En esta ocasión me he encontrado la TV rota aunque es cierto que tampoco la eché en falta.

• Simon (8/5): Great location in Adeje - Great location, on a street with many good restaurants and next door to a great breakfast place. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet. We saw a cockroach in the room, which is always a bit concerning.

• GEOFF (8/5): Adeje old village hotel but modern inside. - Right in town with good restaurants serving local food, Italian, Venezuelan, Asian etc. Street parking but lots of free parking a short walk away. Great staff cheerful and efficient. Modern room with WiFi, cable TV, digital ( youtube Netflix etc. Would definitely stay again. Down side was a narrow balcony but it is a character property. Just a little noisey first thing in the morning as an apartment opposite was undergoing a small refurb. Should be finished shortly, but it didn't wake me.

El personal es muy amable, tardaron un poco en hacer la factura que solicité pero siempre mantuvieron el contacto conmigo. Muy buen alojamiento, lo recomiendo.

• Gammack (10/5): Great place in Adeje - Very clean and pristine condition. Bed very comfortable. Netflix available. Access via code to both hotel and room was easy. Excellent position in old Adeje. Cafe next door and lots of other cafes and restaurants. Barranco Infierno was only 12 min walk away. The way the payment was requested electronically he day before our booking felt like a scam - it wasn't, but it was unsettling.

• Karolina (9/5): - I liked the hotel, It was a business trip, so I spent only 2 nights there, but everything was arranged perfectly . To be honest I didn't even see anyone from the staff, checked in online, came to the hotel late at night, they gave me code to enter, in the morning I left early for my meetings, there was no one, but when I came back after work the room was clean. Perfect location if you want peace and quiet and will rent a car, there is no ocean view and it's higher in the mountains. The town is beautiful, they have lots of restaurants and cafes, supermarket is 2 min away. All was perfect.

Maybe because it was weekend but there was no staff in the reception and not having kettle in the room.

• Eliza (8/5): Lovely stay - I liked the room, was spacious, clean, the mattress was comfortable. The hotel has nice restaurants around, less touristic than the coast. We took the bus almost everyday to go to the beach, was ok, around 20 minutes. The hotel is close to the hiking path, so that was a bonus. We has also a car for few days, we found parking around the hotel. There was just a tiny sample of shampoo and shower gel, which we finished in the first day. We had to buy our own as we didn't meet no one our entire stay so we could ask for more.

Its an apartment complex with rooms to sleep. No breakfast. No reception. No Maintenance etc. The entrance code was given was ABSOLUTELY WRONG! I made a video of it but can not upload . I had to figure out the right combination. The OWNER DID NOT APOLOGISED FOR THE WRONGLY GIVEN ENTRANCE CODE! WHAT A BAD JOKE. Imagine an old person who book here who can not figure out why the entrance code not working and trapped outside, no reception. The walls like paper you can clearly hear whats going on in the next room. I could even here the music and loud talk through the bathroom fan. Very bad tubing, insulation. The electric switcher box very close to the bed, not outside of the room. Fitted in a rubbish plasterboard box. IT WAS BUZZING ALL NIGHT LONG!!!! It was a massive WASTE OF MONEY!!! the cleaner lady did excellent job, very kind and changed the sheets, towels always time to time. Only advantage of this place the location. • Iwona (10/5): Exceptional - Super friendly stuff! Hotel is very clean and very nice. The owner or manager replies super quickly on whats app and helps with each query. The Adeje village is very pretty, however you need to have a car. Moving around the island with a public transport is not easy, of course it is not a fault of the hotel. If you are willing to stay only in Costa Adeje, than it should be ok but going further is a hustle. Most of buses leave from costa Adeje station, changing the bus is not very convenient, which is not that frequent and the schedule is not respected. That is why I think the price considered location is a bit too high.

• Michael (9/5): A very enjoyable stay in Adeje. - The location of the hotel is excellent, in the middle of Adeje, and we were able to have very nice breakfasts at two cafes beside the hotel. Denise suggested some very good restaurants for dinner. The supply and range of toiletries was poor and should have been better considering the price for the room.
• Lifes (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean room, comfortable bed, right in the centre of the village with a balcony overlooking the street. Double glazing was fantastic, so there was no street noise. There's nothing, just more to like. Denise and her staff give you first class service.

Had to rely on bus travel to get down to the coast. Lovely renovated property but could be noisy at times from the adjacent bedroom and toilet.

In a quiet area but only 5 mins drive to the sea front - Lovely little new hotel in a very traditional area with several good value local restaurants nearby The owner is very considerate and helpful Parking was a bit of a challenge a several streets were closed for Xmas decorations to be fitted
• Mark (10/5): Very peaceful and clean place to visit. - Host Denise could not have done more. Very helpful with advice and booking taxi back to airport. She even stayed with us awaiting arrival of the taxi as parking was very limited. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants for a small town. No fault of the hotel but the old town of Adeje is on the side of a steep hill. Be prepared if you do book.

• W.w (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful Hotel boutique & Amazing Service ! The staying was even more enjoyable with Denise help and guide, excellent hospitality! Top Top ! I truly recommend it! You can ask for some tour tips but I recommend the wine tour which is really good. Around the area there is some cafes, restaurant like : Bodegon Damaris ! Next to the hotel you can ask for a good massage session and if you like hiking trails ; barranco del infierno is a great option.
• Geoffrey (8/5): Very good - The welcome was excellent, the room lovely, linen clean, the room overlooked the main street and had a small balcony. For the price of the breakfast, it was wonderful. Denise made us feel very welcome. If you want to be in the centre of a real Spanish village, then this is it, The price far exceeded what we would normally expect to pay. 875 for a six night stay, we felt was very high for a hotel with so few facilities. There wasn't even tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also we did not have maid service every day.

Ignore the star grade given because I’m Spain this refers to size of hotel. I would grade it as 5 star quality, cleanliness and decor of the rooms. Complimented by the service provided lovingly by Denise the owner this was my best stay ever in the Canaries ( and I have been coming for 40 years)
