• Siwek (2/5): The worst side of Thessaloniki - The only positive side is that the apartment simply exists, and the rental real estate agency helped with the refund. The photos do not reflect the actual state of the apartment and must have been taken right after a renovation. The apartment is dirty and shows numerous signs of wear and tear. There are numerous defects and scuff marks visible on the walls. The floor is dirty. We also received dirty bedding. The windows let every sound through. Many issues from previous reviews, even from a few months ago, still have not been fixed. It's a pity that for some reason I can't add photos to my review, because that would clarify how large the scale of the problem is. In general, I don't recommend it, unless someone doesn't mind a dirty and neglected apartment.

• Αγγελος (6/5): - Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι θα πω ότι άξιζε μόνο και το διαμέρισμα εάν ήταν οπως θα έπρεπε αλλά όχι δυστυχώς. Το ντουλάπι όταν μπήκαμε μέσα ήταν χαλασμένο από το ψυγειο. Τρίχες σε πολλά σημεία του σπιτιού . Στην ντουζιέρα στο πάτωμα . Το σφουγγάρι πιάτων πολύ χρησιμοποιημένο. Το Καπάκι του σιφον επίσης χαλασμένο. Το μπαλκόνι επίσης από καθαριότητα ασχολίαστο. Με μια σκουπα σπασμένη . Ζήτησα έξτρα πετσετες γιατί μείναμε 3 βράδια και μου είπαν ότι δεν δίνουν αλλά τέλος πάντων θα δώσουν. Δεν υπήρχαν έξτρα σακουλάκια για σκουπίδια παρά μόνο για μια μέρα επίσης. Ένα πάπλωμα με έναν τεράστιο λεκέ . Και όλα αυτά τα γράφω γιατί οσα χρήματα και να δίνει κάποιος τα έχει βγάλει με κόπο και είναι κρίμα να μην είναι ο χώρος όπως πρέπει . Αναγκαστήκαμε και κάναμε έξτρα έξοδα με καθαριστικά και έξτρα χρόνο για να κάνουμε αυτά που δεν θα έπρεπε . Λυπάμαι

• Isis (8/5): Good location and clean apartment - Good location close to the main street. Supermarket close by. Clean apartment safe area. Nexflix! Comfortable bed. Great communities with staff as I had to extend stay. Needed better kitchen cutting knives.

• veronika (4/5): The apartment was cold despite heating, and hygiene standards need more attention. - Location The apartment was very cold during our stay. Although the air conditioning was on, it was limited to a maximum of 25°C and could not properly heat the space — the temperature remained around 18°C, which was uncomfortable. Furthermore, the level of cleanliness was not satisfactory and needs improvement.
• Bright (5/5): Basic stay with a good location and responsive host, but needs cleanliness and maintenance - The host was responsive, when we raised a concern about the cleanliness of the bathroom, they handled it quickly and took action right away, which was appreciated. The apartment has potential, but there are several areas where the experience could be improved, particularly cleanliness and maintenance. The building itself is quite old and located in a predominantly commercial area with spare-parts shops. While the location is quite central and convenient for getting around, the age of the building was more noticeable than expected. The elevator, in particular, felt very old and personally made me a bit uneasy. The apartment is small but functional and does have a nice balcony. However, the balcony can only be accessed from the bedroom, which we found a bit unusual since there is also a glass door in the living room. The kitchen was quite basic and lacked several essential utensils, which is an area the host could significantly improve. Upon arrival, the shower was not in good condition. The shower curtain was dirty, and the rod felt loose, as though it might fall off the wall. After raising this issue, the host promptly replaced the curtain the next day, which we appreciated. However, the rod itself was not fixed, and based on previous reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue. The bathroom is pretty small but generally functional. Additionally, the walls are very thin, and street noise was quite noticeable, which made sleeping difficult. It’s also worth noting (though this is not the host’s fault) that in Thessaloniki, including this apartment, toilet paper cannot be flushed and must be disposed of separately. Overall, this was a fairly basic stay. Given the price, we had hoped for better value for money, as similar or better accommodations can be found at a comparable rate. With significant improvements to cleanliness, maintenance, and kitchen equipment, the apartment could offer a much better experience.
• Victor (6/5): Good clean Airbnb but they must fix the temperature thing otherwise you can’t stay there . - Everything was on point , clean apartment , ideal for 2 people as a couple etc and the location was veeery near in the center I didn’t like the fact that the AC had a top temperature of 25 calcium and there’s nothing you can do about it , which means the house was cold a lot !

