• Aleksandra (6/5): Lokalizacja ok ale studio wymaga renowacji - Lokalizacja dla nas na duży plus. W spokojniejszej części miasta. Duży balkon ale mogłaby być jakakolwiek suszarka na pranie. Mały parking, zapleśniała klimatyzacja, brudny materac.

• Magdalena (9/5): Preis/Leistung TOP - Nette Schlüsselübergabe (Personal sehr hilfsbereit), wirklich schöner Balkon, ruhige Umgebung, stadtzentrum zu fuß erreichbar, mit dem taxi schnell bei zrce beach, guter parkplatz dabei, verdunkelnde rollos zum ausschlafen, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage Herdplatten sind seehr langsam und alt (nicht klar wann sie wie hoch an ist da die Beschriftung fehlt)

• Vidovič (8/5): Very good - Location, staff. The fridge is a bit small for serious cooking, and there wasn t knife. Nothing unberable.
• Luciano (8/5): Very good - Great value for money, close to town, markets and shops. The only downside was not having soap for washing hands nor dishes. Internet connection was quite unreliable throughout the day. Some parts of room is okay but others won't work at all. Air conditioning works well and hot water as well. Comfy bed and pillows but no duvet. I'd recommend it if you don't mind these flaws.
• Meadow (3/5): traumatic and disturbing - Unfortunately i had a very unpleasant experience here i was distraught by the time i got home couldn’t wait to leave this property and the people. there was nobody at this property to contact apart from one guy who spoke very little english. by our second night we where moved to the other side of the area due to a leak in the bathroom that was completely out of my hands and nothing to do with me or my partner. the next property we were moved to had boarded up door and was the most dangerous apartment i have ever witnessed and experienced in my life. Owner of the second property who we had never met prior or were introduced to in novalja was very aggressive and violent verbally towards myself. an incident happened on the 6th night in the property and has put me off ever wanting to book with booking.com ever again i need to settle a complaint as soon as possible and speak with someone i’ve never felt so uncomfortable unwelcome and unsafe abroad like this ever.

• Julia (8/5): Nice Apartment for Party Trip to Novalja - Late night Check-in and pick up from the Airport possible Room was bigger and cleaner than expected very large patio Contact to the host every time possible incl almost fast responses Agreed Checkout time was not met but reversal was done fast online via chat with the Host without any Problem
