a direct question of my need to take a day off of my stay as I needed to check out early. I have text messages to prove you would beat around the bush on my request. Your response back must of been for a different guest because everything you stated below is incorrect!!
• Foo (7/5): Good - Location is within walking distant from train station, but there is a bridge to cross before you can reach. Still is manageable within few minutes. Can explore to most of the attractions and restaurant by walking. Kitchen equipment is limited. So most meal you have to eat out. It will be nice if washing machine can be included during the stay. Lighting is a little dim which is not to my liking as I prefer brighter environment.

The host was extremly helpful and responsive via whatsapp. The location was great for us, right next to train and bua station. Also easy to get around venice also with the vaporetto and by foot. The apartment ia perfect for families as you go trough some roomes to get to others. Very spacious and clean. Next to supermarket and dm. Great AC. Very nice architecture

Very convenient if traveling by train. 5-10 min walk. Those with luggage will definitely appreciate this. Definitely worth the price and we will definitely be back!
