• Lago (1/5): No repito - El colchón de muelles horrible, las almohadas más de lo mismo , de limpieza mechones de pelos parecía el viejo oeste y en general poco limpio el piso . El primer día no teníamos el acceso a la piscina y esperando al segundo día escribiendo yo para q me trajeran la llave . Vamos el peor sitio donde me alojé y alquila canarias poca seriedad.

• Ray (3/5): We made the best of our time despite the shortcomings of the property which was sparsely furnished and equipped. - It had the basic facility to be good BUT was poor as detailed below Difficult and complicated process of approval after booking. Cleaning not up to standard I expect from a Booking.Com property. Clearly needed a makeover. No instructions for TV, microwave. Only free to air Spanish TV. Basics missing e.g. no plug for wash hand basin or kitchen sink. Crockery appeared sparse and sourced from a charity shop. They did have a repair to the shower done so it could be used but it should have been done before we arrived. They did have a contact text service, but frankly we didn’t use it because there was so much wrong with the studio, that I didn’t want to be constantly waiting for someone to arrive. We missed their first attempt to repair the shower because whoever came went before we could get to answer the (external) door to the complex. No linen change or cleaning service in 3 weeks and only one set of bed linen and towels.
