- Chad (1/5): Horrible, unpleasant, dirty and worst host - Only the location as we wanted to stay in Bulevar. Naida is not pleasant to deal with. At the time of the arrival, she advised us that booked appartement is not available and she offered us another one, same building, same set up. We accepted as we had no other option. Cleanliness is below zero, comfort of the bedding and the actual place is not up to any standards. She also advised us that there is no TV as she has been robbed! Only to find out that this happened over a month ago and she never replaced the TV. The front door did not lock, I called her and her answer was: what do you expect me to do? Very reassuring! In her automated message when booking she shares various numbers to contact her, so I called the other ones, only to be told off by a man that she is illegally sharing his phone number and that she has no authority to do so. He has nothing to do with bookings. I advised her of this as well and her answer was: she is deciding what numbers to put on her booking profile and I’m not the one to tell her about it. All and all, worst experience with a host ever. She should not be allowed to deal with customers of any kind. DO BOT BOOK ANY OF THE NAIDA APPAREMMENT!!!

- Elvir (1/5): Terible experience - Nothing I properly reserved the Luxury Blue Apartment Bulevar and announced my arrival three hours in advance. I confirmed my arrival fifteen minutes before reaching the location. However, no one responded to my messages or calls. I have never had such a terrible experience. Awful. Most likely, someone else showed up who had booked an extra night. A dreadful experience. I was left on the street without accommodation.