• Ηλιας (8/5): - Ευχάριστο, άνετο και κοντα στο κέντρο. Συνηθως βρίσκαμε απ κάτω Πάρκιν που έχει δωρεάν δημοσιο χώρο στάθμευσης. Πάντα ζεστό νερό !! Air condition και smart tv. Είχαμε κάποια θέματα με την καθαριότητα του δωματίου. Με το που στείλαμε μήνυμα αμέσως οι ιδιοκτήτες ανταποκρίθηκαν κ ήταν διαθέσιμοι να λύσουν το θέμα. Έστειλαν το συνεργείο καθαρισμού αλλά και πάλι δεν είμασταν ικανοποιημένοι για αυτό και καθαρίσαμε μόνοι μας.

Schon länger bekannte Probleme die in den Bewertungen zu finden sind (Ameisen, lockere Schrauben beim Duschvorhang, schwierig zu öffnende Terrassentüren) sind noch immer existent.

The neighbors in the adjacent room talked quite loudly. There was noticeable noise coming from the next room. But if you don’t pay much attention to it, everything is fine.

• Neda (7/5): A good place, but the AC is set at a min of 23 degrees C (way too high) - The best thing was that the staff answered at any time via the Booking chat and tried to help with anything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The living room/kitchen and the balcony were all very nice. The location was great when coming from the airport, but a bit far away from the city center (appr 25 min walk). The most inconvenient part was that the AC was set at a minimum of 23 degrees Celsius, which is way too hot during nighttime (the recommended temperature for sleeping is 16-20 degrees C). We didn't want to leave the windows open in case mosquitos would enter. This made it hard to sleep. Another negative thing was that there were ants in the living room. We were told that the owner would come and put some traps, but that didn't happen. We saw several ant nests on the balcony. The ants made it hard for us to enjoy a meal on the balcony. There was also spider web in the shower, and the floor was kinda dirty (my white socks got brown after just a few minutes). It seems like the cleaners aren't so careful.

• Noor (10/5): One week there and definitely recommend ♡ - First of all, they sent me decent step by step guideline how to do remote checkin and it was comfortable cas I didnt knew my checkin time exactly.. Rooms was small but enough, clean, with everything needed like for nice breakfast including coffee machine, nice balcony place to smoke, Wifi was good even If I read reviews where people wrote it wasnt. Distance to the centre was walkable even for my 9 years old kid.. but to the metro and bus stop was 5 min if we wanted reach center faster.. I definitely advice this place if u love budjet friendly but clean and nice place to stay.. Host was polite and was answering my messages quickly ♡ I Spent whole week there and maybe I will come back next year ♡ Block gate door was moving and was a little difficult to open by kee but once you do first time, than it is simplier ... It was uncomfortable but not something really disturbing..

• Zuzana (7/5): Very modern, stylish but missing some needed equipment. - The apartment was very modern, stylish and in great location. The bed was super comfortable and I also loved that there was air conditioning in both living room and bedroom. The balcony was spacious with nice view. The hand soap and shower gel smelled amazing, there was available coffee machine, toaster, microwave, stove with two heatings, iron, iron board, hair dryer and everything was clean. Generally, is not mentioned as provided but in longer stay as mine ( I stayed for 6 nights), I was lacking the oven and washing machine. The toaster did not work and only one coffee capsule was provided (while there was still one old inside the machine from the previous guest), the basic things as salt, sugar, flour and oil would be appreciated, the shower is pretty small and the bar holding the shower curtain was unscrewed so it looks is gonna fall every minute.

• Nico (8/5): Comfortable stay, nice bed, quiet, airco - Near the train and bus station and short walking distance from shops, bars and restaurants this apartment is comfortable, quiet and well airconditioned. There is a camera with remote access at the front door of the apartment. It’s probably for security reasons, but it feels like being spied on. The bathroom is small. Multiple apartments, you might not get the one from the photos.

The problem is just with the address, because navigation has a problem - Taxi drivers couldn't drive directly to the apartment. Near a really good bakery, shops 24/7 and parking. It was just a small problem with cleaning in the bathroom. We had to clean the shower by ourselves.
• Elena (9/5): Overall it was good. - I liked everything except for the street noise. The only discomfort was the loud cars from the main road. I think it’s worth investing in better phonic isolation windows. The loud car noise which was a real issue falling asleep.
